We ordered a few different croffle flavors, and the blueberry, coffee, and strawberry ended up being my favorites. They were crispy, flaky, buttery, and fresh, with toppings that didn't overpower the croffle itself. The soft serve with the warm croffle was such a good combo. The creamy vanilla ice cream melting into the buttery croffle made every bite even better. It felt simple but so satisfying. The dalgona latte was also so bomb. It had a bold coffee flavor with a creamy, lightly sweet dalgona topping that wasn't overpowering. It paired perfectly with everything we ordered. Their menu is simple and pretty straightforward with the two main choice categories being croffles and drinks. The croffles are waffled croissants topped with slightly sweetened & flavored whipped cream crowned with a complementing topping for added flavor and texture. Since I was gonna have a blueberry coffee at home, I chose the blueberry croffle. Size wise the crofffle is a smidge smaller than a bar donut, appearance-wise it's way more dressed up, and taste-wise, it's perfection. Not quite life changing perfection, but the perfect texture and flavor combo. The base has a subtle crunch yet is still light and airy. The flavored whipped cream is also light with just enough sweetness to satisfy. The added blueberries were the perfect finishing touch. We decided to go with the Coffee Croffle, and it was so good! Topped with a biscoff cookie it had coffee flavored whip cream and powdered sugar. It was really good, not too sweet just the perfect amount. Located in a strip mall, this place makes some good croffles (a croissant/waffle hybrid). The interior is small with a couple of long counters to sit and also a little table. They offer around 8 croffle choices, boba and coffee drinks, and some ice cream options. The fellow who took my order was pleasant but quiet. I ordered a coffee croffle and a dalgona coffee latte. Both were made within a couple minutes and I sat at the lone table and enjoyed them. The croffle, presented in a to-go container, was great. The crispy waffle was covered with a coffee cream and topped with a biscoff cookie and crumbles. Great mellow flavor and not overly sweet. The dalgona coffee was okay. I rarely have a sweet tooth these days but when I do, I want something really good and nothing too basic. I've had some good croffles lately so it was an easy choice seeing a local, new mom and pop shop that specializes in croffles. Here's what I ordered: **Strawberry Croffle: HARD PASS. The strawberry cream on top was extremely sweet and had a very strong artificial flavor. Edible but not really. (1/5) **Coffee Croffle: I was allowed one topping so I opted out for biscoff crumbs. Instead of crumbs, I got a whole piece of biscoff cookie which was very soggy. The coffee portion resembled a dalgona style whipped topping which was not overpowering with sweetness but had the perfect balance. (4/5) **Thai Tea: I've my fair share of decent to excellent Thai teas and this one was the worst I've ever had. Can it really be the worst when it didn't even have a Thai tea flavor? I've had Thai tea prepared with powders before but my favorite is when they brew actual tea bags and then add the dairy. This particular Thai tea had no tea flavor, nor did it have any dairy. I really feel like they got a cup of water and added orange food coloring. The worst part was that it wasn't sweet at all and coming from me, that's bad. The boba was very mushy and had no flavor at all. I threw away my drink after taking one sip. If I can give negative stars just for this, I would. (0/5) One thing I'm really disappointed about is that the croffles are not made to order. Instead, they have a display case by the register with their pre-made croffles. I was expecting a warm dessert but I was met with a room temperature dessert. Worst of all, the to-go containers are fairly small and it's really hard to seal unless you want your croffles to get squished. If you want delicious, hot and made to order croffles, I recommend you check out Lu Lu Coffee right down the street. The customer service was non-existent. When I entered, they didn't say anything. When I asked if the toppings are included with the croffles, the lady said, "I think so." When I received my order and left, I said thank you but they said nothing. I got there less than an hour after they had just opened up and there was a really funky smell in there. They should also keep their croffles in a heated container as well if they're gonna store them for the day to keep it nice and crispy. Ambiance is very plain and boring. They've been open for about a month now so there's really no excuse for errors especially if I'm the only customer in house at the time. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I feel bad for them being new and the overall flavor of the coffee croffle was pretty good. read more

Decided to stop by last night and this place is absolutely delicious and is a hidden. I typically I'm not a fan of too sweet desserts and this is perfect. This new spot is amazing! A cute date spot to check out, I just wouldn't want to wait inside for too long because the waffle smell was a little overwhelming for me. There was only 1 person working so our order took a little long, but the customer service was amazing as I asked a lot of questions. The little waffle deserts were incredible, they even have weekday specials buy a waffle, get the 2nd for a $1. I liked the tarot boba more than the Thai tea, but when I went home and added vanilla almond milk it was fantastic. It did take a bit for them to be made since they are literally works of art and another individual came in to order while she was in the middle of the order. The consensus: Amazing! I was craving a sweet treat after lunch and typed in dessert nearby in the search bar and Sweet Nara appeared in the top 5. They are located in the shopping plaza across the street from Polly's Pies off Raymond Ave, between Commonwealth and Chapman. The shopping center looks older and outdated, but Sweet Nara is far from that! It's so pretty and cute inside and clean! I'd also say this is kid/family friendly as they were playing some Disney bangers while I was in there: I Just Can't Wait to be King from the Lion King Film, I Lava You from the Pixar short film Lava and The Lonely Goatherd (the Yodle song) from the film Sound of Music. Made me want to go back in time and relive my youth! Since it was my first time I decided to get 2 croffles for $5.95 and a Jasmine boba tea. I chose the banana croffle and the coffee croffle. For the coffee croffle I chose biscoff crumbles as the topping and the banana croffle came with a hazelnut topping already. While the owner was making my order, I took a photo of the menu and noticed they also have ice cream! I could've gotten a croffle with ice cream which is my ideal treat, but the two croffles I got were really good so I didn't regret my choice! I was the only customer at 2:50 pm so my order was done within 7 - 10 minutes. I tried the banana croffle first and it was amazing. It was sweet but not overly sweet and she didn't skimp on the banana or the toppings. Seriously, these croffles are the BEST handheld desserts. I tried the coffee croffle and it went in a different direction but also VERY good. Not as sweet as banana, the coffee flavored cream topping was spot on as far as the coffee flavor and with the biscoff topping it gave it the right amount of sweet and crunch. Usually don't get Jasmine boba teas but tried theirs and it was also very good and not super sweet like other Boba Shops. I love Jasmine pearl dragon tea by itself and this tasted like that, with the right amount of milk and sweetness. I could really taste the Jasmine tea! I left with a stamp card and will be back for more. It's the perfect dessert shop with options, but the menu isn't loaded with too many items which makes it easy to choose! Located in a plaza, Sweet Nara brought some sweet surprises! Our friends never had a croffle so we wanted to check it out tonight and boy did this place deliver! The two ladies behind the counter were so nice and paid great attention to detail when it came to the desserts. They were beautifully crafted, crispy and soft, and had plenty of the delicious cream and the fruits were so fresh! Both the strawberries and blueberries had a combination of tartness and sweetness and the creams of each croffle weren't overly sweet. My favorites were the banana and strawberry croffles. My friends described the blueberry and strawberry creams as 'yogurt-like' in taste, I thought the creams were nice and light. One friend tried a jasmine milk tea and said it was good too. Thanks to their awesome deal for buy one get one for $1, 8 croffles for a little over $20 was a steal! I think for the size and quality of the croffle their original pricing is very fair as well. Decided to check this out bc I love croffles and it was open late night! They were playing some good music and I ordered two strawberry croffles. I can't complain about customer service, it was 10 pm and she was the only one working. For the price, I was expecting a bigger product but that's okay. Personally, I think the strawberry croffle is overly sweet. Maybe next time I could ask for less cream because I ended up taking alot of the cream off. and it's more of a waffle shaped croissant than a croffle. The service is quick and the employees always have the best recommendations! As for the sweets, I ordered a Dalgona coffee as well as a blueberry croffle, and a yummy soft serve topped with biscoff and Oreo crumbs, which I love! The croffles are sweet, slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the center, the creme topping has to be my favorite though. Everything is fresh and well-prepared!
