Previously came here for the purple taro milk tea, which tasted fantastic (sweet and creamy) with fresh chewy boba. Now I'm back to try their other drinks. The staff previously informed me last time that I can adjust the sweetness level on certain drinks (e.g. purple taro, honeydew milk, hibiscus refresher, lychee moteato). I got the honeydew milk tea with lychee jelly at 50% sweetness level and with oat milk ($1 extra for alternative milk). The 50% sweet was perfect for me, especially since the lychee jelly was sweet by itself. I love that they have specials. My friend got the May 4th Star Wars special boba (butterfly pea flower) with oat milk. It had a pretty baby blue color. I couldn't really differentiate the butterfly pea flower (tasted more of the oat milk) since it doesn't have that strong of a taste, but my friend and I both liked it! Standing together with my honeydew drink, it totally reminded me of the blue and green drinks that you can get at Hollywood Studios. May the fourth be with you! The total for my honeydew drink was pricey (~$7 excluding tax) but that was in part due to the $1 additional cost for the oat milk. The place does have a large seating area, nice decor, and it's in a convenient location (by being right off the highway AND by sharing a space with Nine Five Pho). I've tried the taro drinks with ube, but the taro was too chunky for me (although my friends like it). There are options to sit at tables (especially if you're eating) or take a high chair by the windows if you're just having a drink. They also have a big couch bleacher style area right by the front, but that's where vendors sit when they're there for Cupsleeve events so that area isn't really accessible for patrons. I wanted to love Boba + Chill due to family and friends recommending it plus I love to support small businesses. However, after I placed my drink order of four drinks. I didn't actually except to chill/wait around for about 20 minutes. I've had boba nearly 10 times this week (don't judge me... I'm on vacation back to FL to see family & friends and boba is our common love language, lol) and Boba + Chill is unfortunately close to being my least favorite tea/boba spot. The good-ish? Ridiculously cute aesthetic, decor, and store layout. Teas are perfectly layered for the 'gram and boba has the right chewiness level without being overwhelmingly sweet in syrup. I also enjoyed the custard pudding I added onto my drink, which was a lavender matcha latte with boba. The not so good? I couldn't really taste the lavender in my drink. It honestly reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk with boba and pudding added to the mix. My husband got a Thai milk tea with boba and felt his was either watered down or not potent enough. My three kiddos enjoyed their drinks enough to finish theirs but mine was halfway before I gave up...
