The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. I was later offered a partial refund, but as of the date of this review, I have still not received it. The owner also did not have the details of my situation correct and stated that I had gone in for multiple fittings, when I had only met with the seamstress once. This added to the confusion and frustration. After this experience, I worked with a bridal shop in Carlsbad, and the difference in customer service was night and day. They were organized, communicated clearly, followed up proactively, and kept me informed throughout the process without me having to constantly reach out for updates. As a customer, I value communication, transparency, and follow-through. Unfortunately, this experience was stressful and left me feeling unsupported during an important time in my wedding planning.
