    Had a great experience with my purchase here, second time I purchased a car here and I will come back again if there is another BMW in my future. Took a while to get the spec that I wanted, no fault to the dealer, was just stuck in between model years. Will, Alan and everyone else that I worked with kept me constantly updated on status of the car up to the day of delivery. The purchasing process was one of the quickest and smoothest I've been through, most everything was ready and they weren't overly pushy on any extended warranties available. Thanks again guys, love my car.

    Certified pre owned is a scam. Bought 2023 i4 couple weeks ago and they replaced 2 rear tires and now front tires are cracking and low on traction .Border line items to replace and they say still good. Will be calling BMW corporate and Joe Leiva used car sales manager is of no help.

    Patricia and Robert made buying my car such an easy and smooth experience! They didn't have the BMW i4 I wanted at their location, but Patricia went above and beyond by checking their sister dealership and finding me my dream car. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the process was seamless. When it came time to pick up my i4, Robert took over and was incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly and made the final sale a breeze. I truly appreciate their teamwork and dedication, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

    10/09/2024: dealer STILL has my X5!!! Yes since 7/9/2024!!! In 3 months they have told me it's ready 3 times, each time I pay; just to drive out the dealership driveway and right back to them! No exaggeration, no lies! Has any manager called me? No!!!! Has BMW Customer Service called back! What happened to the Brand BMW????? Not what it used to be...just look at the recent yelp post; all bad.

    My experience at the BMW dealership in Long Beach was nothing but amazing. The customer service and transparency was as good as it could get. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Adrian helping me towards getting my first car. Also want to thank Javier Hernandez for helping me get in my first car.

    Andy my Sales consultant had great communication and made the process really easy and pressure free! Special thanks to the Sales Manager Javier Hernandez that was super responsive and made the deal possible by going above and beyond. I started the initial process online and Javier was more than willing to help and make it super easy. It's hard to find dealerships like this one that offer excellent service and transparency. Loved the experience in the finance office as well where there was no pressure and they explained everything clearly and ethically. Thank you Long Beach BMW!

On the day I test drove the Outback, Robert was very knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful in answering my questions on this model. Furthermore, he invited me and my wife to come down and test drive a similar model before placing the order to confirm the trim and options we want. The entire time, there was ZERO, absolutely ZERO, pressure from him just to make a sale. He spend time answering all my questions, gave very detailed explanations, and even contacted corporate for me and looked into an issue related to my purchase. Contacted him on a Thursday about a car, went to test drive Friday, placed an order that day, and came home with the car exactly a week later. Of all the car buying experience and programs I have participated in, Russell is BY FAR, the most polite, honest, and sincere sales person my wife and I have ever interacted with. Seriously, ask for this man if you are thinking about buying. You are not going to regret it. It is an honorable mention that his son, Rusty, also works at the dealership and he helped me order the Crosstrek I bought my parents back in 2022. Another top notch sales person. I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.

The bad: I came in with a pre approval from Navy Federal. I was clear from the beginning that I was not going to finance with them. Javier the "sales manager" told me he needed to run my credit. I said absolutely not, I am going to use my financing. He lied to my face. He said no, we always have to run credit because it's not cash. I told him this was not my first time buying a car and expected him to ease up but he doubled down. He claimed that it was the store policy. After I left, they called back and apologized and said the general manager said that was not the policy and I could come and do the deal. I thought about it, but I think I'm going to pass. If you must come here, I would advise to ask for anyone but Javier. Wasted 3 hours that I'll never get back driving there and back and another hour and a half at the dealership.
