I went in and couldent decide what to order, as usual, but "Claire??", I think was his name and who is also the owner was so helpful in helping me choose the perfect drink.... I ordered the Cheese Foam Watermelon Lychie Tea, which he said was the 2nd most popular drink and I can see why.... He takes his time making your drinks custom from real quality ingredients and doesn't just go and pour some flavored powder in a cup like I feel some other places do.... He made it right in front of me and it was absolutely delicious!!! Even though it was evening time and cold and rainy, I can imagine how refreshing it would be on a hot day.... And then I needed to order a milk tea to go... He suggested the Tiger milk tea , saying it was their most popular and no wonder!! It was just delicious as the first one! !!! The atmosphere is very clean and roomy with lots of comfy seating and there's even a big cotton candy machine where you can order different styles of cotton candy with designs on them for only $5!!! Walking into this place, the first thing I noticed was how hot it was inside. They didn't have the AC on, just a fan, and it made the place pretty uncomfortable. I was also expecting at least a few hot snacks or small bites because of the name, but there weren't any food options available. The service sucked. No friendly smile or greeting upon walking in so I had a feeling the drinks wouldn't be great either which I was right. As for the drinks, they only come in one size, which was a little disappointing. I tried a few different drinks, and while the boba itself was nice and soft, the drinks just weren't very flavorful or memorable. Bobalicious definition: make the boys go loco (for pearls) I love coming to a new town and finding a boba shop with some good offerings. Ignoring the bites portion, they allow you to really customize your drink to whatever you enjoy. I ordered at the kiosk and went with their Jasmine Milk Tea with Oat Milk, less sugar and ice and without the boba cream foam. Drink took about ten minutes to make with all the other orders, but that's okay since the venue had a lot of open space for seating and even some boardgames. Staff here were super nice. They asked me to sample the drink to see if it was sweet enough before pouring it into the cup. I thought their creation was def sweet enough so no further adjustments needed, but I appreciated the reach out! My drink was great and I loved the large portion that was given. The boba itself didn't have as much flavor or chewiness to them, but they're always a fine addition to making these drinks what they are. Ever since I first visited the truck a few years ago, this business has moved into their own brick & mortar shop. They offer free wifi, TV, and board games. It's a big space with several types of seating available, but no customer bathroom. Note that if you order online with a third party website such as Grubhub, they don't necessarily update the order status to ready for pickup, so you should just go up and ask once the estimated time has past. The drinks are rather pricey nowadays unfortunately, but they are 24oz, so quite large. When I visited in 2024, it seemed that it was still just the owner working by himself, but as of 2025, he now has other workers. Lavender milk tea: it's quite sweet, the menu does not say anything about being able to adjust sweetness. I'm glad you can still taste the lavender in spite of this. Queen Bee: it tasted of honey. It was also quite sweet. The drinks were cold, which I appreciate. The owner offered cheese foam for free for both. Matcha black latte, dairy milk, non blended with ice, asked for no added sugar if possible: They added a little drizzle of honey but other than that it's not sweetened much. I like that you can taste the savory matcha flavor. It did like it, it was pretty good for a mixture of matcha and black milk tea. Overall, though I would say all their drinks run sweet. They have now added new menu items, where you can combine either horchata or sesame with flavors. read more

The environment is welcoming enough, but I'm not sure why they added "& Bites" to the name. The bites are bags of chips or candy, and ice cream. The name made me hopeful for something a little more substantial, but that's on me. My Jasmine milk tea came out slowly. While the person behind the counter was accommodating and kind, and the WiFi was good, the tea took a while. I've learned to order 75% sweet just in case, and boy let me tell you I'm glad I did. Even the 75% sweet is a bit much. If I ever come back it'll be 50 or less. I ordered regular ice, which on a cool day melted almost instantly. While the taste was decent enough, I'm not sure what exactly in my Jasmine milk tea is making it pink. Is it the milk? Is it powdered tea? It doesn't taste gritty like powdered tea... the mystery lives on I guess. The tea is ok, and if I'm wandering around and have a hankering I might come in for a lower sweetness level. When we finally got the one and only drink, it was wrong! They added boba to it which we did not ordered. We didn't wanna wait another minute there so we took it and leave. When I tasted that drink it was so bad. The boba which we didn't ordered has no flavor at all. Just some chewy tapioca. It barely even had any tea taste, just powdery milky taste.
