I'm not a coffee drinker at all so I ordered this based off of my love of chai lattes. It was a little strong, but not overpowering with some sweetness to it. I got a hot Chai latte later on since the a/c was on full blast - the chai was also a little overpowering - almost too spicy tasting. If they even this out with the milk it'd be perfect. After 2 unexpected comp'd drinks and an inviting atmosphere, I can say this is a great place to hang out and get some work done. He had an annuity through Wells Fargo at the Penn Branch location, and Mr. Robert Turner was his financial advisor. As my father's Power of Attorney, I spoke with Mr. Turner and explained the urgency of the situation. He took my contact information and told me he would reach out to me. Unfortunately, he never did. I left multiple messages with his assistant as well as on his voicemail, but I never received a return call. During an already difficult time for our family, the lack of communication and follow-up was extremely disappointing. When a client and their family are dealing with serious health issues and urgent financial matters, timely communication is essential. While I understand that not every issue can be resolved immediately, a simple return phone call would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that level of customer service was not provided when we needed it most.

I needed to actually see an associate, I went around the corner to an overcrowded waiting area. No associate was seeing bankers at all everyone was serving the bankers in line. I asked the security where was the sign in sheet and he said just sit down. I started talking to other bankers in the waiting area and one said that she had been waiting for over 1.5 hours. The security was directing everyone to the outside atm. Around 12:05 after the line slowed down an associate came over and apologized for the wait and started seeing the 5 of us that were waiting in the waiting area. She tried to direct everyone to go home and use the online option. Like lady do you think if we wanted to use the online option we would have waited this long. When she realized I wasn't taking the online option she sat down and helped with an attitude. It's amazing but saddening how much different service is pending on the location. If I would've drove a few more miles to VA my experience would've been totally different.
