This location used to be a burger place, now it's BMC Pho. I came here with my wife on a sunday. We ordered spicy beef noodles and chicken noodles. The wait was just 8 minutes. The pho was okay and decent. The chicken and noodles are tender. The beef noodles was fine too. Definitely will try it again. read more

This is one of the worse Banh Mi Cali in the area. I came in at 8:40PM waited and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. I ordered a spring roll but the cashier told me that they cant make them because they are busy. I told them I can wait since Im a regular here. I have frequent the location off San Bernardino rd and Azusa and this one has the better chicken and broth. They all kind of taste the same! But this one is the best one. We ordered three hot pots, 3 sandwiches, 2 vermicelli, one 3 flavored ice. The flame on one of the hot pot went out before I was able to cook the noodle. We asked the worker to add more flame. The worker took the hot pot to add more flame but came back saying "the manager refused to add more flame". I would not be eating here again. read more

I came here tonight with my husband. This location is way closer. We've been to the one on valley and really enjoyed their food. I would've thought since it's a new location it would be clean and all. It wasn't. The floors were filthy and in general just didn't look good at all. The staff too are not so friendly. We ordered to go, along with a Thai tea and green tea. Once we got home, I tried the Thai tea. There happend to be a opening in the seal. Well the Thai tea was horrible. It was thick and just had an awful taste. I tried mixing it and diluting it. Nope. Threw it out. The food was not good at all. We love Pho but this was just awful. We both stopped eating. It was not appetizing at all. I felt if I continued to eat I would have gotten sick. The only good thing out of this was the green tea. I stop by this place every time I visit Sams club. These people seem to get it. Free filtered water right after you come in, the cashiers are always smiling, and the place is bright clean, the food is fresh and hot every time. I mean what else can you ask for for a meal under $10?!?! Unlike most Asian restaurants, the employees here actual eat the food they serve you. I'm happy to recommend this place! read more

This was my first time trying this place. Restaurant appeared clean. Although there were a couple tables with dirty plates just piled on. I had a long wait time the cashier appeared to ignore me and others in line appeared to be busy with orders to go... but yet he managed to have a conversation with the cook and were laughing away while we waited in line to get our orders taken. Their food is OK and the portion is decent. Their pick up containers are not well sealed leaking most of the soup and wetting other items in the bag. Their bags leaked as well so the soup leaked to outside. This has been consistent problem for several different occasions. read more

I bought the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sandwich. Ate the Ground Beef with Veggies. Diarrhea & Throwing up all night. David (my other half) even asked if I should go to the hospital. Figured I just caught something. Next day, couldn't eat nothing too big so I bought a Wonton Noodle Soup. (They're literally next to my work & I was too out of it to cook the night before). Ate half. Diarrhea like crazy and had the feeling of a lump in my throat all day. I was literally google-ing Peri menopause because I thought "oh shit it's already happening". Still not feeling so well next day so I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup, again. This time I actually looked at my food. OMFG the meat inside the wontons were still raw. The shrimp was cooked, but the meat uncooked! I called & their management said "oh, it happens sometimes". Are you kidding me?!!!!! I told her that it needs to be cooked longer. She said "everything is timed, those are 7 minutes to cook". Apparently 7 minutes isn't enough. It's ok to let it boil for a few extra minutes, it won't hurt it. There's nothing wrong with the food here that I've experienced yet. The two stars is for the shitty service. I'm not entirely sure what's the problem with the staff I'm pretty sure they're racist which is hilarious because they're in a primarily hispanic area. They are always rude to my husband and I. I absolutely adore Vietnamese cuisine, needless to say that's the only reason I put up with coming to this place and Che Cali on peck. Otherwise the pho is great so is the variation of boba I would recommend the milk tea rose to anyone who has not tried it yet! I haven't tried the hot pots they look delicious but after some of the reviews here I think I'll pass. read more

It's basically fast food pho, as others have said. Came here when I was craving pho and Golden Deli wasn't open. Quality of the beef filet wasn't that great, but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. They seem to have a ton of drink specials on their tea and boba, but I wasn't impressed with the flavor. I've had plenty of pho in my lifetime and let me start with I would never eat here again. I still left wanting and I mean wanting to stick my finger down my throat and throw it back up. First, the broth has very little flavor, the noodles were soggy like they have been sitting in the bowl awhile before I even orders it and when I purchased two egg rolls there was no dipping sauce. I asked for sauce and one of the workers said it's an extra twenty five cents. I've never been to a pho where I bought egg rolls and there was no dipping sauce provided nor did they bother to tell me that the sauce was a separate charge. This BMC Vietnamese Pho is so rude specially the Manager. I don't understand why they still on business. The way they run the business is so ridiculous starting with the BS manager. My wife is just asking for extra small bowl and the manager don't want to give it and she agruing with her. What kind of manager is that. Worse fried rice in the world. I use to go to this restaurant chain in different areas but this particular location made my shrimp fried rice taste horrible. No flavor. Super plain. DO NOT EAT HERE. First off after eating the food it made me very sick !!!! I had the chicken pho and egg rolls. Second, The manager was very rude to me and my family and I do not understand why we were regular customers who enjoyed their food. We had only asked for an extra bowl and she literally SCREAMED at us saying to never come back and that she "does not want to see our faces again". Cheap food, decent quality. Review is for take out only. I have never dine in before so I can't say much about it. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food served. However, 4 stars is me being generous because there are things they still need to work on. 1. For a fast food place....service is pretty slow. I go there a few times to get lunch during the week. And it takes forever for them to prepare the food. By the time they are done, I already lost my appetite. 2. Went to order take out one time and they gave me the wrong thing even though they repeated my order correctly when I placed it. Normally I would call and complain but it was a cheap order so whatever, I didn't even bother. 3. Some servers/cashiers are nicer than other. Quality of customer service depends on who's working that day. Hit and miss. 4. I wish they have more variety of food that is served in other BMC. I really like the popcorn chicken and fried fish they serve on their location on San Gabriel and Maine. But it seems like that's the only location that serve it. read more
