This is the WORST Wells Fargo branch. Avoid if you can. The customer service was the worst and everyone there were extremely unprofessional that we ended up walking out going straight to Bank of America to open a new account. We even called their corporate office to make a report. Hope they replace all the employees at this location to reset the system because they are failing. Avoid this branch and avoid this bank. As a result of the corporate malfeasance, Wells Fargo has new policies to ensure compliance with regulations. These policies are there to protect the bank and not the clients. During the Covid lockdown they had absolutely no protocols to address remote administrative issues. They expected elderly clients to come to a branch in order to make administrative changes. Today, my husband and I went to the Hastings Ranch branch. We were disrespected. My husband was denied access to his Social Security funds. He was not found credible by the branch manager, therefore he was denied access to his account. The branch manager, Charles Ulloa, is ill-prepared and ill-tempered. He was a bully to my elderly husband. Marco Montenegro made no attempt to ask what we needed specifically. We were told that no one could help us until next week or go to another branch. These employees were inelegant in their treatment of a delicate situation. There was absolutely zero judgment in terms of their demonstration of humanity and compassion. I attempted to facilitate a banking transaction for my elderly and infirm husband. We were treated as if I was a criminal attempting to rob my husband. I am not abusing my husband, but Charles Ulloa denying him his Social Security funds is abusive. Terrible customer service. Teller and supervisor didn't know how to complete the basic deposit of a check made payable to a trust into the trust account that the check was payable to. I am the trustee for several trust and none of the other banks I deal with have issues with taking a deposit into an account that the check is made payable to. Major training needed. read more

Terrible experience at this bank when I attempted to retrieve a debit card that was left at a Wells Fargo ATM adjacent to the bank. All I got from banker Michelle R.was attitude and a lack of assistance of any kind. This is a completely average wells fargo. They sit on the corner edge of a two story outdoor mall. The upper level is on the backside. The lower front is where the ATM that I use is. It is a walk up ATM only without a drive through. Kinda hard when your working with a two story set up to have a drive thru. Just imagine your gong forward and then suddenly you are hit with a 20 to 30 foot drop. Yeah the accidents would just pile up. Yeah It kinda kills me when I can come up with a zinger like that one. None the less this is a very handy location which has easy freeway access and loads and loads of parking. So yeah if you need to go hit up a wells fargo or an ATM and your in that part of town, this is definitely a great location to go to. read more

They were extremely nice every time I came in. Only problem is they continually dropped the ball every time with following up. The banker told me that she would order me some checks. A month and a half later when they didn't arrive I got in contact with the woman who helped me. She told me that a bunch of other checks ordered were not coming through either. Oh well, a mistake on someone else's behalf whatever. But then when I kept following up with her multiple times they were still not ordered. Plus, when I emailed her checking up for the 5th and 6th time she never responded to me. I have no idea how customer service can fall that short at a large corporation like Wells Fargo. In short, the people are nice in there, but I think somewhat overworked or slightly inept. I'll be changing banks. read more

For basic transactions this bank is fine because it does not require a banker to think. When withdrawing anything above $2000 it sends the bank into a frenzy and they are unable to process. I've never experienced the issues I have at this branch at any other bank. read more

This location is my favorite. The staff is all young and friendly. With that being said, the thing I don't like is how the minute you walk in they hound you and immediately ask you what you're coming for. The thing is, very often, when you tell them why you're there (i.e. depositing a check) all they tell you to do is to "go ahead and speak with one of the tellers, they'll help you out!" ... No shit, really? I rarely like to leave smart ass reviews, but what is the point of that person's job? To greet people? Honestly, going inside of a bank is a chore which is why atm's were invented, so the last thing I want to do is walk into a bank and have to explain why I'm there twice. It would be more useful if the person would tell me there's free coffee and lattes in the corner and that they'd gladly make me one while I wait in line. And I mean that honestly. I've been coming to this location for over a year and just noticed the espresso machine. I would have come more often had I known this before. Plus, it would make for a much warmer greeting than "welcome to Wells Fargo, why are you here?! :)" All I'm trying to say is that it's annoying, makes me want to avoid eye contact or pretend to be distracted with a phone call. Also, the parking here sucks, but that's not their fault. Just prepare to park at least a half a block away in terms of distance. What I like about this location is it's rarely busy, the free espresso drinks, the nice staff that seems genuinely interested in your job/life, and the close proximity to my work. read more

I've always had a problem with Wells Fargo banks and today I've come to the conclusion of FINALLY closing my bank account. Not only do they have so many hidden fees and given their recent history of money stealing, their service is always awful. Regardless of location I've never had a good experience. I went to the bank for the sole purpose of depositing a check and being able to cash out the same day but, already the atm was giving me issues and they put a hold on my money like the always do. Eliminating my account was the best thing I can do. The best bank so far is Logix, for any young individual in their 20's Logix looks to help and assist in any way possible and I've always had a positive experience. Very friendly staff every time I go in to make transactions. There is always someone greeting me while I make my way toward the teller. The tellers are also very nice, in asking what I did over the weekend and making small talk. Very personal which is good. Only complaint from me... could be my timing, but about 90% of the time I'm there, I always have to wait... and I go in around 2-4pm on weekdays. Not sure if it's just my luck but it would be nice to have 3's a crowd system but some transactions take longer than others, which is understandable too. Just keep that in mind, overall, good customer service. read more

This is not my usual bank but I stopped because it was on my way - the bank itself is ok but the parking situation in the lower part of that shopping center is really bad! I prefer to go to a couple of other branches: the one on the corner of huntington & san gabriel and also the one on the corner of lake and green. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Be careful of some of the "greeters." You know the guy who stands in the hallway and welcomes you in an asks if you need help. He/she is NOT a banker and will probably give you misleading information. Do not take advice from them. For example, my direct deposit document required a bank representative signature. The greeter told me multiple times "they don't do that. All the bankers are busy." If I had not insisted on seeing a banker, who immediately signed the doc, by the way, I would have been sent away and my paperwork would have been delayed. Beware the greeter! read more

I have used this location many times for notary services, sometimes making an appointment first and sometimes walking in and waiting a bit. Service has been superb. Once when the notary was running late, the bank called me to reschedule. I am greeted promptly and politely, a fact which contradicts the experience of others whose reviews I am reading.
