We found a spot to park in their lot. When you walk in, it seems small, as there's a bar and a few tables in the front room, but when you look past the door, you see a large room where the bar continues with big tables and even an outside area. They even have a nice fire pit outside. It's March madness time, and they have plenty of TVs to show the games. We stopped in to watch Tennessee play while we ate. You order at the bar and then take a number to your table. I got a margarita, and my husband got the mule, and both were good. I might have a beautiful flower in it. Our food came out fast. We got the salmon sandwich with fries and the chicken sandwich with the side salad. We did not know that the fries were waffle and seasoned. It was a very nice surprise. And their ranch dressing seems homemade, but it was terrific. I'm a dipper, so I dipped my fries in the ranch dressing. The chicken sandwich was good, but the salmon sandwich was phenomenal. The salmon was crazy delicious. The toast was buttery with crispy edges.

The Friday before last I walked into Bluetop with a buddy of mine and proceeded to the open backyard. The band was rockin' we found a couple of nicely placed Adirondack chairs (perfect for a couple of old guys) and parked it there. Little did we know that these were actually invisibility chairs! We sat and watched the server in our station walk back and forth in front of us 2-3 times never looking at us once. Not a glance. My buddy finally got up and went and ordered drinks at the bar. We had just come from "DOMA", down the street, where we had experienced the same thing. Can I get invisibility chairs at the local restaurant supply place?? Cool trick, Bluetop and DOMA!

Pure relaxation, this place is perfect to unwind. Did I mention the honey cajun wings are unreal juice to crunch ratio. BEST wings wow, who would've thought this place A-1

So honestly I have no problem with this place. I mean you get what you get. They have indoor and outdoor seating, you have to order your food and they'll bring it to you. It took a while to get the food for some reason, I mean just for a couple of burgers, but it wasn't the end of the world. They have outdoor patio seating that share with other restaurants on that block, so that's pretty cool. They got TVs if you want TVs to watch a couple of games or whatever the case may be. The burger was cool, like it was a pretty decent burger, had some curly fries on deck, I had no issue with that as well. If I needed a quick burger bite, I would probably go back. It look like that's all people were ordering was sandwiches even though they have other things on the menu.

Nice patio vibes for catching up with friends! They've got all your typical pub essentials - burgers, beers, apps. You place your order at the counter to open a tab and they'll bring the food out to you. I was surprised by how delicious and savory the french dip was, and I got to try the burger as well which was solid. The burgers and sandwiches come with chips which are nice and thick and crispy. My friend had a salmon BLT, which also looked really good. The only real downside from my visit was that the live band was super loud - we sat a couple tables away but still could barely hear each other.

Shrimp nachos were fire!!! So good, a tasty twist on the classic, with tender shrimp adding a savory, slightly sweet flavor that pairs well with melted cheese and crispy chips. Perfect for seafood lovers looking for a fresh take on nachos. Nice spot to hang with friends, family, even have meetings. Bar, indoor and outdoor seating. Great place for live music and eating.

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

She's a true people person and understands the basics of good service very well. To be fair I'd say the very same about the rest of the service staff, to which there aren't many but they manage to handle the bar and tables throughout very well. Shout out to Dawson for really taking care of customers and getting to know the patrons, and the owner who occasionally pops out of the kitchen to see how the place is doing. Everyone is genuinely very friendly. The back patio is great for larger families and pups (this place is hella dog friendly). The bathrooms are spotless and smell amazing. The clientele is incredibly chill. It's right off of the rail trail which is basically Chamblee's beltline. There are deals throughout the week and sometimes they host live music. The music they play in-house caters varies from country to rock to old school r&b. And the tap is honestly quite good and I'm not even a beer drinker. The pretzels are addictive. The wings are soooo good -- they bake them first to keep the juices in and then they fry them for the crunch: PERFECTION. The cheese curds are wonderful but definitely eat them while they're hot! And did I mention they serve THC infused drinks yet? HYFR. Man it's such a chill place so I wish it'd stay downtown Chamblee's little neighborhood secret but I have to give them their 10s publicly. This trip was actually our first time visiting without him so we were a little lost about what to do next. LOL. We had gone to a cafe earlier in the day but it was still too early for dinner so we kept searching for something interesting to do. That's when my husband found Distillery of Modern Art. I wasn't really in the mood for drinking during the day so I wasn't sure at first but I'm so glad we went! We had never heard of a combination of a distillery and an art gallery before which immediately caught our attention. It looked like the space is used for a variety of events as well. Since we visited during Mother's Day weekend, there was a flower arrangement workshop happening in one of the rooms when we arrived. The bar area was very spacious with plenty of seating and since it was our first visit, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different liquors they produce. My husband sampled their rye whiskey, gin, and Amaro Peach. I'm usually not much of a gin fan but theirs was exceptionally smooth and I actually enjoyed it. Amaro tends to be quite bitter but their Amaro Peach had a really nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. I ordered the Ocean Eyes cocktail which features their Amaro Peach and it was excellent. The bartender also made his own special version of a classic cocktail for my husband (I forgot the name!) and he really enjoyed it. What stood out most was how friendly and passionate the bartender was. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and honestly, he made the experience even more enjoyable for us. We had such a great visit that my husband ended up bringing home bottles of their gin and Amaro Peach. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Atlanta!

Atrocious experience this Saturday 4/25/26…read more We were actually over at sweet hut around 9pm and decided to check out Sapphire Karaoke since they were close by. At 9:26pm, we sent 2 people from our group of 6 to go by Sapphire to see if they had availability for us. The manager told them "yes, we will have a room in 5 minutes" so the rest of our group showed up excited and ready to karaoke. We waiting patiently 10-15 minutes and the manager came by again with "I'm sorry but someone messed up reservations and we won't have a room until 10pm". It was 9:44 pm at this point. The manager could tell we were about to leave and she comes back and says "oh good news, this group is checking out now. I'll have a room ready in 10 minutes". 2 from our group couldn't wait longer so they left. The rest of us decided to wait and got 2 bottles of Soju. It's $15 a bottle and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NON OPTIONAL GRATUITY so keep that in mind if you want to leave a tip, it's additional. Our total for the soju ended up averaging $20 a bottle. I asked the manager at 10pm what's going on and she just cuts me off and keeps walking with a "hold on". 10:15pm rolls around and the manager was no where to be seen. At this point we have been waiting 45 minutes with no updates when the original wait quote was FIVE minutes. We saw 3-4 parties come in and get seated. I'm not sure what kind of business they're trying to run but we sure felt BAMBOOZLED out of $50 for 2 bottles of soju and wasted 45 minutes of our time. They clearly have to figure out their scheduling/reservation system if the staff are making multiple errors. Don't lie to patrons that you have a room available when you don't. This felt like the equivalent of an overbooked/oversold flight and they were hoping they could get more clients to cover no shows- at least be honest and say we were on a waitlist.
