    Coconut Strawberry Shake
    Steven M.

Came here ten minutes before closing and the cashier was friendly and professional. She didn't mind us coming in right before closing. I recommend the Strawberry Coconut Shake if you are a fan of the flavor of Reddi-wip Original Whipped Cream because is has a similar base flavor. There are bits of strawberry and the boba was fresh and slightly warm. A deliciously satisfying dessert beverage.

My oldest was craving a hot matcha tea so we stopped in for two drinks. We asked for a recommendation and the other was their top seller with strawberry and Boba iced. They were tasty 100% but for the size, the value fell short. We're always trying to support our local businesses when out and about. Service was good and the place was clean with a good vibe.

Just purchased a large Mango Boba for the first time. My 10 year old kid was enjoying the drink until she pulled a hair out of her mouth that was in her drink. Whoever is making the boba should be wearing a hairnet because this is completely disgusting and unacceptable

Waited 20 minutes for the worst taiyaki I've had in years. No exaggeration. Flat, hard & next to no filling whatsoever. Comes in a burnt square brick. Whoever says their taiyaki is good needs to get their taste buds checked out.

    Milk tea with boba

Im on a quest to find a good solid milk tea drink and this place was just ok... No way to customize sweetness so the drink was too sweet for my taste. Boba was soft and chewy at opening time. Lots of parking Drink came out quick and decent price.

    Hokkaido Milk Tea

Visited BobaHolic on a Wednesday night. Otdered a Hokkaido Milk Tea. I was having trouble with their machine so I ended up ordering in person. Staff was patient and got the order quick in 5 minutes. The drink itself was sweet and bold in vanilla. Only problem was the boba itself was a bit hard to chew on. My other friends liked their drinks and didnt have a problem with theirs. Overall, I will still come back when I am in the area.

    1. The mango Shake had a good creamy texture! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! 3. Indoor seatings are available! 4. There is a self-order kiosk, and the staff are quick with the order! 5. Parking lot is small but there are more parking in the back corner! Note: You can adjust sweetness! Photo: Mango Shake

BOBAHOLIC is located in a center with a lot of other popular eateries so the parking, though large, is a bit busy. There was no line to get in and there were only two parties in front of us in line to order. Not bad for a Saturday night. There were chairs and tables inside and most of them were occupied. The lady taking our order was fast, friendly, helpful and the staff got our order right -- and it was a large 9-drink order. These kids got mostly slushies so I can't tell you how the actual BOBA balls were, but the drinks were all great iced drink desserts: Honeydew Taro Strawberry Mango

Cute mom and pop boba shop in Buena Park that is across from The Source mall. Plenty of parking and easy to find. There was a nice korean ahjuhmah running the kitchen and counter with a nice worker. Ordered the winter melon, less sweet, large. Just the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness without being watered down. The kiddos liked the strawberry oreo shake which was yummy strawberry ice cream with real strawberries and oreo crumbles blended in. We would definitely recommend and come back if in the area! Great way to end the night after deliciously garlic korean eats nearby!

we stayed at the hotel next-door for 10 days and we ate here and had an avocado Boba smoothie every day for seven days. absolutely phenomenal. Avocado smoothie with Boba. $7. Bargain.

My go to boba place for 4 years now! I'm in love with their Frosty Milk #4!!! It has caramel, pudding & boba!!! Delicious delicious! I've also tried their cookies & cream!! BOMB! This is the only boba place my boyfriend will ever get his cookies & cream (his words)! They have many great other options!! The service is always welcoming and workers always have great attitude and service! The times I've been is to go only, but people drink their boba there and chill. It seems like a great place to vibe with friends. I also love how they decorate for Christmas!

Are your milk teas dairy free?

I believe they use non dairy creamer. Except for the smoothies.

I ordered some kind of strawberry drink and I added boba and pudding, my son got a lemon drink and my husband got some dragonfruit drink. The strawberry drink I ordered look like a cloud drink in the pictures listed under milk tea, but it had an aftertaste that didn't sit well with me. There's employees in the back but they have 2 kiosk at the front so you can do self serve order. Once you place your order they do not take long. You don't really have any contact with the workers as they rely mostly on the customers to utilize the kiosk. This boba stand was clean and you have tons of places to sit down and hang out because it's located inside the food court and the seating is shared with all the other establishments nearby. Price was okay, it was about $25 for 3 drinks, not bad considering most drinks cost like that these days.

That is usually my struggle when I come to these boba places in the evening, because I can't do actual tea at night. I love how fast the service is here, my drink was out almost instantly. The brown sugar drip on the sides were actually SO good, and the drink wasn't too sweet even though I had the sweetness level at a solid 75%. The golden boba was probably the best boba I've ever had: just the perfect amount of chewy, bouncy, poppiness. This drink is literally living rent free in my head! He walked away the moment that we've paid without saying a single word which was awkward as heck. The girl that helped him to give us the drink didn't seem to help either. She just silently handed us the drink, without looking at us and quickly walked away chat with him in the back. The Lychee Green Tea drink was refreshing for a hot day at the Source. They still took our order, but the interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. While I was trying to decide what to order, they kept emphasizing that they were closing early, which made it feel like we were being pushed to hurry. I understand being short-staffed and didn't expect full service, but basic courtesy and clear communication would have made a big difference. It would have been more respectful to let customers know about the early closing when we walked in, rather than waiting until our turn after helping others. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and poorly communicated.

Do not spend a single dollar here. Allergen requests ignored, orders wrong, zero accountability…read more If you have a food allergy, do not eat here. Full stop. The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.
