We regularly frequent another location but were very disappointed about our service at this location. Our order of a Pitaya Frappe appeared to have been forgotten and when we checked in on it we were told they did not have the item even thought it was on the menu. It took over 20 minutes to get the drink and I feel that they should have mentioned it would have taken that long to receive a single boba drink. There are too many good boba options around here to deal with poor customer service and long wait times that are not mentioned when the item is ordered. read more
