Clayton was extremely kind over the phone, and knew exactly what car I had/the service history, which was incredible. I knew I needed an oil change, and asked if Shane could give my car a once over to make sure everything was okay, and he let me know my car would be ready by the afternoon. About an hour and a half later, he called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up, and that everything was working perfectly fine. Shane was very communicative, kind, and his work speaks for itself. He even topped off all of my fluids! Excellent service, fair pricing, I will always take my car to Independent Nissan!

The last time I dropped my car off was for an oil leak. Spent a lot of money to get it fixed. Had my car for months and they texted/ called me stating my car was done. Got it back and there's still oil on the floor. Still leaking. Also noticed several parts missing. The engine cover, a part of the intake, my undershroud and my oil dip stick. I've been very patient and understanding with them to get a call several times from them basically with misunderstandings. Honestly feels like I've wasted money when my issue wasn't fixed. It's beyond frustrating. They were rude over the phone when I'm trying to get a point across like they didn't want to hear it. I kept repeating myself to them over the phone when I mentioned the same things that same week. They prioritized others than my own car when they've had it for months. The shop just isn't how it used to be. There's just too much things that went wrong the last few times that I got tired of having to drive the car back every week. Update: just found a piece of plastic underneath my seat. Turns out they broke the trim around the bottom cushion. It's always something new.

From day one, Rick and his team set clear expectations, communicated consistently throughout the process, and always followed through on what they promised. In the classic car world, that level of honesty and communication is hard to find. The timeline ended up being a little longer than originally expected, but with a car like this, quality should always come before speed. Great work takes patience, and I'd rather have a job done right than rushed. The end result was absolutely worth the wait. The amount of attention to detail was impressive. They installed a Borgeson power steering system, added Vintage Air A/C, replaced my tires, upgraded the alternator and battery, replaced the fuel pump, reconditioned my interior seats, and performed bodywork on my hood scoop. Every item was completed with care, and the car now drives, looks, and feels significantly better while maintaining its classic character. What really stood out was their integrity. They even took care of a few additional items at no charge simply because they wanted the car to leave the shop in the best condition possible. That speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. The car drove 10 miles and the problem still persisted. He apologized profusely and said he'd come by our place to look at it and the car sat for two months and he never came. We took it back to him and he had it for three months and it still wasn't fixed. We already paid him $800 and weren't going to pay again for a problem that should have been fixed so the work went incompleted. Countless calls and texts went unanswered. When we did manage to get a hold of him there was always an excuse. Then when we were finally able to pick up our car he made it sound like it was our fault the car wasn't working properly. Unprofessional.
