I opted for ordering ahead and picking up because it seemed like it was a busy spot and thankfully I did, would recommend that anyone do it because on a Saturday afternoon it was packed inside the store. The wait time for my order was about 35 minutes, I happened to arrive to the store a bit earlier and went to the left side where the pickup order was, and luckily they had my drink ready earlier than the estimated time. I ordered the assam black tea with honey boba, organic whole milk, 50% sweet and less ice ($6.20). It was still on the sweeter side for me, would definitely go lower on the sugar in the future. We always stop by for a drink when we're in the area. They have a large menu, and a bonus is no additional charge for oat milk! I'm impressed by the staffs friendly and efficiency. They always seem to be busy with in store, to go and DoorDash orders but it never feels chaotic. The cold brew with cream cheese and boba was pretty good. I've been here several times, but tonight I ordered the Natural Ube Taro Milk! It was yummy! I slurped it up in a matter of minutes! If you like taro, this is the drink for you! I love taro. First time here. Wanted to try a different boba place since we always go to Boba Guys in San Ramon. We ordered 2 strawberry matcha lattes 50% sweet with boba. It was really good. I recommend it. The place was super busy, but we got our order in about 5 minutes. The workers behind the counter don't mess around. They are quick and efficient. There's seating for roughly 16-18 people. We stood by the windows to wait for our drink order since it was crowded and there was no place to sit. We didn't mind though. It was probably busy since school is out for summer break. I haven't been here in years but remember loving the brown sugar milk. It was packed but quick turnaround and the space is small so that might be why it felt more busy than it really was? I got the brown sugar milk tea and the crème brûlée milk tea but: 1. I realized after I got home they gave me crème brûlée milk (no tea) -- but I did love the taste of this the most 2. I forgot to say no ice and the drinks were a bit watered down cuz I was fasting 3. I wish I had got the brown sugar milk (no tea lol) I feel like it just tastes like milk tea with not much brown sugar action 4. The taro is good if you like taro, otherwise I can see it being too "yammy" for some. I personally wouldn't get it again but I'm not a huge taro fan so that's on me. TLDR I need to circle back to try the crème brûlée milk TEA and the brown sugar just milk and make sure they get the order right. read more

I got the matcha mango MT and my partner got the tropical passionfruit green tea, both half sweet with less ice. Continuing my boba kick with Boba Bliss...here we go! They are located in the San Ramon Village Plaza next to a Shell gas station and Loard's Ice cream. It's conveniently located right off the freeway and has ample parking; I can't complain! The space is small, very clean, and has beautiful minimal decor. You can order with either an employee or at the kiosk. There is hardly any seating, I probably wouldn't hang out there or anything. It is also very LOUD. lol At least they had good music playing. They had so many drink options but I'm super basic. I went with the Thai milk tea with boba and the creme brulee pearl latte. Both were so good! Unless you like really sweet drinks, I would go for 50% sweet on both. Boba was perfectly soft and chewy! I just wish the drinks were colder. I usually have that issue with bubble tea drinks. I would say I've had my fair share of boba in the Bay Area and I thought Boba Bliss was not too bad. The several times I've made a visit--maybe it's pure coincidence, but it's always when the lines and wait are super long. One of the times I had to wait 30 mins+ for my drinks and just didn't think the wait is worth it. Be sure to utilize their Online Ordering otherwise you'll just be sitting and waiting around for it. I've tried their Crème Brûlée Pearl Fresh Milk which we don't see often around here. It was a nice balance of sweetness and creaminess matched with the chewy boba. Updated review as this is the second time we made a stop out here and it did not disappoint! We ordered a crème brûlée latte (regular and the other with black tea). The crème brûlée was fire! We did not even use the spoon as it melted into the drink perfectly making it so creamy and yummy. The boba was warm, soft, you can taste the brown sugar! So freaking delish! I also ordered the mango green tea and mango sago to take home. Both had real mango pieces, it tasted legit. No syrups, no artificial taste, real mango drink! I was impressed. I don't think I've ever had a mango drink made with real mango until now. Both were really good, would recommend if you love mango. I've been coming to Boba Bliss quite often whenever I'm in the Dublin-Pleasanton area. My friend and I love coming here! The usual go to would be the Strawberry Matcha Latte with boba. Their boba is great! We especially love it when it's made fresh and ready. Their regular Matcha Latte is also good; something simple and not too sweet. I usually get my drinks either 75% or 50% sweet and less ice. This place isn't too big, and they tend to get busy sometimes and packed. When you get inside you can order on the kiosk, but when it gets super busy someone will be at the register to take your order too. The place is very well lit and they often put decorations for holidays too. Love the Christmas tree they put up. The times that I've visited this place, the workers have been very nice. The recent drink I've tried was the Tiramisu Latte and I love it! It wasn't too sweet and I loved how everything went well together. If you'd rather go for a basic option, their Jasmine Milk Tea and Oolong Milk Tea is just as great with grass jelly or honey boba. It's usually perfect, but I feel like they may have forgotten the sugar altogether since they were extremely busy when I went. Although the drink was a bit blander than usual, the boba texture was great. It's located in a more hidden location near several housing complexes. It's fairly spacious inside with a lot of indoor seating, but it gets difficult to order when there's a lot of people inside since there's only one kiosk. I believe you can also order from the cashier, but they're usually busy making drinks so it's best to order ahead online. One of the greatest boba places I've ever been to in the Bay Area! Ordering online is super easy and simple to follow. Orders are usually ready depending on the day from 10 - 20 minutes, so it's not that bad of a wait if you're driving to the location. The location is right off the freeway and also has a fairly large parking lot. Ever since I've had the Crème Brûlée I absolute fell in love with this place. Regardless of how small the cup size is, there hasn't been anything that is comparable with how amazing that drink is. Everything about that drink tastes like it's a liquid and milky version of a Crème Brûlée. The top layer is sweet and crunchy while the pearls are soft and fresh. The Brown Sugar milk tea is also just as amazing as it looks. It's difficult not to leave this place without at least two drinks since the Crème Brûlée doesn't last very long because of how good it is.
