She is always on time, always listens to what I'm thinking regarding my hair and offering suggestions. She is just lovely and I almost wish my hair grew faster so I'd have a reason to go more often. I have been going here for years! I've been blonde, brunette, a little strawberry blonde and I am always happy with Tori's work! I always love to ask her opinion on what she thinks would look best and she hits the mark every time! The salon is adorable and always decorated for the holidays, they have coffee and mimosas/wine for clients and it's in the best area to go grab lunch or for a stroll in the park afterwards! Parking isn't bad at all, I always end up finding parking either outfront access the street or the street over one. As a natural brunette, I've come here once for a blonde balayage and loved it. Had a last minute need for a short cut. From out of town so had to use online reviews to pick. Was able to make the appointment online in the middle of the night and be in for a noon appointment the next day. Cody was my stylist and he was great at confirming what I wanted and going slow in the process so as not to accidentally take too much away. Good conversation and a good cut. (and a great bakery suggestion for my upcoming travel!) The salon was cute! [I did ask him to wear a mask and the other stylists and customers were not wearing masks so that was the only downside.) She works with such a wide range of colors and I always leave super satisfied with my hair whether it's a trim, a vibrant purple, a pretty balayage, or whatever I am getting. I emailed to ask for confirmation 3 weeks before the scheduled date, no response. I went on the website & it showed my appointments are now denied!
