Could have used eggs or other ingredients to elevate this dish. Also the Volcano roll was extremely disappointing. Normally the volcano topping is cooked or (torched) and this topping was cold and very unappetizing. Would not recommend this roll. Overall this place is a hit or miss. Service for our large party wasn't bad and everything came out pretty quickly!

The portion of cream cheese felt balanced in the Oysi Roll but was a bit much in the spicy salmon, which also wasn't very spicy. That said, I loved how vibrant and fresh the scallions were on the spicy salmon and the fish in both rolls tasted fresh. There are two small tables outside the food truck, but this is definitely more of a to go spot. I'd recommend ordering ahead by text since there's usually a wait.
