Duck noodle soup, ordered for an egg allergy and not spicy. So let's talk about this duck soup. First of all the broth is not that salty, but has a lot of good flavor. The noodles are perfectly cooked and the vegetables are fresh! The duck is is very very good. Some may find the duck is not tender enough however I really happen to like it. One thing other folks may not like is the fact that the duck comes partially on the bone. At least you know it's freshl! If you order this, make sure to take your time with the pieces of duck! The chicken was tender was was the shrimp- the noodles cooked to perfection and the dish was NOT wet- it was perfectly seasoned and was accompanied by a Thai chili vinegar on the side and pepper flakes to add a bit more spice- if I had fancied that.
