First of all the location is in a pretty decent spot I wish it were more visible from the street. It's situated on an incline and it's right near a highway so if you're going over the highway, you won't be able to see it very well. That's the only bad thing about it. The decor inside is very culturally present. The staff are extremely friendly and it got to a point that they knew who my mother and I were considering at that time we were one a few African-Americans who lived in the area. I hadn't been there since my mom passed away in 2019. I was on work related business and I looked over and seen it and decided I would stop there before heading home. It was like coming home again. They didn't quite remember me at first because it has been seven years since I've lived in Tonganoxie, however they were just as friendly and sweet as ever before and oh my God the food was hoodoggie good!!!! I ordered the shrimp chow Mei fun and it was absolutely superb. Cooked fresh and flavorful and filling. This place is one of the biggest regrets of me moving away from Tonganoxie.
