While I was here in this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big. They have free parking. I said okay sure let's do it. She gets all my info, sends me a link and I open a new account for the offer. Right after my account is opened, she tells me "oh I'm so sorry, this offer is only for new customers" I did a deep research and realized Bank of America never had that type of offer for current customers. So she made me open a new account so she can get an incentive. I have been a customer of Bank of America for 12 years and due to this, I will be closing my account permanently with taking all my family out as well. I expect to hear a formal apology, otherwise I will be contacting my lawyer as well because this has caused such a stressful event being scammed after 12 years of being loyal customer

The walk up ATM is convenient, as there are plenty of parking spaces available. If there is a line for the drive-thru, I will often Park and use the walk up ATM. There is crazy traffic and impatient drivers along East foothill. This presents problems as you sometimes wait to turn into the driveway to the bank. I normally use a Bank of America at a different location, but I found this very convenient for this area in Pasadena, and Sierra Madre. I was satisfied with my experience the few times that I have been at this location on East foothill Boulevard.
