If I could give them zero I would. Consumer protection laws are there for a reason. Not just annoying sales practices but actually illegal! Sent me a written quote for $36,344. When I arrived, they claimed the car was loaned to the office manager, tried to bait-and-switch me into a $51,000 model. hid the price of a second car (salesman literally said"I don't know the price of this car") while making me wait for an hour in the car for a test drive while they secured a sale with a different customer, despite having an appointment. When I tried to contact the GM to complain and request sales team not to contact me, their contact form routed me right back to a sales chatbot. Deceptive practices. Avoid. read more

My wife brought her car in for a "check engine light". Emissions are due soon so we had to get it looked at. We purchased it used from another Chevy dealership closer to home. It was purchased as a "certified pre owned" which has extended warranties etc. My wife gets a call from some service tech (Kevin) and says it will be $125 diagnostic fee and a $565.77 repair to get it through emissions. My wife explained it was a certified pre owned and it should be covered. "Kevin" told her it wasn't and that they can't find the warranty information on their Chevy network computer. My wife calls the dealership we bought it from and after explaining the dilemma, is immediately connected to the general manager (Lori). Lori in 15 seconds finds all of the cars warranty information on the Chevy network AND had the paperwork we signed on her desk in the course of the 5 minute phone call. A 3rd call to Valenti service department was met with stammering, excuses and finger pointing. Never again. While their sales department may be fantastic, it seems to us their service department is horrible. read more

I brought my 2014 Chevy Corvette here for an oil change. It has 4400 miles on it and was under warranty through Carvana. During the oil change they ran a diagnostic and discovered a fuel leak! Jason explained the situation to me and I made an appointment to bring it back in. I told them the car was under warranty with SilverRock. Jason contacted SilverRock and the repair was covered at 100%. The customer service was excellent although we did have a misunderstanding as to when the car would be ready. This was a misunderstanding on both parts. Both Jason and Kevin do their best to keep the customers happy during these difficult times of no help to hire post-Covid! In addition, I have taken all of my cars here over the years for emissions testing and the same tech has always been there and is ALWAYS polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to service my vehicles going forward! read more

I have bought three cars from this dealership and thought I was recieving good service. When bringing my truck in for a routine oil change I was quoted for a 600$ repair to an ABS sensor that I had broken. I did some research and repaired the part for 41.92$ and it took less than a hour in my garage. I called and spoke to the Service manager, I believe his name was Tom. He fed me a line of bs saying they couldn't acquire the GM part and had to charge 600$ to fix the part. He didn't sound like he was truthful, he sounded more defensive and rude then a manager trying to help. So I did some more research and I found the OEM GM part for less than the 41.92$ I paid. I would tell everyone that I know to stay away from this service center, they only care about making money not their customers. I made a purchase of a new 2016 Chevrolet Spark earlier this week. My sales person, Joe in the Chevy department was very VERY helpful in helping me pick out this car and guiding me through all the steps. The only draw back was that this vehicle didn't have cruise control , and since that was the only thing about the vehicle that was of concern to me, they agreed to order and install the cruise control system free of charge! My payments are very affordable and within my range! PLUS FREE OIL CHANGE PROGRAM FOR LIFE!!!! Screw paying Valvoline $40.00 for a conventional oil change, and probably to strip the bolt to your oil pan and try to up-sell a bunch of products or services that you didn't come there for or can't afford at the time, or change it yourself and get all hot, sweaty and covered in oil - just bring your car to their dealership for scheduled oil changes!! Joe was very polite, knowledgeable, non-dismissive and not pushy at all. Joe is a good car salesman; be like Joe. read more

Best to take your money elsewhere. Went to the dealership recently with a friend looking for an affordable car. After walking the lot for 25 minutes with absolutely nobody acknowledging us, we decided to enter the dealership. As we entered we were greeted by a rude receptionist, who completely made us feel as we were bothering her. Then waiting another 10 minutes, as a "meeting" was going on with the team. Nobody absolutely nobody made us feel welcomed or even cared we wanted to purchase a car. So we took our business elsewhere and glad we did. Meeting or not a customer should never feel unwanted. Almost 40 minutes and no help, guess our business isn't very important. read more

I bought a car from them a few years ago at their Chevy dealerships and have had nothing but issues. It has been nothing but a slew of inconveniences where my car is often returned smelling badly, and a new issue quickly arises. On one occasion they could not figure out what was wrong with the car and as soon as I took it with another chevy they immediately found the issue. Another time my car had gone in for an oil change right before Thanksgiving and they had done a routine check up, said my car my need a new battery soon but was not an immediate issue, Thanksgiving day my car dies at the casino and there is acid all over the battery. I clearly needed a battery ASAP and not sometime in the near future, something they would have noticed as acid does not accumulate that fast three days later. After calling the service center they were not sympathetic or accommodating. They also had no recollection of the new warranty issues we had previously discussed as they hadn't written them down. The car is just about 4 years old and the amount of warranty problems I have had is astronomical and their customer service is subpar. I will not be buying another car with them or Chevrolet again and they don't seem to care either. Bad customer service, mechanics and policies. read more
