The worst Carwash I've ever been to. Wasn't able to use it for over a month because it was closed due to covid19. But still debited my credit card anyway. And when they did open the Carwash was not able to use the vacuum. Went today to use the vacuum and was half way finished with vacuuming when they told me I must wash my car first to use the vacuum. And turned off the vacuum I was using. I requested my monthly subscription money back and then the ignorant manager by the name of Caitlin called the police. I told the police officer that came I wasn't leaving without finishing or getting reimbursed for the money they debited my credit card for. Even the officer said I would take my business to a different carwash. Needless to say I got my money back and will never use a blue wave Carwash again!!! read more

How many people have had claims denied here? I'm highly disappointed with the customer service. Simply if your car does not come out the same way it went in (other than being cleaned) then Blue Wave is most definitely responsible for the damages! Blue Wave's machine ripped of my front license plate holder and license plate. Customer service says that this is an aftermarket item and will not pay for it. When I went to go retrieve my license plate holder the worker gave me someone else's mangled up license plate. That lets me know this happens more often than none. Also when I was going into the car wash I saw a lady making a claim too (not sure what hers was about). I highly feel Blue Wave does not care about their customers. I feel their machines are too high powered if they are tearing customers cars up. After speaking with Gabriella (store manager)and Customer service Jose (who took two weeks to get in touch with) neither one of them are worried about your car! I paid too much money for my car to have a $12 car wash to ruin it! There are several higher end car washes in the area which are severely dissapointing. This place opened and I tried it one day when my truck was really dirty not expecting too much for the price. I was blown away! My truck looked better than the places I paid 3x the money for. Included in the wash price are self serve vacuums which are incredible. They really clean. I will be back! read more

I usually detail my own vehicle, but when I do not have the time, or want to do it myself. I go to BlueWave Express Car Wash. There is usually a line of cars waiting but the line does seem to move quickly. I would recommend BlueWave if you have 20/30 min to spare and do not want to wash your car yourself. This place should be avoided unless you are just looking to knock the dust off of your vehicle. I paid $16.00 and got very little in return. I have a truck that has not been washed in only a week. It had road grime and bugs on the grill and mirrors from driving to Port Arthur. There was no mud or heavy cleaning required. Upon completion of the wash I was disappointed with the results so I asked for the attendant to bring me a towel so that I could clean it myself. He had none and could not offer me anything else that would help so I asked for the manager. The manager, Michael, explained that the wash couldn't be expected to clean everything. When I showed him the windshield and the front grill he just shrugged. We left and we won't go back. The vacuums were outstanding but because I will have to have it washed elsewhere I essentially spent $16.00 on vacuuming my carpets. read more

I wouldn't waste my time or money here. The employees complained that i shouldn't throw anything away because they already emptied the trash cans 3 times today. I went to get a car wash and even though i had cleaned the bed of my truck they refused to let me get a car wash. Employees were rude and seemed to lack customer service the entire time i was there. Love coming here cause it takes less than five minutes to get your car washed and it comes out super shiny. They're a little overpriced at 16 dollars for the best wash...I think it's a little much considering you just drive through. The vacuums are self service and complimentary. I really like that the wash has UV protectant to make sure the paint on your car lasts. read more

I have three brand new vehicles and they want me to disassemble them to go through. All factory Denali, Jeep and 2017 f250 and I get denied of going through. They won't let the jeep go through for license plates they want me to take the factory color match hitch cover off the Denali which is new and never been off. On my f250 they want my B&W hitch not turned inside out but all the way off to go through. All this for a wash that's subpar to begin with. I usually get my car washed at this location about once a week. This afternoon there were big balls blocking the entrance but people using the vacuums, not realizing the car wash was actually closed I went in a different entrance. Upon noticing the car wash was I guess getting some work done I proceeded to go out the way I came in. I had a woman flag me down in the parking lot and ask me where I was coming from. In the process of me explaining she promptly said, "we don't drive that way!" And walked off. I immediately tried calling and no one answered. I know you only pay 6-12 dollars for a car wash but I'm don't think as a paying customer you should get treated that way. There was no signage. I been using this car wash for over a 2 years never noticed scratches because I had an older car. Until I got a brand new truck all black, after 2 months of taking my truck to get cleaned here, I noticed a lot of scratches so I talked to the manager (Linda) a mean little lady gave me an attitude when I was telling her about the scratches and told me even if I do the report they won't take care of it because the machine don't have anything in there that will scratch my car. I have never been to another car wash before so that's the only place that can scratch my car and when I was trying to show her all the scratches she dint even want to help me out and told me the same thing again, so she just gave me a form to do a report and told me she would call me in 3-4 days it's been almost 2 months and still no call I have been by and she made me wait in the office for 40 minutes before she was able to help me and again told me the same thing and I was told she would call me after she reviews the videos and it's been 3 weeks since that happen and still no call. They don't care about their customers, and I'm a member still don't seem to care one bit. I will cancel my membership and take my truck somewhere else where they care about their customers even if I have to pay more!!!! read more

Poor customer service. In late November I ran my Toyota Landcruiser thru the car wash opting for the top level wash. To my horror in the middle of the wash could here all kinds of grinding noise, felt like my roof was about to collapse. After what seemed like forever I pulled out and into the vac area to inspect was sure to be damage. The grinding noise turned out to be my factory roof rack get scratched (metal from the machine) and my rear wiper completely mangled and the "Landcruiser" emblem ripped in half. I filed a report and heard from the manager a few days later that sheepishly left a voice mail at 4:58pm stating he was out for the weekend at 5:00pm. I called him straight back and although he never reviewed the video he stated they were not responsible for the damage. WTF? Needless to say I'm out $500 for a new rear motor and emblem and wouldn't be returning. STAY AWAY....FAR AWAY. Terrible customer service and management! I"ve used this car wash many times when I do not have the time to hand wash my vehicle and I need a quick clean and vacuum. Up until this past Friday, April 22, 2016, I've had no problems and would have recommend this place to anyone needing a quick wash. After my experience this past Friday I will no longer be using this business and will warn others to be cautious using it. I arrived around 2:40 p.m. and experienced no wait, which was a pleasant change from when I usually go to this car wash. I chose the $9 package, which is one step up from the basic. As I was going through the wash I noticed a weird noise I hadn't noticed before, but just assumed it was normal. After I was finished with the car wash and vacuuming my car with their free vacuums (which are AWESOME) I noticed right away there was a scratch in my brand new car that was all the way down to the metal. I proceeded to check the rest of my vehicle over to see if there were any other spots & noticed 6 in total. I realize that any time you use a touch car wash there is a risk of getting scratches, so I was not overly upset. I went to the customer center & asked to speak with the manager, Linda. I proceeded to tell her in a calm manner that she might need to get one of her technicians or workers to look over the machine and make sure that there weren't any rocks or anything caught up in the cloth parts of it because I would hate for that to happen to other people's vehicle. Instead of saying that she would have one of the workers look over it, Linda got an attitude with me and informed me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for the cloth to cause any damage to the vehicle and that there was no way my paint was damaged. I reiterated to her that I was not trying to hold them accountable for my paint damage, I just thought that as a responsible business manager they should look into it. Linda proceeded to argue with me and be rude to me about the situation. Had Linda handled the situation better and said that she would look into it instead of accusing me of lying, I would still use this car wash, despite my vehicle being damaged. read more

Good place for the price. Reasonably priced although I would not pay more than I did for a drive thru car wash ($6). Our car had tons of bugs all over the front bumper/grill/mirror. The attendant sprayed it with "bug remover" but there was still some leftover. We didnt expect much but it did a pretty good job for a quick much needed car wash. Free vaccuming. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to owning up to damages their machines do to vehicles. We watched the video that showed our vehicle entering the wash scratch free and they still denied their brushes did anything. The equipment in the car wash is continuing to deteriorate. Most recently they had a hydraulic fluid leak that put a film of oil on the vehicles. Instead of properly replacing the roller that was affected they tried to clean it instead. The film of oil left on the vehicles was not as noticeable before this but it was still unacceptable. The manager John did not seem too concerned and continued to allow vehicles through the wash. This place may be cheap but you get what you pay for. They used to be better! They changed equipment lately and actually got worse. The car doesn't come out dry, in fact it comes out more wet now than with the old equipment. The tire shine option is horrible, whatever they are mixing to get the shine actually causes the rims to come out dirty and its the blast part of the wash so it remains on the rims. Trying to wipe it off was difficult since it clings to the tires and rims and makes cleaning worse leaving a dirty film. The price is cheap and vacuums are great but they did a disservice to themselves not researching the new equipment or going cheap on the new stuff. I hope they get it together they are convenient and inexpensive and always busy so they are making money read more
