This was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Went around 6pm on a Saturday. There was one lady at the shop taking orders and making drinks. The customer in front of me ordered 7 drinks. She calls for help on the walkie talkie and goes to make the drinks. Her helper comes to help and after getting around halfway through, then comes over to take the orders. They were out of large cups so I got regular instead. Asked for 50 percent sweet with boba for 2 different drinks. Mine tasted watered down and my daughter's drink tasted like it was half full of syrup. It was sickeningly sweet. Boba was half dissolved like when you reheat boba in your drink the next day. Anyways, they were disappointing $7 drinks. We drank about half and tossed the rest. Would not come again. read more

This Quickly location is in the Monterey Canning Company center. Parking may be difficult here - a bit hit or miss , as it is a busy touristy area. The shop was a bit difficult to find - very easily missed, if you are not paying attention. Decent service for a little boba stand inside a small little shopping center. I ordered a jasmine / green milk tea with boba, grass jelly, and rainbow jelly in the chubby cup. Great cup size for all my toppings. My drink was not the best - the drink itself was very bitter and gritty, while the toppings tasted a bit sourish. I only drank less than 25% of it before having to toss it away. read more

Jasmine green tea and green tea with lychee jelly and passionfruit! Lol how both these teas come out completely different colors is beyond me, but my tea tasted really strong get sweet?! And I did not want any sugar. I ended up waiting for all the ice to melt before I drink the rest of it, but it seemed like there were young teenagers working there, and they were polite, but I'm sure if they just have a weekend job. Lol. Everything was fast and organized with my order, I just don't understand why the tease came out two different colors. After visiting the aquarium, we were digging a cold drink! Came across this small shop a few minutes away from the aquarium. The owner was giving out free samples, which is what helped us make our decision! We got two drinks. Thai tea with egg pudding and vanilla Chai. They were both pretty good! Not too sweet! Just how we like our drinks. Pricing was fair and good size drinks. Overall I recommend this tea shop! read more

Me and my sisters came here for a refreshing drink. We both ordered a Tiger milk tea boba. Not only did the drinks come out slow but it wasn't even what we ordered. The drink we got tasted like soap/ dirty water . We complained to the lady who made it, she did seem new at the job but was nice. Apparently she made us the TJ drink? The owner was there as well. The owner was nice about it and gave us the nasty drinks for free. We then showed her pictures of what we wanted. The owner told the lady if she knew how to make it. The lady she does know how to make it blah blah blah. We waited for like 20 seconds then BOOM we got our drinks. Here's the funny part. She made the drinks wrong again. The lady made us freaking thai tea. No wonder it only took 20 seconds. There's a clear difference between a tiger milk tea and thai tea. The thai tea was okay but it wasn't what we ordered! Bad taste boba experience there. Ordered a large Almond Boba and it tasted is plain milk water.

The two staff working were super friendly. We ordered a hot ginger milk tea with red bean. We also ordered an iced classic milk tea. We then got cold from the weather and asked if they can make it hot, and they helped us heat it up. The staff are very kind. The boba was a little chewy but not too bad. Drinks were too sweet for me so next time I would ask for things to be less sweet. There's a little area outside with snacks if you want to purchase any. read more

This place was disgusting. My boyfriend and I came to this place wanting a drink after visiting the shops inside and the girl there informed us everything was pre made even the Thai tea. My boyfriend got a watermelon green tea and I got a jasmine milk green tea both had a weird moldy taste to it almost like hard water. My jasmine milk tea wasn't sweet at all and we did not adjust the sweetness for reference . The boba texture was the only good thing I have to say about this place don't waste $14 on these sad excuses of drinks. read more

This place never opened on time. I was there at 10 as it said on the website and they didn't open I gave up at 11:10 and it still wasn't open. I was there for an hour and 10 minutes plus the food is only dairy free. I guess it's a good thing but maybe say before you go to the place that it is only coconut milk so check before you go there. Some of the prices are outrageous for a small Boba tea. It is almost 9 dollars and for a Moochie waffle it is $9.50 and they are super small. My favorite boba place in the area with the most options :) lots of teas and lots of toppings as well as frequent discounts on certain teas. Right in the middle of cannery row so good for when you're walking around or visiting. very well worth the price and very nice manager. read more

Yesterday was National Boba Day and of course, my sister and I had to treat ourselves to boba! All other boba stores in the area were closed, so we were so happy this was open (due to the covid 19 pandemic)! Honestly got lost finding this place since this was our first time getting boba here (we usually go elsewhere) but surprisingly our drinks were good! Good as in satisfies your boba craving but not out of this world amazing. I ordered the classic black milk tea w/ boba (regular size) and my sister ordered lychee black tea w/ lychee jelly (regular size), both 100% regular sweetness. Tastes like Coco boba shop quality, not the highest quality but not horrible/the worst either. We called in for takeout, our drinks were ready right when we got there. Overall rating: 3/5 for my drink, 4/5 for my sister's drink, 4/5 for service because the staff member who took our call seemed confused/unsure as if they don't normally take phone orders but we were so thankful they did!! The employees did not interact with the customers at all, aside from taking our order they only talked to each other the whole time. I was browsing around Cannery row about a week ago and stumbled upon this place. A couple of guys were tasting all the different Thai ice tea flavors and I joined in. Lady behind the counter, Maria, was very welcoming. Pretty much every flavor I tried was great. After tasting a few flavors and chatting with Maria in the process I walked away with Thai ice coffee with boba. Something to satisfy a sweet tooth yet not too sweet, so you don't feel guilty later on. Long story short...a few days later I noticed that my credit card was missing. Checked transactions - last one was at Quickly. Went there to check and Maria was like - dude, you forgot your credit card here almost a week ago, what took you so long? This place is amazing. I've been going here for a little over a year with my friends. They have a wide variety of flavors and tea styles to choose from, as well as topping types. I've never been disappointed by Quickly and bring my friends here whenever we're in the area. It's pretty affordable for Boba and the service is great. I'd personally recommend the mango milk tea, passionfruit green tea, and the Rose milk tea are my personal favorites. The mango star and popping Boba toppings are great to try out as well. read more

Wow talk about watering down drink! I've never been to a quickly that tasted no plain and not sweet before, it's not like you can even choose the level of sweetness here. This is also the first quickly I've been to that somehow blends the egg pudding into the drink instead of just scooping the pudding into the cup. AMAZINGLY delicious! What I love most about them is their variety! They have tons of flavors of milk tea, sea salt cream which is my FAVE, and lots of different boba and popping boba! My go to is Okinawa Milk Tea or Wintermelon Milk Tea with strawberry popping boba! So good! Also love their waffles and egg puffs! The only thing I wish they would do is have bamboo straws like boba places in San Jose do, instead of the horrible paper straws. read more

Trying to find this place was a mission because it is so hidden. The drink I had was a tea but it tasted odd, not sure if it was the water but it tasted like bleach which was certainly not pleasant.
