All right, I was craving a Matcha tea. Never been here before and I saw they had it which was a plus. The guy working the cash register was nice enough and it's nice and clean inside with good music. The drink was good. So all of that and why did I give it a three star? When you spend six dollars for a tea and you ask for a cup of water and they tell you it's $.75 for the cup and then they add on a $.25 credit card charge that's a little out-of-control. And then an extra $.50 for almond milk. And on top of that, they have a sign up that says the restroom is out of order. I am certain the restaurant is not without a restroom for the employees. This sign has been up since Covid and it's another example of a business taking advantage of that instead of just cleaning the restroom regularly. I always have an issue when I am good enough to go to a business and get overcharged happily for my food cravings, but not good enough to use the restroom. To end on a positive note, again, the cashier was nice and ultimately he did not charge me the $.75 for the water after I told him I would drink my Matcha drink and then take a glass of water in that cup LOL read more

3rd time visiting here. Thus time, their Boba drinks weren't what I've expected. So I called them to let them know there's something wrong with the BOBA in the drinks. They were way too squishy like soggy rice cakes. They were either cooked too much or too warm so they stick to each others too much. I definitely do know boba drinks from my previous purchases. Guess what response I got when I called them. I belive this old man is the owner who answered the phone call trying to educate me why the boba pearls are so sticky cuz they were freshly made. Well I was so uncomfortable with his attitude denying there is nothing wrong with the drinks. When customers are happy about their purchases there is always something wrong. He needs to be educated how to deal with unsatisfied customers first and need to explore more about how to make boba pearls. I don't give a dame about it is fresh or not, I just want the right textured boba pearls. Well I am sad I already got 8 stamps on my stamp card, but I am not going back to this place anymore. P.S. Their Boba price has gone up by 25 cents despite the business was recently opened up. Shame. I'd rather focus on the customer service to get more customers. Nice place for a quick boba pick up! Rarely has a line and the boba is ready very very fast. That's probably the thing that stands out the most compared to other boba shops. I did not have a great experience at Bobaholic. I ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba along with a coconut frappe. The smoothie was fine, but the frappe was pretty much all coffee. There was only coffee in it with no coconut flavor, which definitely surprised me. I expected a white coconut drink by itself, as I read from the menu a few times. Starbucks will let you know if a frappe has coffee in it or not, which should be standard practice. I let the man behind the counter know this, and he said all the frappes have coffee except for pistachio. There was no differentiation among the flavors to indicate this, but he offered nothing to make this right. That is certainly not customer service that is satisfactory. Unless they remedy this I will be going back to It's Boba Time going forward. Not recommended. read more

Their green tea shaved ice is amazing!!! I enjoy korean style shaved ices...the icey style that older adults usually like over the newer type milky ones. I highly recommend this place for quick and convenient service. Many great options, but I wanted to put their hot chocolate on your radar (and other hot drinks). Perfect for a chilly day. I was pleased they had it on their menu AND it was delicious (ask for marshmallows and consider dipping the ice cream from your shave ice for an extra yummy treat).
