We visited today and the owner helped us out & was super nice. The store smelled like fresh tapioca and tea, it was really nice although our drinks were only okay unfortunately. We got the ube latte with soy milk and tiger latte with soy milk as well but all either of us could taste was the milk & ube / milk and caramel... it didn't have any coffee flavors from being a latte nor did it wake us up like lattes usually do. Overall it wasn't bad, just not the best but we'd come back and try again due to supporting this new business as we wish them the best! read more

Super friendly boba shop! Our group came here after lunch at nearby Ma's House and it really hit the spot. Owner is very chatty and super friendly. I got the hot red bean tea with soy milk. Very interesting unexpected drink. Made with a powder, it tastes like red bean but is completely smooth. I asked for 25% sweetness but it was still pretty sweet so maybe next time I'll go with 0% sweetness. We also ordered tiger milk boba and Assam tea lattes. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. The one thing to watch out for is their drinks are by default made with non dairy creamer which I dislike on general principle. If I'm ordering a latte, I kind of want milk in it like the name suggests. Since they have alternative "milks" (oat, soy, almond, coconut) available for an additional cost, it's not a major issue but just caveat emptor. Cute but very small interior, order via kiosk. read more

A classic boba place where you can just grab a good tasting taro smoothie or red bean milk tea with all the fixins. I tried it for the first time today and was pleasantly greeted by all the staff so, yes, A+ for service. Place is basically the boba bar so it's tiny but you can sit by the window or outside. Me and my family wanted to try a new boba place near us. It was pretty crowded when I got here, plenty of parking in the center. For a small and cozy boba shop this place is more than meets the eye. There was an assortment of fun drinks that I have not seen at other places and basics for my.. well very basic daughter who orders the same thing everywhere. My basic daughter said the boba in her strawberry tea was perfect and fresh and she really liked her drink. My son ordered the pina colada slush with mango Starz. His really liked his drink and rated it as delicious. I am really picky and am always looking for something low calorie and light. I ordered this coconut slushy drink with green jelly but with almond milk and 0% sweet. This is my new favorite drink, I never drink anything completely but drank this one till the cup was empty. Stopped into Boba Flip tonight and loved it! The shop itself is very small, but the menu is quite expansive. I ordered two drinks the red bean milk tea and the strawberry peach tea. I was impressed with the red bean milk tea, I haven't seen that on many boba menus. The red bean wasn't overpowering and was just right! The strawberry peach tea was refreshing. I'd order both drinks again! The best part of this shop is the customer service. Literally the nicest people who own and run the shop. This was my first time and they made me feel like a regular. Boba flip , I really enjoyed this place it was very cute and small. The service was fast and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks. The drinks itself were absolutely delicious, fantastic even. We got passion fruit assam and mango assam. These drinks were the best, if you don't know what to get definitely try one of these great flavors. They were the perfect amount of sweetness. They also offer the option to change the sweetness if you aren't into sweet things. I'm currently on a boba journey and this was an amazing stop. I truly do recommend coming here! One thing that I will comment on is the seating. It was only three chairs and no tables. So we had to make it quick. The guy serving us was very polite and patient, great guy! Also, if you are really into Sonny angles they have a wide variety of them ready for you to purchase. Overall I would come again. Loving this new boba spot Came here as soon as they opened because well, I was excitedly and patiently waiting for a boba place to open up near by that was walking distance from the Brea plunge & even better close to Goodwilly! I get to grab a refreshing drink and do some sustainable shopping next door!! Yessss!!! Anyway, this place does not disappoint! I have been back several times. That Thai Swirl smoothie is soooo good! So glad I found a boba place in this mall. Great location with not many other boba places nearby. I got the tiger milk tea & assam black milk tea. My new favorite boba shop…read more I was in the shopping plaza and was recommended to try it out. I walked by and they were still closed. I went to my car briefly and by the time I came back out about 5 minutes before opening, there was already a line 15-people deep. They have all sorts of drinks -- tea, coffee, milk tea, fruit teas and other stuff I can't remember. I opted for a Strawberry Tornado fruit tea. Nice consistency and ratio. Very refreshing. Would definitely come back again if in the area.
