I said okay sure let's do it. She gets all my info, sends me a link and I open a new account for the offer. Right after my account is opened, she tells me "oh I'm so sorry, this offer is only for new customers" I did a deep research and realized Bank of America never had that type of offer for current customers. So she made me open a new account so she can get an incentive. I have been a customer of Bank of America for 12 years and due to this, I will be closing my account permanently with taking all my family out as well.
