They charged and tested my battery, checked my alternator, and helped me get everything figured out. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Had an issue with the best battery option not being given on a prior purchased battery. I spoke with Cory the manager and we got off to a rocky start which was my fault. I called back to apologize and re explained the situation. I was able to come in and get the issue resolved with no issue. Cory is an amazing manager, very calm demeanor no matter what the situation. While we were working on the situation we even shared family photos on our phones. It became a positive experience very quickly and the staff really knows their stuff! read more

I needed a cabin air filter for my car and I mistakenly got the wrong one, twice from Walmart. Although I googled and checked on auto zone for the one it stated fit my car and yet it was wrong. Stopped by here and Chuck helped me and he was so kind and so personable. I remember stopped here almost a year ago for something else for my prior car and I remembered him. I have received amazing customer service here on two separate occasions from Chuck and Carlos. I needed to get a new bulb for my headlight and Carlos helped me find exactly which bulb I needed. There wasn't one on the floor so he went in the back to get it for me. I thought I would've had to bring it home to my husband to install it, but Carlos offered to install it right then and there for me. I appreciated this extra service so much! He didn't have to, but he went the extra mile. Chuck is the sweetest man. My husband had called for a part and when I got there to pick it up, Chuck had it ready at the front counter. He talked with my husband over the phone to confirm and went and grabbed an extra item that my husband had requested once I got the store. So nice, friendly, and helpful! It was awesome that they are offering curb side pick up so people that are at risk can keep their car on the road. I needed a battery and I had one the same day that I ordered it. But, even though I had my old battery they wouldn't take it and refund my core charge from the curb. So I had to eat the 18 bucks and now have an old battery to deal with. read more

I came here after a day of trying to figure out what was up with my car. It was having trouble turning one during start up while turning the ignition. Went to get my oil changed at Valvoline and the staff there concluded that my battery was at a very high-risk of dying, so I decided to go to O-Reilly Auto Parts to get a new one because a friend of mine said that he could help me get the right parts. We got there and we wanted them to test my battery again just to make sure that my battery was the main issue. To our luck, we got one of their younger staff members. He was knowledgable, yes, but the way he held himself in front of us was immature-like and unprofessional. As he tested my battery he made comments like "oh god, yeah, yeah, you're battery is super bad, that definitely needs to be changed!" Ummm, no spit, that's what I came here for... he also made comments about how my 'alterator' (sp?) was the main thing and it was just eating away my battery life, which sounded more like a sales pitch to me to buy more than I needed. I ended up just getting the battery because a friend of mine was with me and he knew better than I did. He asked another employee to run the test again and with the new battery we found that my alterator was in perfect condition.. read more

A very professional senior clerk or manager -- I'm not sure which -- not only installed a new brake bulb for me... Michael? recommended a specific kind of grease or lubricant that would make it last longer. No charge for install. In and out pretty quickly. Spent less than $10. Much cheaper the citation or ticket cost. I had gone there directly after getting a warning. Very tired and stressed out. Made my day and felt much better about my fellow human beings after that. I would give this place 5 stars for my last visit alone, but I actually would usually avoid going here as the staff are usually a bunch of really young guys who don't know much. However, on my last visit I went in for some new batteries on my truck. I chose them because they quoted me the lowest price. I called in the morning, but when I went in after work I found out the quote wasn't accurate.....that goes back to the young guys who don't seem to know what they're talking about in my experience. I was helped by Chuck, an older man when I arrived. He apologized for the misquote and even got me a discount to try and get the price close to my original quote. I hadn't brought my tools with my that day so I was lacking what I needed to change my batteries, Chuck offered to let me use tools they had there, and when I couldn't find what I needed he even let me use his personal set from his car. Awesome and helpful guy. I'd say if you choose this place, ask for Chuck. I'll go back just for him. read more

I was here to have my car diagnosed because there was a blinking light in my car about something wrong with the engine, i was so amazed at the friendliness and the high quality of customer service. The person who helped me was Brian and he was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested that I change the sparkplugs so he advised me on which plugs to buy I bought them and when I went to my mechanic he confirmed that I needed to change them. But it cost me less since I already knew what it was. So I am extremely satisfied with the impeccable service received here and I definitely recommend it. This location is the best. !! read more

My husband had been a loyal and frequent customer of this O'Reilly for 3 years. Now my husband will be a loyal and frequent customer of the NAPA Auto Parts nearby, which will take longer, but we'll take that time each trip to renew our disgust with O'Reilly and the manager Ray. My husband works on our cars all the time, has a lot of skill, and has owned his 1978 pickup truck since it was new that he does most of the mechanical work on. When Ray's employee messed up a pulley, my husband even told Ray he understood that working on classic rigs is different and offered to buy the replacement part that Ray's newbie ruined, but NO, Ray wouldn't fix it!
