They did an awesome job grooming my two dogs. We have a maltipoo (15 years old) and a yorkie (8 years old) and we were worried taking our senior dog to a new groomer. Great service, my dogs arent well accustomed to social interactions, so they came in a little nervous but they left happy and calm. That just tells you how well they handled them. Within 2 hours my dachshunds were fully taken care of ( nail trimming, anal glands, bath, paw balms, and blown dry). Hope and Kaitlyn took excellent care of us!! While adorable and sweet, my pupper Raya tends to be very hyper and anxious with hair that can be difficult to manage. This can make it difficult for us to find a groomer, but here both my dog and I were exceptionally happy with the service. She had some serious matting, but they were very gentle and sweet with her. Best grooming and customer service experience Riley & I have ever had. It was a pleasure speaking and meeting with Scott, Alicia and Jamie. My baby girl is 13.5 years old, has many spine, hips issues, arthritis, and more. It's always been challenging to speak to someone and find a groomer who would be patient with her and give her breaks in between plus keep her high anxiety down. Scott was excellent and very patient with me as I have some disabilities and speaking at times can be difficult. He understood everything, fellow husky lover and same with both groomers it was easy to express my concern and that I would tip them extremely well for taking extra care of my kiddo. I was looking for a consistent groomer on a 3 week basis and willing to pay for someone amazing. Let me tell you, they were. She needed more a senior friendly bathing tub, scrub and stationary grooming table, with assistance getting up and breaks in between... she got that. They have a low bearing tub, ramps, stairs and gentle-strong team members to assist her. My baby girl received VIP service and that's what I wanted for her with all the pain she goes through on a daily basis that she could have a real doggy spa day. They gave that to her and sent me updates. The business is very clean, everyone is so professional and honestly just surpassed all expectations. My boy Atlas turned out just how we asked and the owner Scott even texted me mid groom to confirm and clarify my request. I thought this was awesome of him to do and very thorough and professional. The shop itself has a very open and welcoming vibe which I liked. The young ladies, who did the grooming were very friendly and Atlas (my dog) was just as happy and ready to play as he was when I dropped him off. I have 2 dogs 25 and 35lbs respectively. I'm not from the area so to find a grooming place that my dogs love was just a chef's kiss!! My smaller dog is a tiny terrorist and everything is his my bigger girl is an anxious mess (anxiety girl lol). I can't say enough soy the layout so the dogs are free to roam in specific areas. They allowed them to be together with made stress for my big girl non existent. Plus they were kind and flexible when I asked to change the time so they could play at the beach before taking them to the groomers. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!! I can assure you, I am not an ex employee. I am a past client. I have seen you, Scott, speak poorly to your employees. I have personally seen the overwhelming amount of dogs in your salon at one time, to the ratio of groomers on a given day. You trying to brush my review off as an ex-employee speaks volume of you as a business owner. You may want to take a step back and reevaluate yourself as a business owner, and how you can approach situations differently with your employees as well as your clients and your business as a whole. You have no sense of self-awareness and your chaotic and intense personality trickles down to your poor employees and the pets that come into your store. This is not a safe environment for people to take their pets. If your pets have any sort of anxiety or timid/scared personality, this would only cause them more stress. Also, a note to you, Scott, threatening to release your employees names are grounds for a lawsuit. You should brush yourself up on California employment laws before you continue to run your mouth like you always do. This is an example of you speaking poorly of your employees and speaking so openly to clients about anything and everything. You have absolutely no self-control. You should not be running a business with employees, higher a business manager to save your business. The concept is great, the management and ownership is horrible. read more
