I got a regular bowl with Salmon and Tako and both the salmon and the octopus were super fishy and did not taste fresh at all. I had to stop eating a couple bites in due to concern for food poisoning. Also the place ran out of toppings such as Masago early in the afternoon and didn't even bother to offer alternatives. I was helped out by this young Asian girl who was very nice. But she was very deliberate when she served the Protein. You will only get what fits inside the little round half scoop. She will not give you anymore or half scoops like normal places do. I get it you can give all your $ away like that. But that is one of the reasons I won't be coming back. $15 my large bowl was tiny. I don't understand how a poke restaurant doesn't have rice. My husband submitted a pickup order via Door Dash. When I got to the restaurant, he indicated that the time kept moving up, so I went inside. There was an employee near the front, on the phone. I assumed that after he was done with his call, he'd come help me, but he disappeared. I waited a couple of minutes and saw that there was a bell to ring so service. After I rang the bell, a different employee came out and indicated that they had no rice and that they'd only be able to serve spring greens. I indicated that I had an online order (hoping maybe I got the last bit) and was told that it wasn't made at all. My husband ended up cancelling the order. I was disappointed with Bluewater Poke. I ordered though Doordash $26.00 for good I can't even eat or get ahold of someone to let them know there was a issue. I ordered a bowl with spring mix and two scoops of protein. One of the proteins being on the tuna, and the other being blue crab, the blue crab, it was full of shell, which is highly discussing! I tried to call Bluewater Poke and they do it have a phone number. I complained via Doordash and they will get back to me in 24 hours. That doesn't solve my problem right now. They have one pre-made sauce like in Hawaii and they also have the poke bar chipotle style. And in case you're vegetarian, they have tofu. HAWAIIAN SALMON - this is their pre-made sauce. they mix it with both salmon or tuna and I got to sample both but went with the salmon. the fish was tender and soft. I enjoyed every bite. It is mildly spicy so if you can't take spicy at all, I would steer clear. The white rice was well cooked, not dry or too soggy. They have a good amount of toppings and sauces although I've been to other poke places that have a larger variety. The bowl was very filling for the price as well. Overall, I'm impressed. The service was also really good. The workers up front were cheerful and asked for feedback and clarification. You could tell they wanted to make your bowl right.
