    Soup and salad combo

Not sure why I forget about Bob Evans for breakfast. It's the basics, homemade biscuits and it feels like you are eating with family. I people watch whenever I go out. The table next to us was a man and his mother and father. They said grace before their meal and I looked around at the families laughing and talking and realized this is what breakfast should be. Homemade food , people sharing a meal , conversation and most importantly time together. I had homemade potato soup and half a cranberry chicken salad. You can do half a salad or sandwich with soup at a great price. My husband had a sausage omelette. We also had the blue ribbon bacon which is bacon with syrup and crushed pepper.Service was fast and friendly, baked goods to go at the register if you are interested. If you want a taste of Americana, the feel of family and what breakfast should be, this is it. No scanning bar codes for a menu, no fancy mocha drinks with 4 thousand calories, just breakfast as you remember it as a kid. And sometimes that is pretty perfect.

Since living in northern Virginia I've always heard good things about this place. I've always heard that they had done of the best breakfast and I must say, I agree! I was was really happy and surprised when I seen that this place was in Florida I had to try it out for my self. First, impression was, I like the atmosphere! It felt like Denny's but next level, the food was so good as you can se in the pictures. The Cinn bun things were sooooo gooood!!! I'm super glad that I tried them. I wouldn't mind coming back, I paid $26 for two people. I'm one person who isn't a huge fan of breakfast so when I am in a mood for it than I like to choose my places wisely because I know for a fact that I won't be disappointed. This place is most definitely on my list of places to try again.

Pies on their placemat... and table signs... and.,, eeek!

Great for breakfast. This place was crazy busy even at 10 am. Love their fresh biscuits! Chose their mini sampler with one egg, well done bacon and home fries. They delivered hash browns instead but gave me a plate of home fries when I point it out in addition! Price was right! $5.99 Will certainly be back.

The staff is super friendly, the food is always good (especially for the price), and it's just a great place to grab breakfast in the morning. Personally I love their sausage and gravy biscuits. We also really enjoy the farmers choice and always have some to bring home because it is so much food!

3 egg breakfast (egg whites only) bacon and side of toast (you can have a biscuit if you like)

Seeing how much I love breakfast its breakfast all the way when I visit Bobby Evans. This location is within my 2 mile bubble and I always ask for Danielle; she is PROficient, remembers what I like to drink and pretty much what I like to eat. Now, I don't come in weekly, more like twice a month and for her to remember moi... Says a heck of a lot! Yes, it's a chain but I keep it simple and easy. I like 3 egg whites scrambles, bacon crispy and dry, toast and sometimes tomato slices (today I opted for no tomatoes). Danielle knows I like the "breakfast blend" coffee and brings that with a large water & lemon...no questions. I know, some of you might think it's not hard to get a good breakfast out but I would disagree. My egg whites are always cooked perfect, not runny and not burned up dry. The perfect piggy strips are always crisp and never greasy. I have been to many places that breakfast was just an after thought and comes out slopped onto the plate..no thank you. So, if your like me and you like breakfast ANY time of the day please stop by Bob Evans on Cypress Lake / 41 in the COSTCO shopping plaza. Ask for Danielle, she'll serve you with a smile!

My dining partner and I found a spot near the door and were quickly seated upon our entry. The decor was nice and seating was plentiful. Our waitress was really busy but made sure we knew she had best intentions of getting to us as soon as possible. While waiting, we looked over their extensive menu. Everything sounded good. I enjoyed my coffee and refills of my cup while waiting for breakfast in the nearly full (always a good sign) restaurant. Service was very good. I ordered a salmon, spinach and onion omelet with rye toast and tomato slices. Everything was served at the right temperature and tasted great. My dining partner enjoyed their French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. We thought the price was appropriate for the quality and amount of food we received. Also good, their hot sauce! Bought a bottle to bring home. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely stop here again for breakfast.

    * $$ FOOD:…read moreAlways tasty and with generous portions; sadly our waitress failed to bring one or two items (chicken apple sausage left in the kitchen) for one of our party's plate. Otherwise everyone had very enjoyable food offerings. SERVICE: We were seated at 11:05 for brunch and it was apparent that our waitress was overwhelmed or had too many tables. Unfortunately First Watch continues to serve excellent coffee but milk is presented in miniature "milk jugs" from a bygone era, each holding less milk than a thimble. We were given 3 thimbles for four guests. We asked at once for more "thimbles" knowing we are coffee devotees and were eager for more. Minutes later a bus from Shell Pointe (we think) dropped off 15 (!) elderly folks setting up on about 4 tables, and we were astonished to see our harried waitress take that collection to waitress that group. Two other waitresses divided up so we had more than one server. Truthfully it was 11:50 before more thimbles of milk arrived. Dreadful. Awful. AMBIANCE: Average to above average. Not terribly loud, thankfully. SUMMARY: We have enjoyed First Watch ever since they opened their 4 places in the county. This was such a problem experience that we may just try different locations since the overall food and charges are well within normal limits. This may have been a day when one or more staff failed to come to work making our experience with waitresses to be so problematic.

What I got was fresh strawberries, blueberries, drizzled with raspberry sauce with power sugar and whipped cream over Belgian waffle. The portion is generous. The butter and warm maple syrup made this the best Strawberry/Blueberry waffle I had! Besides great selection for brunch, they have dinner items like BBQ ribs, Chicken Alfredo, ribeye steak, and others. Service is warm and welcoming. The vibe is playful, fun and up beating. It is not an upscale but local community minded facility. A great place to hang out with friends and family. I was impressed by the food and the atmosphere.
