It's OK. Pretty good tea, refreshing, not overly sweet. It's standard to me. But felt it was a bit overpriced at $7.50+ for most drinks. Might be from being in the mall? Service was fast though. There was a good number of orders but they were popping them out quick. I like their cup design with a stopper, very convenient. read more

The truth is, I can't walk past a boba shop without getting a drink - even this one in the middle of a mall food court. What's convenient about this location is that you can grab dinner, get a boba, and charge your car right outside (at least 8 super charging stations on this lot). Not sure if Boba Station is a chain but their options here are great. I love the size of their large cups. Haha. Got their peach & passion fruit black tea with jelly, their station milk tea (tiger brown sugar boba style), & an oreo vanilla shake. Drinks were made quick. Refreshing & decent flavors. The boba is a little bit too soft & mushy for my liking but overall the drinks are good. They also have flavored sodas on the menu. Quick service. Reasonable pricing. Good flavors. read more

I love the crystal boba here. When I'm at the mall, I always get two servings of it, just to eat by itself. Yes, by itself. No drink. So chewy and pretty addicting. :) Service is a bit slow today since there's a line but the girls are always nice. read more

The Boba Station opened a couple of weeks ago and replaced the previous boba place called Zero. I guess this is a temporary pop up as I learned the main shop is a kiosk in the food court area. First impression was good. There were two employees out in front and they took my order and made my drink right away. At Zero, the one employee working was always in the back so you weren't always sure if they were open or not. You can adjust the sugar level on certain drinks which I love. I ordered the jasmine milk tea, no sugar and boba. The boba this time around was made perfectly. It was perfectly chewy, not too hard and not too soft. I will let you know if they are consistent with making their bobas right. My only disappointment is the amount of boba they give you for an extra .98 cents. They charge more than other boba places and they give you very little! My overall rating is a 3 1/2. I would give them a 4 if they gave you more boba. read more

Located in the food court inside the Shops at Mission Viejo, this kiosk in the middle of the seating area serves boba drinks. I went up to the counter and it took about 3 or 4 minutes before anyone greeted me and took my order. Seemed that only one of the two workers was taking & making the orders while the other was doing....I don't know...ignoring the line of customers I guess. I finally ordered a hokkaido milk tea with boba. It was sweet and refreshing. I usually order hokkaido milk tea at boba places and this was definitely my favorite from any place I've been. The only minor flaw was the boba itself was nice and chewy but not quite as soft as other shops. Definitely pricier than most boba places but that's to be expected at a mall food court. I liked it so much I'd probably get a drink here again but hope the service is better. For now 3.5 stars rounded up. read more

I got the taro milk tea, and it was pretty good. I liked how it was not on the sweet side, and there was a decent amount of boba.

We tried it once...and once was enough. I get boba weekly, and was excited to try this little place in the mall. It took forever for someone to even take our order. Our drink sizes came out incorrectly (which they fixed, I get mistakes are made, but they also seemed annoyed about it). We ordered a jasmine milk tea and matcha drink. They were both awful to the point where both ended up in the trash after trying to force it down. We didn't want to bug the people working about another thing when they seemed annoyed and frustrated about the drink size mix up. One plus for some: The drinks are all huge. One negative for some, aka me: The drinks are all huge! I wish there was a smaller size option. read more

Sama is the best worker here! She's always so nice and has the best customer service. I like to try different flavors and she always has the best suggestions. The boba shop is located in the middle of the food court. I feel it's the most busy usually, everyone always wants boba. They do seem to get hectic at times so be patient with them. There are seats all around but normally people like to walk and drink their boba. They do have a pretty big selection of drinks. I recommend ordering the classic jasmine milk tea with boba. read more

Ordered the Thai tea because I figured it was the safe drink. Like how could anyone mess up Thai tea, right? Their Thai tea was very bland and tasted watered down. Unflavorful. First red flag was that it was inside the mall, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. There's another shop down the street with better ratings. If you want to try this place, I definitely do not recommend getting the Thai tea. read more

I am shocked reading these reviews. I tried their version of a brown sugar milk tea and it wasn't overly sweet which is great. The boba was perfect not overly chewy. The boba was so fresh. I want to write a good review for this place because there are a few drinks I really enjoy. Flavors are great but the staff and management are SO poorly handled, I have to change my review. I order these drinks for myself and others to enjoy at work. I pay a LOT to buy them and have them delivered, so when they show up incorrect I am not happy. First time was great, no mistakes. Second time, both of my drinks were regular size even though I paid extra to upgrade the sizes. Third time they put the wrong kind of Boba in my drink. I tried to mitigate the problems by calling them after I put in my Door Dash order so we can be clear on what I want, but not only do they refuse to answer the phone, they don't have a voicemail set up. So if you ever want to call this business, don't waste your time. No one will ever pick up the phone. For a business, this is unbelievable to me. How can you run a business without a phone or way to contact you? I literally have to write this review so they can see that I don't want my order to be wrong and can't call them. I just paid another $40 today and am waiting on my drinks to be delivered. I have no clue whether or not they will be right, so I will just wait and see what goes wrong this time. I will eventually move on to another place if this keeps up. I do like this place because the large sizes are awesome and their strawberry matcha is one of the best I have ever had. It's too bad because I would give 5 stars if they knew how to manage their store properly. So disappointing. Edit: Received my order and the boba was wrong...again. My 10 year old was eagerly looking forward to Boba Station and we ordered a Strawberry Mango popping boba. After ordering, we sat down nearby to keep an eye on when our order comes out. My 10 year old was excitedly watching every drink that came out, and when a pink drink came, commented "This looks like mine." However, a customer picked it up from the counter, put a straw in it, walked away and returned about a minute later, put the drink back on the counter and said, "This is not mine". The employee gave the customer another drink and took the returned drink to the preparation area. INSTEAD of dumping it, she showed it to another employee ( who I later learned was Sama), who took the drink, opened the lid, and refilled it and closed the lid. At this point, it was obvious to me that they will be re-serving a contaminated drink and they had no intention to throw it away. I had a sinking feeling that this will be re-served to us since we were the only other customer waiting there at that moment and we had ordered the same drink. I then pointed out to Sama that someone had returned that drink. Sama mentioned that she noticed it was not completely full so she was refilling it. She seemed to be concerned that the drink was not full, but NOT concerned at all that she was re-serving a returned drink that had left the counter, and was already consumed by another customer. Neither employee had any intention of dumping the contaminated drink, UNTIL I insisted that it be dumped. So please watch out while your order is being prepared, if you want to avoid getting a contaminated drink (could be Hepatitis, HIV or god forbid, Fentanyl). Sama was so rude as to go to the extent of saying to my 10 year old, " Can you please explain to her (by 'her', she meant me) what I am trying to say?". She was argumentative, completely unapologetic, and did not care at all that they were about to give their customer a used drink. Very unprofessional. I will also be reporting this to the Department of Health. read more

The regular size with boba topping costs $7.36 including tax. Couldn't taste the tea in it and the boba was not soft. The service was fast and the booth was in the center of the food court. read more
