She keeps me informed throughout the entire process, explains everything clearly, and is always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. What really stood out during my most recent visit was the exceptional customer service she provided. When I picked up my car, I mentioned a noise I had been hearing. Instead of simply guessing what it might be, Susie offered to take a quick drive with me to help identify the issue. Within minutes, she was able to pinpoint where the sound was coming from and explain the likely cause. Her willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated. I sincerely hope I get Susie every time I bring my vehicle in for service. Employees like her make a huge difference in the customer experience. Even with the rising costs of just about everything these days, the price for my tire rotation was fair and reasonable. Between the quality service, fair pricing, and outstanding customer care, this will continue to be my go-to spot for vehicle maintenance--unless I'm headed to Lexus.

The work performed is always done with professionalism and in a timely manner, and I have been provided with loaners and rideshares in certain circumstances. My problem is with the cost. I have a 2016 Rav4 hybrid that I take good care of. I drive approximately 12,000 miles each year, and have the vehicle serviced every six months. I generally accept any service that is deemed "critical." Since May 2023 -- so, a span of 7 scheduled visits and two emergency appointments, one electrical (rats) and one hose disconnection (minimal cost) -- I have spent over $10,500. This total does not include two of those visits, for which the paperwork is missing from my inbox. On average, I have spent $1,166 per visit, and possibly quite a bit more. Consumer Reports estimates that Toyotas accrue $4,900 in maintenance costs between years 6 and 10. I keep thinking that one day, my costs will revert to the mean, but each appointment is setting me back significantly -- $2,496 in November and $2,350 today (April, 2026). This was after being quoted around $800 for several recommended services, and then being told a tie rod had broken and both tie rods also needed replacing -- a $1,700 cost, which was thankfully reduced a bit (thank you). I just don't think that is a good or fair deal, and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Once in, Minique took care of me and found a great car in my price range and fit my criteria. Even worked with me when I had to come back the next day to finish some paper work. I give it four stars simply for other customer service. A larger man who seemed to be a manager seemed very uninterested in helping me when I returned to have the car detailed and clean. Assuming my sales woman was on lunch, he instructed me to sit. Only for me to have to approach the front desk again, 35 minutes later to ask if someone could at least tell me something. This man continued to look at me but not help. Front desk had someone else help me but that was after he finished the task he was already doing. Minique returned to see me sitting and quickly wanted to hurry and get my car in. The same manager like dude told her "he's been waiting for you" and begin to rush her. I was upset for her simply because he could've assisted me a long time ago. The gentleman who took my car to the back and tell me the car has been pulled around, but tells me it'll be 45 minutes to an hour until it is done. As I stated Minique was nothing short of amazing! She receives 5 stars from me. But teamwork from management team would have made this experience 5 stars

WARNING TO BMW OWNERS: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION…read more I brought my 2018 BMW 530i to Passport BMW after receiving an engine coolant warning and a brake fluid service notification. After their inspection, I was presented with a repair estimate exceeding north of $8,000. I was effectively led to believe that my vehicle required extensive repairs and should not be driven until the work was completed. What happened next is what concerns me most. Shortly after receiving this estimate, I was contacted by the sales department about purchasing another BMW. As a customer, it felt less like an effort to repair my vehicle and more like an effort to sell me a replacement vehicle. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion from an independent BMW specialist. The actual repairs, including replacement of the failed cooling system components, were completed for less than half of what Passport BMW quoted. The vehicle is now running properly, with no coolant issues, at a fraction of the cost I was told to expect. A difference of a few hundred dollars is understandable. A difference of several thousand dollars is not. To make matters worse, I was recently charged approximately $40 in E-ZPass tolls associated with a loaner vehicle that had already been returned to the dealership. Customers should not be responsible for charges incurred after surrendering possession of a loaner vehicle. I have owned BMWs for years and understand that dealership labor rates are higher than those of independent shops. That is not my issue. My issue is being presented with an excessive repair estimate, being made to feel that my vehicle was essentially unusable, and then receiving sales outreach shortly afterward. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Passport BMW's service department. My advice to anyone facing a major repair recommendation from this dealership: get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars. It may save you a substantial amount of money and help you make a more informed decision about your vehicle. Leadership at this specific dealership is unresponsive, and you'll reach a voicemail before a callback from the general manager.
