Got delivered to the office from uber eats. They really fill the bowls even with buying a bogo order.

The rice i received with my poke bowl was old and had a moldy towel smell. Considering this is an Asian restaurant, you would think they would know how to make rice correctly. Also, how can the employees not smell the sour rice? Disappointing and disgusting.. hopefully I don't get sick.

The big difference of this poke place is that they let you pick as many toppings (veggies) as you want! Not bad for the price compared to other places. The fish isn't the freshest, but for what you get for the price, I'd say you can squeeze by pretty well.

Was prettier before I started eating. Camera did not eat first here

My mom wanted poke but we were busy and by the time we could go pick up, it was almost closing time at our fave place. I wanted salmon and I knew it would be out (Saturday near closing is a bad time) so we decided to look for another place in our immediate area. We go to the Starbucks next door sometimes so we decided to stop by Koibito Poke, now that it's open. I was very worried about the bad reviews and the low Yelp rating but I figured I'd try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was and shocked at the bad reviews. The price is pretty high but I don't think that they short you. It's very clear you pay for the amount of protein you get. They use 2oz (black) scoops and a scale. And not to narc him out, but the person helping us was very generous with the scoops. Once you have your base and protein, you can put as many toppings as your heart desires, and there are plenty of them. Honestly, we all had a hard time finishing our larges and will not be getting a bowl that big again. There are some things that I do agree with in the bad reviews. The person helping us was extremely monotone and didn't seem to care to be there at all but I'm not trying to make new friends here, I'm trying to get a poke bowl made, which he did very well. I didn't quite understand how things went but I asked questions and he answered them. It was pretty easy. I do agree that the bowl can be a little bland, especially since the "sauces" I got were just the two aioli but I just added a bit of shoyu at home and it was perfect. Also, the rice was bit hard on half of my bowl but it wasn't inedible. We are definitely coming back here as we found the pricing good, the place is clean as a whistle and we like all the toppings.

The bowls I get are always delicious and it hurts me to give less than 5 stars because of how often o order from here. But the last 3 times I've ordered delivery, my bowl is missing a main ingredient that I have paid extra for. The first time I figured it was just a mistake and let it go, but as I ordered it for a 3rd time and it's happened I'm just disappointed. They really do make your bowl super fast and when I dine in then are very friendly. I'm just wish they would pay more attention to the delivery orders, especially when things are more expensive that way!

Hellooooo, Koibito poke! We've been waiting for you to open! Open daily 10:30am-10pm. Stopped by because we saw the now open sign and received a pleasant experience with their staff. Super friendly people with great attitudes! The inside was clean, food looked fresh, and they explained how their menu worked to us! I opted for a small build your own bowl and babes had the large build your own. I chose salmon and Hawaiian tuna and babes chose spicy tuna, salmon, hawaiian tuna, and spicy crab. The fish was most definitely fresh and the toppings were all tasty! Soo much to choose from. I really like the wasabi aoli sauce. The pineapple was super sweet and tasted delicious when combined with the Hawaiian tuna. Pro poke bowl tip: ask for the sauce drizzled over your rice! They are definitely going to be our go to spot. Download the app for perks and ask for any discounts they may have to offer! Super excited for them to be in this area. Welcome to Henderson!!!

I consider myself a poke bowl connoisseur. This was my third visit to Koibito. Nice staff. Their fish has a decent taste, but could use some help. However, the bowl is 95 percent rice. Paina Cafe for instance, will give their customers 50/50 of the protein/fish. The skimping on the fish at Koibito is obvious. For $16, a bowl of rice isn't worth it. Especially as the flavors are lacking as well. I was hoping Koibito would make up for the last visit, but it appears the quantity has dropped significantly.

Finally opened right next to Starbucks and Henderson Hospital. Tried this place out during my lunch break and they have discounts for first responders which is 10% off. They're pricing is pretty good. They have different sizes depending how you're feeling. Lots of options, and the best part is the sides. It all comes with the bowl and no additional cost. They had some technical difficulties at check out but it worked out. Hey, it's a new store so of course it's a trial in error. Seats inside and outside if you like the heat right now lol. Inside is clean. Staff were great.

Actually was my first time eating poke. Was greeted with a friendly smile. I brought some coworkers. It was very quiet. The food was great. You get to pick and choose how you want yourpoke bowl. Since I was new at this, I picked a combo special that was on their board. Definitely will come back and try more variety.

I really wanted to like this place but it just did not live up to my expectations. The restaurant is in an up and coming area called Union Village where they have multiple brand new restaurants and a few shops. It was completely dead inside when I walked in and it gave me the feeling that it was like that most of the time. You can choose between a few options of pre made bowls or a build your own. I opted to build mine which consisted of sushi rice, 3 scoops of protein (for the small size), spicy mayo, seaweed, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and jalapeños. The salmon was actually very good despite there being water in the serving bowl, but the Hawaiin tuna was way too salty. All the soy sauce it was marinating in over powered any chance of taste it would have. After all that the bowl came out to over $18 with a small tip.

We sat at the bar, only one other couple there, and maybe 2 other customers in booths. The owner snapped at the person who sat us we weren't sure why and felt maybe we weren't supposed to be seated at the bar. We were greeted by a young server very nice, smiling, welcoming. I ordered a Orion beer, wife had a green tea. Wife ordered some plates. They came quickly. My wife was so excited to try this restaurant, so she ordered and I ate. Everything was incredible. The sashimi , sushi, all melted in your mouth. So many different flavors with each plate. Not over powering sauces which most places do to hide the low quality of fish. Not here each piece was a culinary deliciousness of flavor. The rolls are not typical all rice little filling. The rice enhanced the filling. No need to use soy sauce! The ginger they supply was so fresh we had 4 servings of it. The restaurant is a 50s style diner, but it doesn't matter what the place looked like with this incredible food. We've NEVER had sushi like this. It's expensive, but you are paying for Japan quality sushi. With all the sushi spots and AYCE places I see why it was so slow. I asked if it gets busy, and was given a few jokingly sarcastic answers from I think owner, which was ok cause I joked back and he got it. If you want the experience of going to a master sushi chef restaurant in Japan, go to Tokyo Boys. You'll pay for a great experience. We hope when we come back to Henderson to return!

The noodles were nicely cooked and the tempura also had a nice crunch Green tea fried ice cream 10/10! Def the best part of the meal. It was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. I love places that have this as an option. Overall the food was pricey and tasted okay for the price. The service can be a bit better in terms of understanding the menu item or what the "special of the day" is. The place has a nice vibe where you can chat with friends.

I also had the crispy Brussels sprouts which had a sweet start but finished with a nice spice/heat. They were so amazing I didn't want it to end. I also enjoyed chips and guacamole, spicy edamame, and a few rolls off my friend's plate which was avocado and tuna. Everything I ate was so good and I cannot wait to come back for more. First, give yourself time to park. Water Street can be a little hard to find parking at times. Nothing that the restaurant has to do with. The food was good. Nothing crazy exciting, but good. We got some lettuce wraps, some rolls, steak frittes and some nigiri. Wasn't very fusion to me. Different cuisines yes. But no fusion as far as combining flavors. Service: Service was good. Nothing super memorable but nothing bad at all. Which I'll take over bad service any day. Ambiance: Small little place. Cozy. 2 top tables are pretty small. So don't order to much at once.
