Let me start by saying that once I threatened them with contacting the Atty General, they made things right. Beware shady sales tactics and outright lies. I have bought many cars, never had one change the paperwork after I had signed. We agreed on a price and the paperwork reflected the price BEFORE I picked up the car. When I got the car, the price on the paperwork had changed to reflect a "certification fee" of $1920. The salesman told me for $35 he could certify my Ford Escape and that would get me a one year service contract. I agreed and he told me he was bring it to Ford for the certification. The $35 cert fee turned into $35 a month for 6 years!! It was certified by Car Bravo, a GM company, not Ford. There were also some minor repairs that they agreed to fix. When I picked up the car, nothing was fixed. Why did they have to keep my car for an extra week? I was told to be detailed and sent to Ford. When I got the car, there was a sandwich wrapper in the console and car was never sent to Ford. If your expecting white glove service or delivery, NOT HERE!!!!! read more

Today Luis called and said they sold the truck to someone else yesterday. Ask for our deposit back immediately.....which should have been done when truck was sold to someone else without us asking for it to be credited. Now they will not answer calls from us. Or address the refund. We believe the truck was sold because we did not want to purchase their extended warranty. Dealership makes 30%-70% profit from the sale of warranties. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! F BBB rating. I chose to purchase my own truck from the dealership -- a 2022 truck that I believed would provide reliability and peace of mind. The sales experience was excellent. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. Within weeks of purchasing the truck, I noticed a strong burning antifreeze smell. I monitored the coolant reservoir carefully and initially assumed coolant may have spilled during service and was simply burning off. On February 8th of last year, while traveling to New Hampshire with my wife, the truck began filling with raw exhaust fumes while parked. Smoke was coming from under the hood. I later discovered that an oxygen sensor had backed itself out. I purchased tools, repaired it myself, and made it home safely. The antifreeze smell, however, continued. I contacted the service department and brought the truck in, taking time off from work to do so. I was told there was "no leak." Weeks later, I had to add two quarts of coolant. I returned again, took another day off work, left the truck overnight for pressure testing, and was again told there was "no leak." A short time later, I had to add nearly a gallon of coolant. When I contacted the service department for a third time, I was again questioned about why I believed there was a leak. I explained that losing nearly a gallon of coolant was the reason. This time, the dealership finally identified a leaking radiator. The truck remained at the dealership for five days while I arranged rides to and from work and borrowed vehicles from family. When I picked the truck up, I was charged $65 for a hose that I was told was "not covered" under my so-called bumper-to-bumper warranty because "there is no real such thing as a bumper-to-bumper warranty." Then, in October, the instrument panel illuminated with multiple warnings and the truck entered limp mode. I was informed the Engine Coolant Bypass Valve had failed and that the repair was extensive and parts were difficult to obtain. The truck remained in the shop for 13 days. I continued smelling burning antifreeze and now also experienced raw exhaust fumes entering the cab. Soon afterward the dashboard again lit up with warnings, the truck went into limp mode, and the engine began shaking under acceleration. I immediately turned around and contacted the dealership. At this point, this was my ninth trip to the service department in approximately one year. On January 12th, I again took time off work and contacted the dealership. I explained my frustration to management and requested assistance. The dealership arranged to tow the truck and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Five days later, I was informed the truck was repaired. Approximately eight miles after leaving the dealership, the truck began pouring smoke from under the hood. I pulled over in 12-degree weather with my wife inside the vehicle and immediately contacted the dealership. About 30 minutes later, an employee arrived -- who happened to be the owner's son -- and brought us back to the dealership while arrangements were made to retrieve the truck. After leaving the dealership and stopping for lunch in our hometown, I was shocked to see my truck drive into a Home Depot parking lot approximately 20 miles away in another state. The truck had supposedly been disabled and left where it broke down. I confronted the individual driving it with police present after believing someone had taken the truck without authorization. The driver identified himself as the service manager -- another son of the owner -- and explained he was "testing" the vehicle while also stopping to shop. When I questioned why my vehicle was driven across state lines and used for personal errands after breaking down, I was told he "needed to pick up a few things" and asked, "What is wrong with that?" Owner Cindy Brustolon Casey later expressed frustration about my involving police. I explained that I had been instructed to leave the keys in a disabled vehicle and then unexpectedly found it being used miles away in another state. At this point, I no longer felt safe driving the truck. The vehicle repeatedly filled with raw exhaust fumes. My wife became physically ill from the fumes and refused to travel in it. The truck repeatedly entered limp mode, smoked from under the hood, and experienced recurring cooling system issues despite numerous service visits. I explained to owner that I was not looking for special treatment or asking anyone to lose money. I simply wanted a safe and reliable vehicle. I believed customer service, accountability, and safety still mattered. Eventually, owner Cindy Brustolon Casey told me she would help place me into another truck. However, when I identified vehicles on the dealership lot that interested me, I was repeatedly told those vehicles had "bad Carfax reports" and were not recommended. Last Wednesday evening I went online to configure a Ford Bronco for my daughter. The next morning the dealer sent me a text discussing the order. I confirmed with them they would honor the "you pay what we pay promotion ". They confirmed that would be the case. I went to the dealership to review the order and place a $500. deposit. The whole time I spent at the dealership was 20 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the transaction. I could not say that with my interaction with this Buick dealer. I arrived and the car was ready to test. That went well. When I decided to purchase the car, then came the rules. They needed a $3,500 deposit, and required you finance the car with them to get the "special" purchase price. Once i completed the application, they would not disclose the rate. My credit was tier one and I was putting down 50% of the price. They then required I sign the paperwork that day, not when I was willing to pick up the car. I don't know how successful they are with these business practice, but I will not be a part of it. read more

I'm updating my review of this business, I bought a car from them not even 10 days ago and had some issues with the tires on the car - that shouldn't have passed inspection. I went back and forth with them for a few days and ultimately ended up reaching out to the owner and they replaced the tires on the vehicle for me. I shouldn't have had to reach out to them but I'm happy they were able to do the right thing and fix what should have been done prior to the car leaving the lot. So I thank them for that. Be glad you came here and just hope it's before you wasted your time like I did. Spent two weeks Talking to "Big Dan" about a GLE 63s. Car was in their shop being repaired for an oil pump issue so I couldn't go look at it. I live over an hour away so not just a pop in kind deal. Finally email Dan to check if the car is back and he CALLS me right away to say it is and I tell him I'll be in the next day on Saturday morning to look at it. Even tell him I'll be sure to tell him I'll let him know if I'm running late because that's the type of person I am. Turns out I was running late and I did email him I would be about 30 min late. Well I was pretty surprised when I got there and was told by some old slimy looking sales guy at the front desk the car was sold. Big dick Dan would not even come talk to me in person. I looked at my email and saw he did email me a one sentence email that someone was driving it and another one sentence email it was being written up. But could not be bothered to call me like he did when it meant he was making money. Could have called or at the very least written something a bit more sincere. I was 30 min later than we had scheduled the day before after talking for over two weeks about the car. Drove over an hour and he knew that. Yup I get it. Other guy was there first. Cars sell and that's Dans job. But this place lives up to the slippery car dealership reputation. Read on. They had changed the price of the car several times and they were clearly playing multiple buyers. I started going to Brustolon to service my GMC a few years ago. I always felt welcomed and received good service from the service desk, to the mechanics, and the parts dept. as well. BUT NOW?, it's a totally different atmosphere, it's like everyone hates their job and they make sure you know it. My first and last experience with this dealership! I called about a 2023 Denali and they said no problem, they have it available and come down for a test drive. I was assigned a sales agent named Arvy. Upfront, seemed like a decent guy. We test drove the vehicle and then proceeded to sit in his office and talk numbers. I've bought enough cars in my life to know the game. The first question give me rough numbers on my trade. He would not answer that and refused to go to the manager to get a realistic number. . Indicated that they had to see the vehicle, that's crap because the other dealers can at least give you a ballpark. Next he told me the vehicle I just test drove is probably not for sale because they've been working on a deal that started four days earlier. Then why the hell did we test drive this and waste my time. Then he left his office and after 10 minutes I got up and walked out the door. I called back and was furious and talked to Ken one of the managers who praised Arvy as a great sales guy and completely discounted Arvy's actions. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! My brother in-law traded in a Ram 1500 on 3/29/24. Brustolon gave him $7000 on trade in. I contacted my brother in-law too late to buy from him directly but contacted Brustolon and offered them $8500 plus any dealer fees the next day. I received several messages making me think they were open to the deal but then the messages stopped. The truck was listed on the Brustolon website as of 4/5/24 for $14,574. I missed out on a decent used truck for $7-9k and now I'm looking at Ford F-150s for over $25,000 but I would never consider shopping at Brustolon after this shady experience. read more

My son and I after contacting the salesperson traveled four hours to the dealership to buy a car at a certain price as represented on car guru and on the dealership website. Lo and behold the dealership presented figures to us that were 2000.00 more than the listed price. Their explanation was that car guru didn't adjust their price but it was still on their website for the same price we expected to pay. They came down 1,000.00 thinking we would bite so we stormed out. About 20 minutes later we received a phone call offering to us the price we expected. As we were already on the road home how could we trust such an unethical dealership so we kept driving. I called the general manager and asked that he reimburse me gas and tolls but he said no way nor did he apologize for our treatment. I told him that this was not the first time this has happened as another reviewer had the same problem. I told him I was going to write a bad review. Obviously he was fearful of another poor review and twenty minutes later the salesmen called and offered that they would sell us the car and they would drive it down. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I called on Monday about a car to make sure it was available before I drove over an hour to see it. I was told it was available and then a few minutes later I was told it wasn't available and that it sold on Saturday. Now it is Wednesday and all of the listings are still online on several sites, including the dealership's own website. So I call and ask if it's actually available and am told yes it's available, when would I like to see it. 30 seconds later I get another call saying the vehicle was NOT available and in fact sold on Monday (the day I called in the morning about seeing it). So I said why was I told it sold on Saturday if it sold on Monday and if it sold then why is it still listed everywhere as being available? They said the original guy buying it changed his mind and then changed it back later on Monday. So I asked if he wasn't buying in when I called then why couldn't I see it and why is it still listed as available? The MANAGER said it's still listed because the car hasn't shipped yet and they hadn't received the money for it. Obviously I then asked, then how am I suppose to know if it becomes available again if it's still listed as available now, but it's not? He rudely said that's how they do things and it's definitely not available. Can you say SKETCHY? It seems like they just didn't want to sell the car to a woman. Or maybe just to me, not sure why since I've never met any of them and simply asked if a car was available as advertised. So we have lying salesmen, false advertising, and likely discrimination. This is the email I sent to the dealer To be completely honest with you, I did not have a great experience buying from you or Brustolon. While on the test drive you never asked how I liked the vehicle and only had me drive it less than a half mile down the road and turn around to return to the dealership. That was the shortest "test drive" I have ever been on. Then when your finance manager and yourself had me bouncing back and forth that was also ridiculous. Then you and I had an appointment last Monday between 10 and 1030 am and when I walked into the dealership you had a customer you were speaking to at your desk. I was waiting in the waiting room for 23 minutes and you told me you told the finance manager I was there for him and when I asked him he told me you never told him I was there. Then to top it off the truck wasn't ready like you said it would be at 1030.If it wasn't ready you should have called me in the morning and told me. So I had to drive and come all the way back for 215. Then when you were trying to do my registration I was videoing you grunting, huffing and puffing the whole time. I ended up changing my address on my registration myself this morning so I am all set with what ever you were trying to do. But that was a bad experience I had buying with you and Brustolon. If there is anything I miss understood about my experience feel free to express that to me but it was a headache to do business with you. read more

Sleaziest sales experience I have ever had. We went to test drive a truck and when we got there the tires were completely bald and the check engine light was on. our salesman said this was very surprising to him. days later we say we'll take the truck if you can take care of the check engine light. they say that's great and ask us to come over and make the sale final. after driving 2 hours and signing a dozen documents the salesman tells me it's actually going to be another $8k after fixing the engine light. the salesman and his coworkers suddenly became super arrogant and rude as if they didn't just raise the trucks price by 15% after the deal was 99% done. My husband and I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. We were thinking of downsizing from a full size truck to a mid size but had never driven one before, which we communicated to one of the sales people over the phone. Not only was the person we made the appointment with unavailable when we arrived at the agreed upon time (which I understand happens), but the person who assisted us instead could not have been more condescending or rude during our test drive. From comments like "so you're just us for our inventory," any questions we asked about the mid size truck was met with short responses and an annoyed tone, all because we were transparent about our intentions to not leave with a new vehicle that day. The very next morning the sales rep texted me and said the vehicle that I was in process of purchasing was in an accident on the car lot and it was demolished . I calmly said would you please send me a photo of the damage . The sales rep said no problem and he never sent me squat but he did send back my deposit . So I am more than positive that the dealership sold this auto right out from under me . Shame on them . Unreliable people never change . Me and my husband came to this dealership after 10 years of waiting for a new or used car one of the reason is because we have disabled child so we are most of the time on one income we bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited diesel for $40,000 we bought it in a heavy rain which we shouldn't had done. About week later we noticed there was a big dent on the hood and corrosion on all doors and hinges and hood. We didn't do anything about it until 4 months later because they explained the warranty on the vehicle when we bought it (5 years panels) but when we decided to contact another dealer where we live to have the corrosion fixed they told us that we did not have any warranty because the dealer we bought it from bought it from Canada. And the dealer knows about that but they hide it from the customer. So now we are left hanging with $12,000 repair. We asked them if we could return the car they said no. We asked if they would help us repairing the car because they have a body shop they said no. We asked if we could swap it for another vehicle they said no. And we asked if they could buy extended warranty for the vehicle they also said no. I asked the guys can you please help us you sold me the car with warranty but it doesn't have it, there was a very cold answer. Absolutely not from the manager named Al and Luis Vides was the salesman. This is all so sad and just because of greed people behaves like that.
