Saw a new WRX on their Subaru website. Called was told car was available, new, pristine off the truck. They ran my credit for zero percent approved no problem. They pushed me to purchase the car online I told them not until I physically saw the car. I paid a $500.00 deposit online. Drove a 200 mile round trip today. Arrived and got worried a their Sale on hail damage vehicles sign Blayze the salesman brought the car up it looked ok. Then he says I need to sign a form acknowledging hail damage he said there was none, but the form said there was. He then got the big boss who rather then ask what they could do, told me that I needed to understand under a certain amount of damage they didn't even need to notify me! He said they were being transparent with the letter. If transparency is so important why was I not notified before having a credit check acceptance of a deposit, and myself asking the salesman Blaze over the phone if there were ANY Issues with the vehicle at all. We drove a round trip of over 200 miles for nothing. Waste of time and effort. And I don't believe they have refunded my $500.00 deposit yet. Rather then the big boss telling me "what I needed to understand". He should have said they were sorry, and what can we do to make this right. Blayze the salesman seemed ok, and agreed and apologized for not telling me before we started the process. I was really looking forward to getting this car has I also own a 2024 Wilderness that we enjoy. My Jeep's check engine light came on, so took to Bob Howard to have it checked-out. Their Tech, Jordan Stull checks the code, "a misfire on one of the cylinders, and then immediately proceeds to tell me its not covered under a warranty. (An engine part-Not covered on a power train warranty-REALLY!). Then he tells me and my wife that we will have to pay $590 just to have them diagnose the problem. Against my better judgment I left the vehicle, which they promised would be kept inside, it wasn't, finally after one week without them even looking at the vehicle, I picked it up and took to it to a reputable shop. I'm giving them one star only because I can not give less. Savvy car owners should be advised that They lie, refuse to honor their word, and are exorbitant in their billing practices. Purchased a 2022 Audi Q7 in December, after we closed the deal they told us we wouldn't get a second key until Audi shipped them. After 7 months and no follow-ups by the Dealership our key fob arrived at the dealer. We drove 3 hours to get here and the Service Writer didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge us, just sent an automated text that was unrelated to our visit. What should have taken 30 minutes took well over an hour and again, no one had the decency to approach us and explain that they were having difficulty. While waiting in the customer lounge area, we had the pleasure to listen to the sales staff on the phone talking about thier personal problems. I want to leave a good review for these guys, but my experience won't allow it. Here's the story. I bought a nice 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison from the Porsche dealership. It had been driven for a year and had an aftermarket bumper winch and Mallett supercharger installed on it By the original owner. Because a third party supercharger, even from a highly reputable outfit like Mallett (who provides a non-transferable warranty for both the engine and their supercharger) will usually void the Chevy drivetrain warranty, the sales guy I was working with recommended that I purchase an extended bumper to bumper warranty they offer. I did, for about $3500 tacked on to the price of the vehicle, the first time I have ever got one. This gave me peace of mind that if something bad happened with my truck, I was going to be covered. I'm no hot rodder, but the supercharger was a nice addition for towing, etc. Fast forward two years and I'm happily cruising down the freeway at 65 mph and all of a sudden I get a bunch of warning lights flashing on my dash and the engine loses power. I pulled over and called my local Chevy dealer who advised my to bring it in immediately, which I did. After some analysis they tell me I need a new engine. They can't get the parts to rebuild it, so a whole new engine is the fastest solution. Chevy denied coverage, as expected, but when we contacted the extended warranty company, EFG, they denied coverage as well. They said that Chevy should pay for it since it was still under their warranty. The price for the new engine is about $12,000. So, three warranties but no one is stepping up to the plate. I have been working with EFG and the finance department at Bob Moore for the past month, but thus far it has been one run around after another. I'd be more understanding if I hadn't bought the warranty for this exact reason, under recommendations from the dealer. The only thing they have offered to do to to void the warranty and refund the money I paid for it, which is better than nothing, but far from the protection I thought I had paid for. Now I learn that EFG is actually owned by Bob Moore, so they are absolutely in a position to make it right, or at least help out with this huge expense, but that does seem to be their ethic when dealing with customer problems. So bottom line, for two years I have been very happy with my purchase, but ultimately I have to say with Bob Moore: Buyer Beware. read more

We have a 2014 Audi A6 with 42000 miles. We took it to bob moore to have it serviced. They did a big one which cost over $1000. On top of that, they found 2 problems with the car. We got out of there with a bill of over $3800. a year ago, we had another repair that was close to $2000. The car had to be towed in. Fortunately, we bought extended warranty and it was covered under that although the extended warranty cost more than that repair. Now the extended warranty has expired even though the car has very low milage. We have owned several different brands of luxury cars in the past. This Audi is the only one with multiple expensive repairs. Needless to say, we will NEVER buy another Audi. We paid for the repair when we picked up the car. The next morning, we got an email from bob moore offering a 10% discount on our service because our service was overdue. since we didn't have the offer when we paid for it the afternoon before, we called to ask them to please give us the discount since the service cost so much and we missed the offer by 12 hours. The service manager denied our request literally saying it was just too bad that we paid for it before we got the email. The lessons to be learned here: do not buy an Audi cause it's not a reliable brand, do not take your car in to be serviced at bob Moore on time cause you will be paying more. In our case, we are left with such a bitter taste, we will not ever buy a car from bob moore again and we will be getting rid of this Audi before the next service is due so that we don't have to set foot at bob moore ever again. Btw, one would think when you pay over $3800 for a repair/service bill, they should at least clean your car. TL;DR Ruthless Sales Managers, fraudulent used car sales with major known issues, hiding behind "AS IS". 2010 Audi A4. I bought the car after only test driving it at night. Ingo (sales rep) told me that the service dept. fully inspected the car and changed the oil and battery. The drive was great, previous owners kept very good care of the interior. I looked at it under the lights in the service dept. and the exterior looked very nice. I didn't see it running / smoke, unfortunately. The next day I noticed some oil leaking from the tailpipe and smoke. I thought it may be normal for a high-mileage turbo engine and just monitored the oil level. I was prepared for standard 100,000 mile maintenance issues but not for what I found out. I had to add a quart of oil the 1st week. I brought it back at about two weeks and also mentioned the oil consumption. It had needed a second quart of oil by then. The service dept. said it likely needed new piston rings, which requires pulling the engine and about $4K. After more research, I found a class action lawsuit against the auto maker that extended the warranty from 40,000 miles to 80,000 and 4yr - 8yr and included oil consumption tests, and a three-phase process of replacing the oil separator, etc. first and eventually replacing the piston rings if that didn't help. Unfortunately I was over on both at this point. I asked to trade it back in and was willing to purchase something newer. Chris (sales mgr) treated me like I was stupid for buying a used care with over 90K miles and not expecting it to have problems. Signed as-is document (can be no implied warranty) but there is always an implied merchantability when you buy something, you expect it to be worth at least close to what you paid for it. I find it very hard to believe that the dealer did not know that the car was spewing oil since I took it to Carmax for a second opinion on trade in and they identified it right away and offered me 2500.00. He then went on to lecture me about how they were a for profit business "like Target"... They bought the car back 1500 less after 2wks. Bob Moore Auto Group Inc. Response 01/13/2020 Even though the customer signed an AS-IS - No Dealer Warranty form when he purchased the vehicle we agreed to repurchase the vehicle from the customer for $1,200 less than the customer originally paid for the vehicle. Customer Response 01/13/2020 Complaint: ******** I am rejecting this response because: This was a fraudulent sale. Even with "AS IS" it is shady and perhaps illegal to be advertising the car as having no major mechanical issues and to have been checked out by your service dept. when you know otherwise. You all clearly knew the car had major mechanical problems because it is back on your website for sale again today! I asked the last sales rep I spoke to: How in good conscience can I sell this to someone else knowing what is wrong with it? He said that clearly since you now know how severe the oil consumption is (acting like you didn't know before) you would auction the car off instead of selling it. You are about to put another customer through a big headache. Just do the right thing and salvage that car. ***BUYERS BEWARE*** I am compelled to write this review after having a HORRIBLE experience with Cameron Cross and Bob Moore Auto Group (their Audi/Porsche dealership in particular). I was interested in a used 2015 Subaru Series.Blue BRZ they had on their lot. I found the car online so I called in to the dealer to speak with a sales person since the car was in Oklahoma and I am from Pennsylvania. I explained to the sales person, Cameron Cross that I was out of state, but VERY interested in the car. He got me some basic info on the car but still left some questions unanswered. Because I was from out of town, Cameron's manager James Samples said I would have to provide a travel literary before I can even DISCUSS a down payment on the car. I told him that I had already begun the loan approval process on my end and asked Cameron to ask James if that would suffice and to have James call me. I had to contact Cameron later that day again and was not able to reach him. I left him a message asking for a call back, but never got a call. I waited until the next day and still didn't hear back. I called Cameron again and left him a message telling him I was approved for the car loan and I emailed him the approval letter. I asked him to call me back, which never happened. After waiting a couple hours I reached out to the dealership to talk with the manager. James was off that day so I spoke with Perry from the Audi/Porsche side. I explained to him that I was already approved for the loan and needed to talk to Cameron so I can put a down payment on the car so someone local doesn't snatch it from under my nose. He assured me he would sit down with Cameron and call me back later. For the rest of the day I never heard back from either manager, or Cameron. I was so baffled how they could drop the ball when I practically gave them the sale on a silver platter and only needed to sign the paperwork to make the car mine. I ended up calling another dealer out in California and took my business elsewhere. I cannot stress enough the lack of customer support and the unexplainable lack of customer appreciation that this dealer has for its customers. I would never consider Bob Moore Auto Group for future sales and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone in the area or wanting to business from out of state. I drove 3 hours from DFW to lease a land rover that was a special edition and was misled through the entire process. We talked about price and payments over the phone prior to the 3 hour drive and were reassured 3 different times that the price was what I was told the first time. Surprise, it changed as soon as we got there. The manager showed us 3 different payment sheets and none of those were right. They could not even get the total price of the vehicle right. The price I found on the internet was $2,000 less than the price when we got there. Can't prove the change because I did not print out the internet price. My wife submitted a credit pre-approval and that was not even used. We had to argue about the price, about the payments and then got the deal done. I took an afternoon off from work to go up and get a car, I did not get home until 3am the next day and felt like I was RAPED and then ROBBED. They did not even wash the car let alone detail it. We had to spend $25 just to get it clean enough to see out the windows and get the dirt off the outside. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOB MOORE LAND ROVER, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AND DON'T CARE IF THEY LIE TO YOU. read more

If we could give this car dealer zero stars we would. Our car was totaled and we found ourselves hunting for a replacement vehicle. We went to Bob Moore on a Saturday as they had advertised a 2010 Lincoln Towncar with lower mileage. After driving it and the salesman Nickolas Stanfield telling us what a great car it was - even to the point of telling us it was from a Dr. in Texas whose family wanted him to have a new car yada yada..we negotiated the price down to blue book. We wrote a check. We took it home and on Sunday it was dead. We took the 2 month old battery to Wal-Mart and they tested it and said it was good. We charged it, and took it back to Bob Moore on Monday. They said it was the battery and replaced it. We got it home. The next day it was dead again. We called and they said bring it back in. They moved fuses around (and by the way, didn't put them back right as then we didn't have heated seats anymore) and they finally said it was the relay for the AC. We had pointed out that the compressor was kicking on and off and that the hose was hot. We had a hot day in OKC the other day and guess what, the AC doesn't work. They promised us in Dec it did but we couldn't check it. We called and after a 1/2 hour conversation they said we bought the car 'as is' and they didn't have any responsibility towards it but if we brought it in they would fix the AC at their "cost". We are very unhappy, we have been lied to by the salesman, the finance guy, the manager and the service manager. They told us they stand by the vehicles they sell, but apparently not! read more
