Food was prepared quickly and was a large portion. Staff was friendly and helpful in making a menu decision.

The sign posted on the door stated that the dining room was open, but since there were no servers that our food would be served in to go containers. The menu was extensive, and it did smell good when we arrived. I ordered the beef with pineapple and steamed dumplings. Limited soda selection of pepsi products. Only one diet selection. There were a steady stream of customers while we were waiting for our food, which indicates to me that their food must be pretty good. Our meals were good, and we had leftovers for a second meal. I would recommend it and I would come back.

I have heard that 3.5 stars on Yelp is a recipe for the perfect Chinese take-out place, and it rings true here! The dining room is open, but you order at the counter and get your food in take out containers. The food came out hot and quick, and the service was nice. The pu pu platter was a great way to try lots of the classic appetizers for 2 people. I really loved both the princess chicken and the beef lo mein. The portions were large, and it made awesome leftovers! Plenty of parking in the strip mall! Loads of people whipped in and out with take out orders placed over the phone! Seems like a really popular place!

The food here is so delicious! We probably eat here once a week and it's the only Chinese restaurant I'll eat from in this area.

The fried rice was also delicious and a great portion size. One thing that really stood out was the amount of seating. There's plenty of space whether you're dining solo, as a couple, or with a larger group. Great food, comfortable atmosphere, and definitely worth checking out. We'll be back!

They've done an excellent job keeping the old aesthetic while making it still look fresh and new. The restaurant was so cool but oddly not one other patron in the space. My partners second visit and her second time with a fairly empty restaurant. I guess what I'm trying to say is it's an excellent space but possibly more of a to go spot despite the beautiful restaurant space. The menu is fairly trim but has flavors of east Asia and south eastern Asia. So pho, Chinese and I believe they had some Thai. The food was very good, our egg roll was perfectly crispy and my entree Mongolian beef was delicious. Lots and lots of veggies which is a great surprise for Chinese dishes. I'll definitely be back to try the beef and broccoli soon!

I usually come here for dim sum, and it is upsetting for me to say that my husband and I should've chose somewhere else to eat for dinner. For dinner, we ordered fried rice and chow fun. Those two main entrées were okay. You can't really mess up those two fillers at an Asian restaurant. We ordered scallion pancakes- they came out soggy and soft. Not even crispy like how they usually are. The flavor wasn't there either. If I wanted microwaved scallion pancakes, then I would've bought them from the store and made them myself. My husband ordered the short ribs- they were bland and tough like rubber. It had a funky taste to it that he couldn't describe and he had to force himself to swallow it because he didn't want food to go to waste. I ordered the chicken feet- this is one of dim sum's signature dishes and I am so upset I didn't even get to enjoy one of the dishes I always order. It was dry and the flavor wasn't there. The service was fantastic. They checked in on us and made sure our water was filled. The timing of the food coming in and out was fine. The ambiance was inviting. There was a sense of urgency and I appreciated that.

You do have…read moreto pull off of a busy road straight into the lot, but it's easy to find in the strip of stores and there were plenty of spaces. By the time I grabbed our food and headed back out, the front spots had already opened up again. We did two lunch specials for around $20 total, which feels like a steal for how much food you get and how good it was. We ordered the Chicken with Cashew and the General Tso's lunch specials, both came with soup and a side. The cashew chicken was seriously incredible. A lot of places overload this dish with veggies until it turns into chaos, but this one was balanced with the right mix of ingredients and is easily one of my new favorites in KC. Only bummer: hardly any cashews. Still delicious, but I wanted a little more cashew love. Crab rangoons were hot and crispy with a solid filling even after a bit of a drive home. The fried rice had great flavor, and the steamed white rice was bouncy and soft, not that kind with crispy dry edges. Both soups were spot on, and THANK YOU for including wonton strips. A lot of places skip them and it really can make or break egg drop soup for me. General Tso's had great flavor, but the chicken pieces were a little big and it wasn't very spicy, even though we didn't order it no spicy. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know if you want that classic kick. Inside is clean and cute with tables for about 8 to 10 small groups, the front desk is toward the back, and everyone was kind and helpful. As an Elite, I also loved seeing their Yelp pride around the restaurant. Overall, super solid lunch specials and I'll absolutely be back!!
