This authentic Indian restaurant is located in Brownsburg IN in this small strip mall. On ODell st. They have a lot of vegetarian options and some vegan options too. Their service is great, they explain their menu and food tastes delicious. They are family friendly. They are mainly good for carry out. If you dine in, it's very casual. As soon as you enter, you go to the counter to place your order from the menu available on the TV monitors and pay your check right there with your order. You can stay there to even pick up your order or dine in. This is a definitly must try Indian restaurant in Hendricks county.

We finally decided to give this spot a try. Their place is bigger than I thought with numerous tables. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was good - we got the butter chicken & something lentil with dark sauce. We ordered them medium spicy and it did not melt our face - did have some kick though. The lentil dish was yummy with the garlic naan which was nice and fluffy. The butter chicken was good but it I've had better. I say this to mean that the sauce was sweet - I'm used to really deep savory flavor from the spices. That being said, it's a decent place so check them out because what is good for us might be excellent for you!

This new restaurant is so good. Easily top 5 in Brownsburg. No questions asked. Go to Bob's ASAP. I got the butter chicken and garlic naan. It was amazing. The butter chicken was amazing. It came with great rice too. Everything was hot, fresh, and high quality. The garlic naan was delicious and tasted like it was cooked fresh in a clay oven. The owner actually came out to talk to us and confirmed that. He is very friendly and all the employees there were great. The restaurant has a clean modern look inside. It's very nice. Overall try Bob's ASAP. It's too good.

I loved the experience we had at Bob's Indian Kitchen! The food was amazing, I had the butter chicken and it was so flavorful! The naan was perfect and the service is just as good. When ordering we got some suggestions of what's best on the menu, and they were so nice and asked us about our experience when we were almost done the ambience is very relaxing and the whole time we felt very comfortable. Definitely coming back. This might be my favorite Indian food restaurant in the area now!

This is my second time eating here! Everyone is so friendly and it's a. Very welcoming establishment to go to! Great for dining in or Carry out, either with a group or on you own! Today I tried Samosa Chat and also got a dessert called Gajar Halwa which has health benefits as well! You can eat Gajar Halwar hot or cold. It's made with carrots which are packed with vitamins! Gajar Halwar aids in digestion and is anti inflammatory.Great for boosting immunity, good for skin, bones as well as your eyes. Known to be great as a winter treat because it's made with ghee which can help warm your body from within. Which is great living in Indiana! Because I took my order to go I was able to heat some of my dessert up to taste it both hot and cold and found I like it both ways! I have loved everything I've tried so far and plan to eat my way through the menu!

This is a new Indian restaurant that opened last Thursday in Brownsburg and I was excited to try. I arrived around 3:30 and no one else was there. I wanted to order the Dal Fry but was told they were out of Dal so I went with the Chana Masala instead. I was asked what level of spice I wanted and I chose mild and then was asked if I wanted rice or naan and I got the rice. Their menu has a variety of foods to include appetizers, pizzas, chicken and vegetarian options. I ordered my food to go and it came out quickly. I think the portion size should be a bit more with the amount paid but my Chana Masala was really good. I am looking forward to trying more items on the menu soon.

Very helpful when ordering and shopping nice we haven't had much Indian food experience here was kind and helpful explaining the different dishes. Nice and clean, bright and roomy inside Urban look. Had no idea what it looked like before I entered. Trying the Samosa appetizer and Bob's curry chicken and Butter chicken Rice and Naan. Delicious and Tasty!

Finally got to try Bob's tonight. I called my order in because it's a cold and rainy night and I wanted to enjoy my food while cuddled up on the couch. I got the chicken biryani and gulab jamun and was told they would call me when my food was ready. I actually was on my way to the restaurant when they called. The biryani was delicious and well spiced. Sadly, the chicken they used was chicken breast and the meat was dry so I ate very little of that. Still a great meal and that yogurt sauce with the rice gives a cooling effect if you find it spicy. I would get the dish again but would not get the meat. The gulag jamun is two fried dough balls in a slightly sweet sauce. The sauce is the star and has just the right amount of sweetness. Overall a great meal and I would eat here again. I saw some other reviews that mentioned that the food is expensive. I didn't think the price was too far off what other Indian restaurants I've been to are charging.

I really enjoy Bob's Indian kitchen. I had the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Soo good! Seems like they have a lot of other great choices too.

We arrived close to opening, so it wasn't busy. Lively Indian music was playing in the background, it was very noticeable since there was no one inside when we arrived. The first thing that caught my attention was my water cup. It had a lot of lint on it, which made me nervous to drink from it. I asked for another cup, but then noticed a bug in that one. Thankfully, the server had no issue replacing it again. We started with the aloo gobi spicy, and that was great as usual. The garlic naan was also delicious and one of the highlights of the meal. My dad and I both ordered the butter chicken spicy, and this is where things went downhill. There was basically no spice at all. It tasted more like a level 0 for spice. The server offered a red sauce to spice it up (I think it was sriracha), but it just wasn't the same. We also only received one portion of rice, when usually each butter chicken comes with its own rice. The sauce was much runnier than normal, and the chicken to sauce ratio was uneven between our dishes. Unfortunately, we left dissatisfied with this visit. Not sure if there was a different cook today, but I'm hoping this was just an off day because I've enjoyed this place in the past and would love to see it back on point next time.

For lunch they offer a buffet and for dinners, there is an a la carte menu. I'm not usually a buffet kind of diner, but I made an exception to try the food. The benefit of the buffet is that you get to sample many different options. The dining room is upscale, immaculate and comfortable with beautiful murals on the walls. A interesting mural of downtown Indy is over the bar. (BTW, they have a full bar). TV monitors played Bollywood and other colorful Indian shows. The hosted is welcoming and super friendly and tells you to go straight to the buffet, while she gets water. The $15 buffet is separated in to vegetarian options, meat options and salads. I tried a number of my Indian favorites including Chicken Masala, Butter Chicken, Vegetable Curry, Aloo (potato) Pakoda, Assorted Vegetables and salad (romaine) with assorted dressings. I also tried the Rice Curd. My favorite was the Butter Chicken and Aloo Padoka. The food was a perfect spicy for me. It was slightly spicy hot, but not unbearable. The hostess also brought us out servings of warm butter naan. She checked on us several times and encouraged us to try some desert, which we had missed. The balls of Gulab Jamun were sweet and delicious. I was glad she sent us back! Munzul, the owner, stopped by our table and introduced himself. He is friendly and sought honest feedback. He is eager to please his new clientele. There seems to be plenty of parking in the tiny strip mall lot. The building is accessible.
