With places shutting down, other stores trying to upsell us, not knowing what will fit what truck because internet data is straight up wrong... My life has been chaos. Bobtop was going to give us the best deal on the fastest timeline before the virus, but has communicated beautifully since the problems started, and when we found another top on craigslist, they advised us on fit and rack improvements and told us we should probably take the good price elsewhere. I talked to them on Tuesday about fixing my canopy and was told they could fix it but to come in on Saturday between 2:30 and 4 because they had a large order in the morning. I drove from Wilsonville and when i got there at 2:45 I was told they did not have time to fix it. The person I talked to was very rude and i got the feeling he did not want to waste the time to fix my canopy. I wasted a lot of time only to be told basically to bad. They must have more customers than they know what to do with because this was some of the worst customer service i have ever gotten. I will never use these guys fore anything. I called on Tuesday and was able to get in the next day to have a leak in my canopy repaired. The seals in the window needed to be replaced. I got there 30 minutes early and they started working on my canopy within 5 minutes. Richard and Drew did a great job. Very friendly and personable people. Those qualities are very important to me. stopped by last Saturday afternoon to have a few items replaced on my truck canopy, Richard and his co worker were right on it. every item I had questions on regarding my canopy they fixed super fast new risers for the back window, new locks for the back window Richard noticed that the canopy was a little miss adjusted and was able to lift the canopy off the truck as it was stuck down due to age re-taped every place it needed and even cleaned the windows for us. in todays world service like this is hard to find, I will recommend Bobtop to anyone who needs this service top notch!!!!!! read more
