I was wondering if I should take them to the touristy fountain facing restaurants or some place with dim lights, great food, and the ability to have a conversation. Wonderful food, and even better service! We weren't quite sure what to expect when we made our reservation at BOA, but the experience was really great. Ambience-wise, it's dark and moody without being overly "clubby." The menu felt upscale but approachable - a true choose-your-own-adventure. We started with the Parker House rolls and a dozen oysters, both of which were great. They serve the rolls with a French onion butter that I didn't think I would love it as much as I did! We also ordered a few steaks and sides. The mashed potatoes were a great texture, but needed salt. The real star of the show for me was the corn crème brûlée - it's a delicious, slightly spicy creamed corn with brûléed sugar on top, which I'd never seen before! The steaks were cooked perfectly, and had a great char on them. For dessert, we ordered the sticky toffee pudding, and they also gifted us in order of their cookies to celebrate our first time at BOA! Overall, this was a really wonderful experience from the moment that we walked up, and we can't wait to come back! Great atmosphere, nice setting, and everyone was super welcoming. Our server Andrew P. was awesome. Great service, knew the menu well, and took really good care of us. Some of the best cuts and tasting steaks I've had in a while. Sides were delicious too, and I great selections of toppers and sauces. Overall, great dinner and just a really enjoyable experience. Restaurant located more toward Venetian Canal shops next to sushi samba on the 2nd floor. The ambiance of the restaurant was great and our server was attentive. As for the food, we started with a Caesar salad and the hamachi crudo. The Caesar was made right in front of us, but maybe it was too much anchovy or just needed some more lemon to balance out the fishiness . However, the hamachi crudo was delicious! The sauce was not too overwhelming and you can still taste the fish with the truffle. As for our main dish, we decided to try their chicken Parmesan versus a steak. If I could give BOA more than five stars, I absolutely would. Every single dish was outstanding, but the Wagyu cigars completely stole the show, with the deviled eggs and caviar cones close behind. For our entrées, my husband's steak was cooked to absolute perfection, while the lobster corn ravioli was one of those rare dishes that literally made my eyes roll back with the first bite. I booked a reservation for my birthday for Friday night around 9.15 PM. The restaurant was moderately busy and the server greeted us upon arrival with water choices. Got still and a dirty martini on the rocks. My friend got the old fashioned and it was served in a fashionable manner and tasted excpetional as well. The restaurant had maybe 50% capacity with every other table with a couple, family, or business party. It was quiet enough to talk and had a good ambiance. For apps, we split 6 oysters and the crab cake. Solid amount of food for 2 people as both of us were about to order steaks. The crab cake was decent sized and the oysters weren't too fishy either. The dinner was starting to look promising. The steak's were phenomenal! Mine was a medium rare filet cooked with red on the inside and his was a T-Bone medium rare cooked with red on the inside as well. The steaks were soft and crusted delicately. My friend is a picky steak eater and he said this was one of the best steaks he's had as well. Sides were mac and cheese and asparagus. Both of them were excellent steakhouse sides. I personally enjoyed the asparagus the most! We were about to leave, when the server brought over a complimentary dessert on the house with a candle. That was very kind of them. My guy and I have tried MANY steakhouses and this is by far my favorite, however, I don't eat steak so take that as you will haha. He does love a great steak though and he was very impressed. I go for the vibes, the drinks, and the side dishes. The service here was excellent, our server was very helpful and took great care of us. We rolled up expecting to be greeted with complimentary bread, but turns out carbs are a paid luxury here at $14 a pop which makes about as much sense as Ice Cube pivoting to family road-trip movies. We paid top dollar for the egg rolls ($31) that were two egg rolls cut in half. "I ain't mad at cha," as Tupac would say, but they couldn't hold a candle to what you would find on Spring Mountain road for more than ¼ the price. For the ridiculous price they're charging, I felt a little like Eazy-E looking at his royalty checks. The thick sliced bacon was a slam dunk. For the main event, we split the Dry-aged Cajun rib eye medium. They don't actually list the ounces on the menu, so I guess you just have to trust them the way Dre trusted Snoop on The Chronic. It was definitely enough for two though. They blasted the top of the beef with a torch so hot it created a perfect crust, what a show--The meat was tender, subtly rubbed with rich spices that did not cover up the beef flavor. It arrived pre-sliced, swimming in au jus. The creamy spinach and side of mushrooms were a perfect pairing too. We also opted for the chimichurri and truffle butter dipping sauces - this powerhouse flavor bomb of steak did not need it fosho! Can't wait to try the F1 and Wagyu offerings next time around. read more

BOA, is a vibe but incredibly hard to find. It took us about 30 minutes to even get to the restaurant after asking 5 different workers. However the restaurant is private and a bit secluded. We opted to sit outside and it was a tad noisy but it is in the Venetian, so it's not abnormal. Now onto the food, the drink was refreshing! I believe it was called ocean view!!! The steak was amazing, tender and was spot on with flavor. The meatball was also a 10/10! Broccoli was soooo delicious! Service was excellent. The waiter was attentive and gave us honest recommendations in regard to his favorites. He also never let our cups go empty. Came back to try the wagyu flight. They offer 2 oz each of Snow Beef, Iwate, and Kagoshima Wagyu. There's quite a few steakhouses on the Strip that often various Wagyu options but I'm not sure any of them give you the opportunity to sample a variety like this without ordering bigger and pricier portions of each. Snow beef - Wagyu to the extreme. The meat practically melts into liquid the instant it hits your mouth. I was glad I tried this as a 2 oz sampler because any more would have been too much Kagoshima - Most similar to Wagyu I've had previously with classic buttery texture Iwate - My favorite due to its balance. It was leaner but retained a very smooth texture as the entire cut of meat felt more consistent from edge to center, rather than the center being ultra buttery. The restaurant is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, specifically near the Palazzo side. Booking is easy either by phone or through the website, and they often have same-day availability. Much more flavorful than I was expecting I'm usually "gimme the fat kinda" flavor profile. It was much quieter and laidback compared to Peter Lugers. No lines for our early 530pm dinner. The restaurant filled up by the time we were leaving 630/7pm. I also enjoyed a sea bass but would definitely change to a ribeye instead. The side of macaroni was cream and very rich. Out and about on the town with the boys. We were specifically looking for a place that had great cocktails and this place did not disappoint. Our bartender was Tony and he was amazing. Made reservations a month in advance. 6pm on a Wednesday. During the reserving I was offered the option to pay an additional I think $42 to reserve a booth. It was for my mom's bday and retirement so I wanted to make it special and so I reserved the lucky 7 booth. Sat immediately in the booth, however the booth was right behind the servers station. So it was not very relaxing. The waitress Janelle was very sweet and very prompt. She asked that we order everything so that the chef and pace things in the order they wanted. My 2 gripes as to why I knocked off a star was because of where we ended up being seated and the food came out so fast. We ordered so many dishes, but it felt sooo rushed. Needed to be paced slower. Food: Spicy tuna cones, delish! Comes with 2. Ahi tuna tartare was also nice, very coconut lime flavored. Scallops, flavorful bite. Comes with 2. Parker rolls with the caramelized butter, perfection. 15 day dry aged bone-in ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare. Great flavor! Cut into slices to share. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms to go with. These 2 were very standard. Dessert was the sticky toffy pudding, heavenly way to end a gluttonous meal. Went to BOA on 9/7 and was very disappointed. Not sure how they deem this a "steakhouse". You can put this in a strip mall and it would be an avg over priced restaurant at best. No steak house vibe and the steak was cooked terribly. I ordered a normal rib eye med rare and it came out rare and cold. What steakhouse brings out cold steak? No char and on a cold plate. I can make a better steak at home. Also ordered the cigars...not impressed, it was ok. Crème brule corn was ok. Parker house rolls were actually good. I ordered the spaghetti with wagyu meatballs and the spaghetti was good but the meat balls had way too much seasoning and spice. We got there a little early for our reservation and they were able to sit us right away. The restaurant is beautiful. A great big wall of wine, lots of seating throughout. Our waiter was excellent. He made numerous recommendations. We started with a glass of wine. Malbec Uno is one of my favorites so things were off to a great start. We ordered the goat cheese Baklava. Light phillo dough and a great taste with the cheese. Right when we got our appetizer, they brought the cart over for the tableside made Caesar salad. We asked them to come back. We also advised our waiter who was very apologetic. He knew we weren't in a rush. He made sure they didn't come back until we finished. The tableside salad is a nice presentation. The server goes through a whole presentation of what they use and why they do what they do. I got to admit the salad was excellent. On to the main course. My wife had the Center Cut filet and I had the NY Strip. Both steaks were excellent and cooked to our request. My wife also got the Bernaise sauce. I got Peppercorn. We really didn't care for the sauces. Glad they serve it in the side. Since we had the salad, we opted for mash potatoes to go with our entree. Awesome potatoes! We we were full from our meal and decided to skip dessert. Overall, the service is excellent. The food is very good and the atmosphere is awesome. Quik trip to Vegas meant trying the newest 2026 restaurant on the strip inside the Venetian / Palazzo hotel. Where I usually stay at in their spacious suite facing the Sphere side of the tower. Celebrating my friend's birthday I had my eye on the BOA steakhouse, Been seeing it on Instagram post. When making the RSVP I was offered a $50 gift card to use towards the meal. Since is was a newer restaurant and it could be booked out it months/weeks. So make sure you reserve your table. There was a fee of $30 or more (non refundable) Depending of the section of restaurant to be seated. it was my first time I have to paid but next time I'll just take my chances being seated anywhere. Especially when it was only one other person with me. When walking in I love that the ambience was nice and warm feel. We decided on a few small appetizer plates to share since everything looked so good. I have a mind set on steaks but we are also going out to dance so we did not want anything too heavy as a meal. Had one of my top customers take me to dinner here which was quite a trip to find, but agreed to steakhouse for Vegas to enjoy We had four of us and this is our big night out going for top dollar items, but still trying to fall under the $5000 Vegas extravaganza I see happening in other places. The service here was impeccable. The wait staff was on point, well trained, and very knowledgeable. Even though two things we tried to order were not in House that didn't stop us from going for the gold. We started with steak tar tar and bone marrow, which as starters were fantastic! The tar tar had great flavor, was well presented, had to be one of the best I've had in quite a while. The presentation was superb, even putting dry ice under the steak in a bowl to create a fog effect that was gorgeous. Two of the guest we're not into the idea, but ended up eating it and they absolutely loved it. The bone marrow what can I say, it's fatty flavorful bone marrow on crispy toast with onions, arugula, and some shredded meat. The three of them ordered the cowboy ribeye, which was a huge portion and super flavorful with crispy onions and greens, and big enough that not one of them was able to complete it. I ordered the center cut fillet, but they were out of them so I got a bone in fillet, which was done perfectly Pittsburgh rare with blue cheese and we had a side of mushrooms and lobster mashed potatoes! I've never had lobster mashed potatoes, only lobster mac & cheese but these had nice chunks of lobster that really enhanced the dish perfectly. None of us were able to eat dessert. Unfortunately I couldn't have steak that weekend but wanted to have a nice dinner so we still went to the restaurant. My favorite would be the Scallop. Cooked perfectly with a nice balance of flavors. The house rolls are delicious, specially with the onion butter. The sweet corn agnolotti is flavorful. The Halibut was light, fresh, and healthy. And the cheesecake is a nice comforting sweet to end the meal. The place is cozy and sweet. There were ample seating. Also a plus that they are one of the few restaurants open late. The service was good. The staff were attentive and explain to us the different plates and components. They were also gracious to accept our reservation adjustments and let us stay over closing time. First dinner of 2026 was celebrated at BOA inside of the Grand Canal chops in the Venetian. Note that the restaurant is closer to Palazzo attached to the Venetian if we would have known it would have saved us a very long walk to the restaurant . Beautiful and vibey decor...I felt like I was on an island on vacation at a swanky dinner. We brought a bottle of Champagne to enjoy with our meal, I believe the corkage fee was $30-$40. They also started us with a palate cleansing cocktail that was yummy. We ordered the burrata and heirloom tomatoes it was a nice fresh start to the meal...we also had the table side Caesar, the dressing was so good and fresh! They were out of the Parker house rolls...bummer. For sides we shared the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts and this sweet creamed corn dish...they were just ok...I wish the Brussels were a bit more crispy. My fav were the potatoes. For my steak I shared the Cajun cowboy ribeye..the presentation was beautiful in a skillet, pre sliced with crispy onion straws. It was a tad bit overcooked and a little dry. My first visit was a Christmas dinner with the work team. Private room, set menu, good vibes, let's goooo.. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a great steak dinner night with the team: Contemporary vibes, dimly lit, and undeniably high-class. BOA Steakhouse delivers both style and substance for a dress up night out. The cuisine was phenomenal and met all expectations for the $$$$ price point. Starters: tuna cones - Fresh and tasty. beef skewers, Caesar salad - crisp all around Empanadas - showcased creativity and taste in every bite. The sides were on point: sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. My ribeye was perfect: Juicy, tender, medium rare and full of flavor. The knife sliced right through it like butter. Every bite was savory, fantastic work here The service team assigned to our room was on point. Waters and beverages were always full. The sommelier was helpful with pairing the wines from the salads to the cuts later. BOA just jumped into my top 5 steak houses on the Strip. The competition is fierce but BOA is definitely there.
