Solid late night drink :) My lil bro and I went here cause everything is closed after 11pm and we're craving boba. Surprisingly this place is still open. My bro and I were being cautious cause the ambiance looks like a Walking Dead episode at night and no one is around. We just went to this alley looking sliding door to order.. like something in a horror movie haha. We ordered in a kiosk and we didn't see our server til he handed our drink.. it's damn sketch but thrilling to say the least lol My bro and I ordered their regular boba milk tea in a cute bear container. Alright we're sold cause the boba is quite good. One of the best experiences that we had in a boba joint! Overall, hell yea I would go here again especially around 11pm.. shit is cool :)

Great shisha place, and they also sell amazing boba. I love getting Thai tea here; it's perfectly sweetened. This was my first time visiting the Rowland Heights location. I usually go to the one in Koreatown, but this location is great too. It's spacious and has plenty of free parking, unlike the Koreatown location, which is valet only. The staff here are very friendly.

I only came here for the boba after seeing the cute bear shaped cups that they came in. I didn't go into the hookah bar section so I can't provide any review on it, but based on the drinks alone, it was a little disappointing. The Thai tea was overly sweet and lacking the distinct Thai tea flavor, and the boba was a little hard. My friend got the passionfruit green tea and it was better and the right amount of sweetness. Even though the drinks weren't the greatest, at least I got a cute plastic cup out of it! It's located in a quiet alley of a plaza, so it can be a little hard to find. Service was quick and our drinks came out fast, and there was even a claw machine in the store that we played with while we waited for our drinks.

Didn't have the bear cups when I visited but the drink was still very good. Had the Watermelon slushie. Not too sweet so it was very refreshing. Open late so that's a plus.

This boba spot is a little hidden from the road because of a large white tent covering the name of the spot. If it weren't for previous photos, I wouldn't know where to find it. What I liked about this place is that if you want to enjoy the bar area, there's an entrance to the right that will lead you to a seating area. I wanted to do a quick boba order so I made my way to the left where there was a kiosk for me to make my order. The order process was easy and there were a lot of options. I ordered the strawberry milk tea and it was very good. The milk tea was creamy and had all the flavor but wasn't too sweet. I didn't really speak to anyone until I got my order, so I can't really speak on service. The boba was made pretty quickly though so I was happy about that. This is also next to a restaurant that had an off-putting smell. Other than that, and with how difficult it might be to find, it was a good overall spot.

Starting with the positive first, the drinks made were decent. I used too good to go app to get 2 drinks at a discounted price. They literally made it while i was there so its not quite in the spirit of too good to go but rather simply discounted prices on drinks the house chooses to make. Technically customer service was good once I got the worked to come out. However, when i first stepped in, i thought that maybe the business was no longer running. I stepped in and it was completely quiet. The big tablet with payment system, the lights, claw machine, and really amything that would indicate its still a functioning business was off. I rang the bell a couppe of times and called out to no reaponse for quite some time. Just as i was about to ask for a refund on too good to go and report the business defunct, I hear someone in the back say something. It took maybe a other minute for the guy to come out and it seemed like they had a bad foot or something. The whole store in general seemed like an abnadoned store and a little unkept. Anyway, overall the cups are cute, customer service was good, and drinks/boba were maybe average or a little bit above.

Honestly not an ideal place, especially with the other options in the area. I went with a friend and the entirely experience was a bit eerie from the start. The place is located in what looks like a hidden back alley, with no open signs or indicators of business taking place here. After entering through a sliding door, we waited until a worker popped out like we were in a movie, and we ordered. While waiting we wanted to check out the place, and I think this is where I felt the most unease. They have a back room for hookah, and while checking it out, the worker, who was alone, walked up to us in the middle of making our drinks and asked us to leave since we weren't smoking. It was a really weird experience with a really interesting man. It felt like we were in a business acting as a front to be honest, which might not be the case, but the overall experience was really weird. Anyways, we got our drinks and they weren't good at all. The honeydew slush didn't taste like honeydew and the mango tasted more like papaya. Not a good time at all, and I felt a huge sense of relief leaving.

Came by because they were on too good to go. Listing stated "fresh fruit" drinks with decent ratings on both apps so I figured I would come by and give them a try. While the containers are cutely themed, milk tea and Thai tea are not the fresh fruit drinks advertised that I was expecting. Response from the staff is that it's whatever is left at end of day which makes sense. But tell me you're going to tell management to correct it and offer some sort of fix for my experience. Maybe their other stuff tastes better but these were subpar. The boba included with the milk tea was also subpar. I have better tasting instant stuff with boba for cheaper at home. The entrance into their inside seating was pretty cool with a faux elevator. Thought that was a nice touch.

Staff was completely welcoming and nice to us. Amazing people, atmosphere was sleek and modern. The music was good and the atmosphere is very laidback. Thank you to Yexi and Randy for taking the time to explain and recommend us good combos. We will be back again and recommend everyone who wants a taste of a fresh environment to give this place a try!!!

My friends and I had a good time here. The server was friendly and attentive. The prices were decent. There was enough seating for groups. The vape was just $5 so good for the time there as it wasn't strong and probably will not last long. The yogurt soju wasn't strong but it was kind of a creeper. They also have happy hour for $3 beers late night so we also got some beer. This is a great place to hang out with friends. We played games while we drank, vaped, and smoked hookah. Overall cost for 4 people was under $100 without tip. However, there is a surcharge for whatever reason... There isn't too much variety with the games, but it's free!

Sometimes I just need some cuteness in my boba drinks and I don't care if the tea actually has boba or other toppings or not. Boba Bear is a small hidden gem for cute bottle boba! Good price that cines with a bear shape bottle and delicious tea. There's no seats inside, so it's more a pick up and go shop.

I'm not sure what happened, but they overcharge and serve watered-down drinks. I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea, and it tasted like flavored water. Same with the Thai Tea. Also, the little charges here and there they have are ridiculous. $3 for ice to add in the hookah? You're kidding. Ice. They charge for frozen water. Ill be omw to support Hookah businesses that take pride in their services without ripping the customers off. Cool concept, but bad execution. read more

I've been a regular at this Boba Bear location for years and it's literally my favorite hookah spot. All of the staff are always attentive to our needs and check in to make sure customers are good. Lydia is one of my favorite staff members here so if she's working you know you're in excellent hands! The quality of the hookah is consistently good, and all of the flavors they offer are great. There's also plenty of parking in the plaza and the music is on point! I also love that they have wifi and outlets for anyone who's looking for a chill spot to get some work done. The atmosphere is definitely awesome and the Boba Bear Jar they supply are cute and almost like a souvenir to keep. However, I wasn't expecting the drink to be so small in terms of size. For $8 a Boba drink I expect to get a large drink of Boba Milk Tea. This place is a good but it's like rich people Boba you get a little drink for a lot of money. read more

Love the quality cookies and boba drinks in the cute bear cups!!! They had the greatest ambiance and vibe in the dark lit room with lots of space. Service was great in making the drink that I wanted happen (half matcha half Thai tea slush) . I will be back for the cute looking tasty drinks that were new and promoted aside from the warm classics ! First time here to try out their shisha. Loved the vibes. Lydia/Lidia was an amazing server and always checked on me to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. Very hospitable attitude. Came here after dinner with friends because we were craving boba. It was one of the options open late so we decided to stop by. The person who greeted us was super kind and attentive. He answered our questions about drinks and explained how to use the kiosk. You order through the kiosk and get to choose your toppings, drink, and type of cup you want! The options at the time were the cute bear cup or for extra $ you can get a flask. He double checked our order with us before starting to make it which I thought was pretty cool. Drinks were pretty good! The Jasmine milk tea was the perfect sweetness even with boba added to it. My friends enjoyed their OG and banana milk teas. The boba was nice and chewy and not hard like some places opened late.... Will definitely be returning for the vibes and drinks :) read more

After seeing photos of their glitter lemonade, I had to come here. This spot is definitely for the gram, and great to have the bottle as a souvenir to take home. The drinks were very sweet and their boba was nice and chewy. Although the interior was small, they have a doorway that leads to another dark room to chill in. read more

Such a great place! The staff were impeccable and so nice! Their boba flavors were delightful and if you buy one they give it to you in a mason jar cup thing that you can take home! We tried 4 that night and even went back a second night. At night it turns into a hookah lounge. The place has a cement feel to it so really modern and edgy. When we went around midnight it was pretty crowded and there were tables full of people playing games and enjoying themselves. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to relax and have fun! read more

Well I only came into the to-go area apparently (not realizing there was a large impressive and cool looking interior) but hookah isn't really my thing anyway and the lobby was still very nice looking. We got the banana milk tea and it was really good. It came blended and smooth and in a very nice reusable glass jar type container. The logo is really cool I love the bear. read more

I'm unsure on the quality of the boba. It tastes old. I'm also allergic to melons and had an allergic reaction to their drink. I'm sure they're mixing spoons and ingredients. When I asked them nicely about it and explained to them my allergies, they seemed offended. Super rude lady. Perhaps they're only in business because of the one piece stuff. read more

I had a horrible experience here. A group of myne was enjoying our time there and spilled a water cup. We asked for a rag to clean it up. After cleaning it up this very rude worker yecxi came and said she would have to come cut us off ( we had only ordered 1 pitcher for 8 people and were not causing a problem) but that was fine we were okay with not ordering any more drinks, and we said that. She then returned and claimed we would have to pay $100 for "making a mess" because of the water cup that we had spilled even though we cleaned it up. When we asked why she said it's because they would have to mop because we spilled water. They clearly have signs that only say if you throw up in the restaurant you have to pay that fee but we did not throw up. She just said it's because they only mop on sundays which is pretty disgusting if you ask me. Never going here again after that horrible experience with that staff member and would recommend everyone else stays away at all costs! (Edit: the owner replied to this however he wasn't there. We are not welcome back there and were told we were banned. At the time of the spill there was no alcohol on the table and we did not even order any beer so it's not possible to have spilled beer. And we got along great with the other staff member and would have put the games away and everything if we weren't being escorted out by the plaza security (which was unnecessary because we were already leaving) this place barely gets any business even on weekends. So to kick out and ban me, out of all people who not only goes regularly but also brings people to support this business is ridiculous.) read more

I was not the only person chillin alone which was pretty cool and I'd definitely come back again alone or with a group of friends! Also if you sign up for their rewards program you get 10% off which was pretty cool!

The early few minutes when they open was clean and quiet, after walking in the sun for long I felt like I was going inside a dark room in the Hookah Bar. I remember one of the reviews is about a group who were fined for dropping water? They told me they were Drunk, they were dropping bottles on the floor then were banned from the place since they were starting to hurt Yecxy and have to call the mall's security, I feel really bad for her she's a really nice girl. Hands down, the best hookah lounge in SoCal. I've been coming here for over three years, and it still tops my list every time. What sets this place apart? For starters, they serve boba and drinks alongside your hookah. Basically everything just goes well. But the real magic is in the staff. Shout out to Armando and Yexcy/Jess, and Randy, they know how to pack a bowl and their house mixes are next level. I love this place. I would go every month with my home girl to wind down ... grab drinks and hookah. They have a variety of shisha flavors and drinks. The staff are so helpful, if you don't know what you want they know what flavors to adjust to your needs. They even have their own mix of flavors that are such a treat; try out the Netflix and Chill ;) haha. Angel is so great. He attended to our every need and so friendly. Hello Angel! :) haha. I been coming here for the longest and its like it gets worst . The staff chill a lot and take forever to come back to the table to help ! The tall skinny white guy is always smoking hookah on his shift and never even bothers to keep checking up. The staff chills and actually act more like a hang out spot ! Service was good and the waiters were really nice. It's more a bit on the pricey side, but it's cool. Parking was easy to get because it's in big plaza and that night was kind of dead.
