hair in my food dry Buttermilk Hotcakes disgusting

This food was disgusting. I found hair in my potatoes, pancakes, and eggs. The pancakes were undercooked, and I didn't receive the Double Dipper I ordered. Overall, I give it 0/10 and would not recommend it.

Happy birthday to Tina! She is a server that has these comeback lines that had me laughing. I love dippy eggs and these were made perfectly. If you like dippy eggs, you want over easy. The inside is just as homey as the feel good meal.

We look forward to eating here every time we come to Orlando. As usual, it never disappoints! We all had the sunshine refresher to drink. It is a combination of orange juice & strawberry lemonade. Get it! You're welcome in advance! It's delicious. My husband enjoyed his double blueberry hotcakes. The blueberries are cooked in the batter and on top of the hotcakes. My son really enjoyed his chocolate strawberry hotcakes. My husband and son both liked the sausage links, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns with their meal. I devoured (maybe not devoured, I have good table manners) my strawberry hotcakes with caramel drizzle. They were phenomenal. My hashbrowns were okay. I meant to order the breakfast potatoes that I usually enjoy. Our server Melissa was nice and Nee Nee our cashier were both friendly. We had another great experience!!

Dirty, and the food, especially bacon not edible, it was rubbery. All food cold and was not fresh. I asked waitress for some napkins, she never brought them. The table was black when I cleaned it myself. I'd find another breakfast spot.

I might be bias but this is a go to for me on my trips. This particular is my favorite with great staff. I wish i would've gotten the name of my server as it was my first time being served by her (African American lady) but she was a sweetheart. She made us feel like family. Ordered the onion rings for the first time and another win for me at this location. Finished off with an amazing pecan pie. That pie hits me in the soul!

As soon as we walked in the hostess says we are in a 30 min hold. You can put your name in and come back or wait. We chose to wait not knowing what a 30 min hold meant. Each person that came in same thing was said. She did explain to one woman that the kitchen is backed up so they aren't seating anyone. We still waited it was about 30 mins then we were seated. Our server John immediately apologized and explained the kitchen is backed up but as soon as our food is done he will bring it out so it is hot and fresh. He was super sweet. He brought us our drinks and I asked if he could bring my boys some banana bread so they have something to eat while we wait. He said of course no problem. We waited almost 90 minutes for our food. The place was empty at this point. When we got there half the place was full and it was large parties. I understood that it would take a bit longer but 90 mins is ridicules. You can see they had I my half the kitchen open. As a courtesy you would think they would have done something. But nope we even got charged for the two slices of banana bread for my children. It was o my 2.95 of seriously my 9 year old children waited very patiently for their food and it would have been nice to have them been given it for free. When we checked out I asked the women at the counter if they were offering a discount she said for what it's spring break they are busy. We are locals not tourist so guess they just lost a repeat customer. It was very disappointing. She didn't even apologize. The only person that apologized was our server. A manager should have been going table to table apologizing to everyone. Had someone other than our server came by to check on us and offer us something while we waited (obviously nothing from kitchen but there are other options). Great children's menu. Portion and price are great. The food was decent for the price and it was hot but I am extremely disappointed in the management or lack there of.

We were seated immediately, all the staff were friendly (shoutout to our server Lucas who went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing). They have a great drink selection, beers, mixed drinks. The "Ol' reliable Tea", was a bit more bitter than my wife would have liked, not a problem, Lucas brought a bit more of the rosemary honey concoction to sweeten up the drink". The buffalo wings were great and spicy. The kids devoured their kids menu cheeseburgers, and the Estate burger was one of the best burger combinations I've ever had; savory, sweet because of the red onion marmalade, tender, juicy... it was firing on all cylinders :-) Now all this good and only a four star review?... I'll explain. We are in town from the North East on vacation and this is the second establishment that has an included 20% service charge that is shared for all employees. Fine, if that's the rules, I'll play by them. But on top of that, our personal server only gets to share that tip and has to ask for additional tip? They have to become salesmen for their level of service?!? Very strange business practices and be prepared for your bill to automatically increase by 30% - 40% because of taxes, mandatory service charges, and additional personal tip. We did end up tipping our server in cash because he was just that good!! But if it was just an average experience, I would have been fine by walking out of there being fleeced for the mandatory 20%.

I've come here for my birthday. I already have plans for a visit when my family gets here in two weeks. Obviously, the food is phenomenal. I usually get Art's Famous Fried Chicken, which they say is Buttermilk-brined for 24 hours then and then flash fried. I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they're always very cautious. No matter who the server or floor manager is. Typically, it's served with creamy mashed potatoes, but I usually swap it out with Momma's Mac and Cheese. I've also had the Smothered Chicken, Bee Haven Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Skilled-fried Chicken Paillard, which is what most of the staff recommends as their favorite dish. And you always have to get a cheddar drop biscuit. That's a non-negotiable. This restaurant is very popular and often gets quite busy, so I recommend to make a reservation as soon as you're ready. But the busyness of the restaurant won't matter once you take a bite. The food is the ambiance and changes everything. Just trust me.

They treat you like you're an old time friend even if it's your first time there. The appetizers (deviled egg and hush puppies) were great.
