Totally reasonable -- and honestly, more than enough time for us to enjoy every bite. We kicked things off with the crab rangoon (6-8 pieces, but who's counting?). They came out hot and crispy with that perfectly warm, cheesy center. We devoured them in record time. Absolute must-try. Now let's talk sushi. I was extremely disappointed with my order. I spent $60 expecting a quality meal, but unfortunately, the food was not enjoyable. One of the rolls had a hard, fried piece inside that was so unpleasant it felt like I was biting into rocks. The salmon roll contained seeds, and there was an excessive amount of cilantro and onions, which completely overpowered the natural flavors of the salmon. There was also a roll with lemon placed on top, which I personally found very unappealing and felt did not belong on sushi. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll, which had an unpleasant aftertaste and was so intense that it felt like it was punching me in the stomach. I don't understand how they can claim to have the "best sushi in Tampa" based on the sign out front. To put it bluntly, this was lower quality than most grocery store sushi -- and I've genuinely had much better sushi from grocery stores. The only things I enjoyed were the edamame and the matcha, which are both fairly simple to prepare. Even then, the tea we ordered was borderline cold. As for the sushi itself, everyone at our table had the same issues: the rice was hard and dried out, there was far too much rice, and the pieces were so oversized that they were difficult to eat in one bite. The flavor overall was disappointing, and nobody at our table finished their sushi because it was simply not enjoyable. The ambiance also felt off. There was very limited seating -- just two tables cramped into a corner -- and the surrounding area felt somewhat sketchy when we arrived. In terms of service, the staff were friendly, but inattentive. We repeatedly had to ask for basic things: silverware, soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger should have been provided with the sushi without prompting.
