I've been coming to Boba Society for quite some time now, and while the space itself hasn't changed…read moremuch, their food menu has definitely grown. Both their drinks and food are consistently great. One thing that really stands out is how much they seem to care about quality. They even use ceremonial-grade matcha, which is rare to see at many boba spots. They also have some really creative drinks, like the Thrilla in Manila, a mix of coffee, coconut, and ube that somehow works perfectly together. Their boba always tastes fresh and soft, and I love that they can customize the sweetness level for almost any drink. Whether you're in the mood for Thai tea, fruit drinks, coffee, or even a banh mi, they have a little bit of everything. Great staff and service and always a great spot to check out in the Henderson area.

I ordered the Thrilla in Manila - iced ube coffee and the garlic noodles with chicken. 5 stars for the coffee. Very flavorful and potent. 3 for the noodles and chicken as it was a bit dry. The shop itself has a welcoming atmosphere. Very clean. The service was kind. I would suggest paying a little bit more attention to detail on to go orders. I was given two knifes and no fork. lol. Overall, would return to try more flavors.

I'm so glad they have the ceremonial matcha as well. I tried the maru matcha which was like a strawberry matcha and got the clicker! Both were yummy!! I love the clicker one which was a great recommendation from staff! It was so refreshing with the tea and popping boba. Not so sweet which was great! I had also tried the rose rice cake was soooooo good!! I love the flavors which was like a spicy carbonara. You can taste the rose slightly. I wish there was more meat though. The rice cakes were perfect! I could eat more!! I want to try the rest of the food menu! All Looks so scrumptious! Ambiance is nice! Pretty spacious. Lots of room to hang out. Service has always been great here. Staff really know their menu!

The drink menu is massive and almost overwhelming, but I love that they have something for everyone! They also offer food items if you're hungry. The place was absolutely packed when we arrived, but by the time we left it was nice and quiet. The inside is quite large with ample seating. We loved the giant photobooth back by the restrooms and had so much fun choosing the design for our photo strip. The curio cabinet near the counter of trinkets where you leave a trinket to take a trinket was such a cute thing; like geocaching inside a boba shop! Both staff members I interacted with were beyond friendly, too! Just such a great experience being here. While there, I tried the 'Calcifer' which is mango soda, strawberry poppin' boba pearls, and a splash of coconut milk. This was delicious and refreshing for such a hot day. My husband made a build-your-own drink with green tea, mango & pineapple; he really enjoyed his beverage a lot. We also ordered a potato tornado snack to share, which while good, felt a little stingy for $5.50 (our only very minor complaint). We'll absolutely be back anytime we're down on Sunset! Wishing Joah much success so that maybe someday they'll open a 2nd location closer to us... *West Henderson near The M is in desperate need of a boba shop, just saying.... :)

The drinks are as you might expect ay a boba shop: mill teas, slushes, etc. The first time I came in, I ordered one of my usual suspects, Taro milk tea. I'm not sure what kind of mix they use, but this time I was not particularly impressed with the flavor. Maybe it's just not what I'm used to, but it tasted more like a milkshake than a milk tea. I perused the loose T section and ended up really liking a couple of them and bought a couple ounces each of the Waters Edge tea blend and Brain Boost Moringa. I've really been enjoying them at home. Today, in this our first day of the Fire Horse, I came in for the lunar new year red envelope promotion and got some drinks for the fam. I ordered a variation of one of my favorites: honey oolong milk tea, 25% sugar, with a slightly salty cold foam (where I come from they call it a milk cap but it might be a little different). It was EXCELLENT. I also ordered a Thai milk tea (for me to save for tomorrow), coconut lychee slush (also me lol), strawberry watermelon slush, and mango pineapple. I was told the strawberry watermelon combo had two main character flavors competing for top spot and they will try another strawberry drink next time. The young ladies running the place were cheerful and sweet even at the 9th hour when I came in and I made sure to tip well. Great staff in there! As for my red envelopes, I didn't win anything other than 10% off next time. Oh well, I wonder who got the $800 prize...which apparently is across ALL franchises ‍ Better luck next time, gadget.
