I get my hair done here every 4 to 6 weeks. I was somebody who wouldn't keep up with their hair care, and would go 2 to 3 years before getting another haircut. Ever since I started coming here and getting a toner gloss and getting my hair touched up, I have never felt prettier. They are friendly, and the environment is so relaxing. I feel like being surrounded by beautiful ladies who know what they're doing with your hair and who care about making you feel your best is just such an unmatched experience. I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for extensions, gloss treatments with color, or blowouts. So happy with Caylah and the consultation we had. Though it was about 15-20 min. I'm a disabled Veteran and have some mobility concerns so I was able to take their elevator. But since I've been in quite a bit of pain I must say, I missed that the consultation is NON REFUNDABLE! So even when they don't call you back after a week, like they said you cancel just in case, you still won't get your $75 fee back. And you won't be able to get a hold of ANYONE who could help. In fact, they were very "run me around" with their attitude. And it reflects a truly BAD taste for me. If they can treat a disabled veteran like this? I don't know if I'd ever trust them with my time/money. I've tried to contact the owner they said they need to get a hold of for about week now. And I have been rudely dismissed and hung up on. If you are looking for a full hair salon experience, this isn't it. It's downtown, so you have to pay for parking depends on when you get here. I was greeted by the lady and she wasn't really welcoming. Someone else came in after me and she offered her drinks,,, and she didn't offer me drinks. So that's awkward lol She has notified my hairdresser that I was here and waited a bit and was greeted by my hairdresser. You go upstairs and it's freezing. There's no coat check. You get seated and there are other hairdressers that are there with their clients. Someone had their dogs, (this is pretty cool). For me, this place seemed little run down. I got a haircut here April 19th and they did not let me down. I wanted all over color to match my natural color because I was tired of the blonde fading. I was told the haircut is $90 before coming in and I wanted to add on an all over color to dye my hair black to my natural roots to refresh my style. Zach is an amazing person, kind and good at his job as well as styling, but my hair faded after a week and was not the permanent color I asked for. I didn't know the price of everything until it was all over. Initially I was just shocked but going along with it because it was too late to change anything. I had a pleasant experience overall except for that communication part. I really did appreciate being able to make an appt and come in within a few hours. I really needed that. I just wish I knew this wasn't going to be permanent color otherwise a first and second bowl of hair dye being $150 each time could have been avoided. Sincerely wish you guys the best. read more

I not only received one of the worst haircuts of my life, the owner of the salon was unprofessional as well. Here is what happened. I arrived on time for my haircut. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting 5 minutes I walked upstairs to find an employee who could check me in. Everyone looked busy so I went back downstairs to the empty front desk. I waited another 5-10 minutes, still empty. I walked upstairs a second time as I had a tight schedule that day and needed to be seen. This time, the owner spotted me, gave me an irritated look and snapped at me. She abruptly told me to go back downstairs and that she was coming down to check me in. It felt as though I was the one inconveniencing her, when I had done nothing wrong. 20 minutes past my appointment time, she begrudgingly checked me in. I felt very uncomfortable waiting for my hairstylist with her sitting across from me behind the front desk counter. Finally, my hairstylist came down to fetch me. They apologized for the wait. I was excited to get my hair cut. Unfortunately, they cut my hair while it was wet. When it dried, it was way too short and uneven. I wanted my hair to reach my collarbone. My hair was at my chin. The left side was longer than the right side. While I did not ask for a refund or a re-do, I am posting this review to warn others. I didn't want to go back in because the owner was intimidating and unprofessional, and my hair was so short and uneven, I couldn't bear to lose even more length. For the time being, I will wait for my hair to grow out and hope no one notices how bad it looks. read more

She mixed up a gloss to help me achieve my "milk chocolate" color goals, and let it soak in while we talked about love and life. She made sure to pull my lighter face framing highlights out so they wouldn't get dark, as I had mentioned to her that I love having them. She gave me such a blissful scalp massage that I saw colors with my eyes closed, and then rinsed and scooted me to her chair.
