He was extremely competent with his diagnostic tools and, when he found that the battery was dead, quickly replaced my battery. He was extremely courteous and professional in his interactions. We just had a wonderful experience with Quynten, the driver for Holzer. Our Prius was stranded in a very tight crowded parking lot and he came in response to our AAA call. Imagine my surprise when I made a right hand turn onto Garden Street & an Ambulance was zooming down my side of the road. I quickly veered (like my life depended on it) onto the curb at a price to my very old car. My car wasn't up to my reflexes & I popped my front right tire. I just bought this car & I didn't realize I was missing the tools I needed to change my tire. Lesson learned, next time I'll make sure I check the details. Someone from this company came out to my condo to tow a car and blocked my parking spot. I tried to motion to him that I'm trying to squeeze into my spot between a truck and sprinter van so I'll need some more space from him but he wouldn't budge. At this point, we were blocking both lanes as I was facing East and he was facing West and another neighbor was trying to get by to his spot so I had no choice but to continue forward, leave my complex, make a u-turn to come back in and try again. This time, I decided to verbally ask him if he could move his truck as I'm trying to park in my assigned parking spot but instead he decided to block both lanes by now standing by his truck with his door wide open. I inched forward and he swung the door open even more to make a statement. As I asked him for some more space to park my car he claimed he already moved forward for me and that I have 'some type of driving there if I can't even park'. Wow, very unwarranted and misogynistic considering the fact that I had no space to even turn my wheel. I live here so quite frankly, I have the right of way. You should be able to conduct your work without obstructing other residences. The other neighbor who was waiting to get to his spot was blown away as well. Our truck broke down while towing our 5th wheel on highway 154 near Lake Cachuma. After talking to the very nice tow driver and several phone calls it became apparent that the best course of action was to simply get towed all the way back to Yucaipa (130+ miles). We got towed into Ventura and the driver had to switch with another driver as he had to be elsewhere which was fine as I knew 5 plus hours of rush hour LA traffic in a tow truck layed ahead. My wife and I with our dogs walked to a nearby place to grab a sandwich. When we got back our new driver was bent over my trucks engine and announced that he knew what was wrong with my truck and could fix it if he could find a part. He did just that and even offered to still tow us if I wasn't comfortable with the repair. I was thrilled to have the truck running again and it's been running fine ever since. Thanks for making a bad experience an almost good one even recommending a RV park to spend the night at to avoid that LA traffic. read more

This Sunday afternoon I went to head off to the beach and my car was completely dead. Luckily I have AAA and was able to have a battery technician sent out. I still wanted to go to the beach so I was able to make the appt. for two hours later which was late in the day on a hot Sunday.
