I love this shop! Good variety of drinks and although I've only tried a few of them I can't wait to try the rest. Ube Cloud is nice and creamy, and all the drinks are a good size too. It's the same owner as when they were Krak Boba, so I have full confidence that everything is delicious. My kids had the strawberry banana smoothie and were not disappointed. Came here with my family the other day and it's so amazing! The drinks are fun and unique, and it's something you don't see a lot around here. Thought I'd try a new place. Ordered the Mango Tea- The mango puree looked like it curd when it touched the tea. Had a weird 2 color Layer - brown and the puree curd chunks floating. They Replaced it with a Thai Milk Tea. Unfortunately- Awful. The bobas tasted chalky and the tea like it was those canned gas station ones. Have to give major credit for customer service thou. They did try to make it right,. When the mango drink wasn't good, they replaced it with the Thai Milk Tea. They even asked for me to taste the Thai tea incase I didn't like it, but I didn't want to wait more for it or ask them to redo it. Ended up throwing it away outside the store. Great Customer Service, unfortunately not so great drinks. Will just stick to OneZo. read more

After the disappointing drink from their grand opening weekend, I was asked to give them another chance. I ordered the same lychee green tea with boba that I did before. Again, it was made without the lychee jelly, which I had even asked them about when I ordered the drink. They did take it back to fix that when it was pointed out. I wasn't gypped on the boba this time, so I appreciated that. However, the drink still barely tasted of lychee and was like a really watered down green tea. I guess I will just have to not get this particular tea next time. I'm willing to give their other flavors a try. The boba, though, was nice and chewy! read more

I always get the Baby Boba bee milk tea because it has no caffeine. It's really good. I've also tried the ube with oreo Boba bee and it's also just as good. They have good selection from milk tea to refreshers. The servers are all pretty nice and warm. read more

I was craving boba yesterday. I decided to go to Boba bee. I had a few drinks before that were delicious. My experience is always the same they have great customer service, the place is clean and staff is helpful in giving ideas for orders. Oh and the kicker you can pick desired sweetness. So today I had the tropical tea. It was so good I have also tried the strawberry/banana smoothie,Ube Cloud,Cookie butter freeze and they also have the best Thai tea I have ever tasted. Mixed feelings about this place. Ordered the butterfly lemonade today and asked for light ice. However, upon receiving the drink, a quarter of the drink was missing (more evident when you flip the drink upside down). Went in to inform the workers and one of them immediately apologized and said he'd add more lemonade to the drink. The two other workers were being so stingy saying he wasn't supposed to top off the drink because "the owners said so and they had written not to top off drinks on the board." They argued so loudly I could hear from the other side of the counter. I think it's ridiculous that customers pay 5-6 dollars per drink and the workers/owners are being cheap over topping off a drink when light ice is asked for, hence the 2 stars. Topping off the drink wouldve costed the owners less than 5 cents. Drink was okay, but my bf informed me that he saw the workers using KIRKLAND LEMONADE FROM COSTCO to make the drink... can't believe I paid 5.15 dollars for Kirkland lemonade, as a speciality drink shop you should be making your OWN lemonade. I'd like to thank the one worker who immediately apologized and topped off my drink, and then apologized once more. read more

Boba Bee is very close to my home and just added new drinks!! These newer drinks are awesome and this place has become my go-to once again. After the rebranding I was unsure and started to go to different places but Boba Bee has exceeded my expectations. The TROPICAL BREEZE is just like the Dragonslayer from Krak, I know a lot of people miss that one. The MANGO MANIA is awesome and while it isn't new, the JASMINE MILK TEA (extra sweet for me) is delicious. The employees are so friendly and efficient, I came in late the other night and everybody was cheery and fun. The inside is just as cute as it was when it was Krak, but is still as small with one bench. I'm so happy that they've got new drinks and I've branched out to try them, this place is my top boba place :o) Wish they would add an Earl Grey Milk Tea!! read more

I originally gave a lower review because a lot of their drinks sound overboard with so many flavors packed in 1 drink but i tried a few of their simple milk teas and i must say they are delicious. I get 50% sweet and it's still very sweet so dial it down if you don't want too sweet or go full amount if you want a liquid dessert. read more

I have now been to boba bee a few times and have noticed that overall it's good but they really suffer with a lack of consistency. I've had the same drink a few times and it varies each time. Some have felt very watery and lacked flavor while others are great. My Thai milk tea seemed to lack flavor and fell flat the first time I had it but then my friends was really good and the same with the Queen Bee. I think if they could get their quality consistent it would be a much better boba place. When it was krak boba I didn't feel like they had this problem. Hope they can fix it because I still enjoy them. read more

Very good selection. Very good tasting product. I come here nearly everyday after school. Very handsome, short, long-haired man. He was super handsome, like jeez. I would just need mere seconds. The amount of clap-back I would produce would be large enough to generate a magnitude 10 earthquake. I wanted to drink the rest of my "Mangonada" off his body.
