We had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Called Bobby based on Yelp recommendations and was not disappointed. We live only a few blocks from Bob, and he came over in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Not only that, but he checked our other toilets and sinks, and even improved slow draining sinks and a second slow filling toilet at no extra charge. I hired Bobby and his crew after receiving his very competitive, detailed and professional proposal. Bobby repiped my entire house with all new pex and my water pressure is fantastic! Well, we just met Bobby T. We had a 5 pm appointment for a job that needed to be done at a house we were buying before closing. We showed up before 5 pm and he said "okay, let's get to this so we can go home and watch the game". No problem. Except we need to wait for our real estate agent before we can approach the house because there are tenants living there who have given us problems before. He knew this, my husband told him about it when we made the appointment. He said, "if he is not here in 5 min. we will have to cancel or reschedule. I was going to reschedule anyway." REALLY?! Then go. I'm not going to do business with you at this point. It is not even 5 pm yet and you are threatening to become difficult. My husband is wearing a jersey for crying out loud. We want to watch the game too, but you know what? Don't make an appointment at 5 pm on game day then. In my business, customer service comes first and that clearly is not the case with Bobby T. We really feel we may have dodged a bullet with this guy. If his work is anything like his attitude, he is not going to do well at life. read more

There was a strong gas smell next to my hot water heater that I discovered while down in my crawl space. It was a job I didn't want to tackle on my own, but really hoped it could be tended to quickly so we wouldn't be without hot water for too long. I called Bobby T's, based on reviews here on Yelp, and talked directly to Bob. He talked to me about my problem, suggested what I could do if I just wanted to do it myself (which I really didn't because gas just freaks me out), then said he could get it taken care of in an hour or less and could be at my house that afternoon. He quoted me a rate for the job, and even suggested what to buy at the hardware store to get the job done if I didn't want to pay the markup on the materials off the truck. So I ran to the store, and by the time I was back he called and said he was on his way. Upon arrival he introduced himself, and got right to work. He took a look at what I had purchased at the store (unfortunately I bought the wrong size of one piece - I should've checked before leaving the store) and then looked at my gas line. He ended up using the existing piping I had, and grabbed a valve off the truck to replace the wrong size I purchased, and got my gas line back together fast. He talked me through the whole job, and gave me a couple of ideas of how to keep some other issues in my crawl space from getting worse. In short, he saved the day and I had a nice hot shower that afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for any plumbing needs in the future. read more

I had new washer/dryer delivered and discovered my washer hoses were corroded and the faucets stuck to the old hose. Bobby came out within hours and replaced the hot and cold water spouts and discovered blockages in both of the old spickets.
