    Pineapple Refresher

Looking for boba, saw this place and went in. Cute place with the aesthetic and pink everywhere. Loved the easy ordering process via kiosk but it just needed to be a bit higher as it was quite low for proper ergonomics. Got the strawberry smoothie and pineapple refresher. The strawberry smoothie was too liquidly and not slushie like. The pineapple refresher was good and the boba was decent. Ample parking and great for pink theme pics.

Better than Burger King for sure. I got a chicken burger. It didn't disappoint and for a great price

Great looking shop. I was looking for a tea latte and they do not offer one with real milk, only non dairy creamer so I did not grab a drink. They also have mochi donuts. Good parking. Nice customer service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Another happy experience. I had an out of town gathering with long time friends. So I picked up a couple dozen donuts. Jatinder has the best customer service as always. She assisted me quickly and efficiently. She's always friendly and pleasant. Well, the donuts were a hit. One box was done in 5mins. Texture and taste on point. Still my number one boba and mochi donut establishment!

21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd Ste E4 San Ramon, CA 94583 I saw a familiar sight at a San Ramon shopping center the other night. I spotted the signage for Bober Tea and it's bright pink decor. Only one thought popped into my mind.....Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I only knew one other Bober Tea shop, that's the (now closed) location in Alameda. I'm guessing this San Ramon shop has different owners because they had better service and pricing. I walked in and got immediately hit with the bright pink decor. The place has a mirrored ceiling, and looked like a old school dance floor! I was expecting to have to stumble thru the screens of the ordering kiosk, but no.....the lady at the counter took my order. I just asked for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee. She asked if I wanted to add a mochi donut. Hey smooth suggestive selling! I added a chocolate donut with sprinkles. Very fast service at 830pm. The coffee was cool and refreshing, with just the right amount of ice. The mochi donut was soft and chewy. Not bad for late in the evening. I will surely return if I'm in the area again.

I Absolutely love Bober! It's so gorgeous inside and the menu is expansive. Bober brews their tea 2 hours each day, and stir fry their boba. It's delicious!! I love that their milk tea doesn't stain my teeth because there's no artificial flavors or powders used (: The service is timely and efficient. My go to place for boba, if you haven't tried it, you must!

Came on a weeknight and the place was empty, which was nice - meaning that seating was available. When you walk in, the Instagrammable walls catch your eye and it's a fun spot for pictures. At the kiosk, ordered the Coconut Coco Cloud. There was an option to add on a mochi donut for $1, so ordered that, too! My order was ready within minutes of me paying! The drink was not bad, but nothing special. The cup looked a little small compared to other Bober Teas I have been to. Not sure if it's a new size across all locations or if it's just this location. The mochi donut was good. My friend and I sat down inside at one of the tables and finished our drinks and our mochi donuts. One interesting thing is, that when we left and got into our cars, we both noticed that our hair and clothes kind of had a smell to it as if we came from a BBQ place (like a K-BBQ). We didn't have that smell before going to Bober Tea. It might be bad ventilation or something from the fried stuff Bober Tea offers.

The only thing I can say is the Oreo mochi donut was good, and the presentation with the cute bear cup lids was adorable but that's about it. The taro milk tea just tasted like plain milk, and the boba was just okay. The lychee slush was absolutely terrible, it tasted like pure syrup. We ended up tossing it after only two sips because my husband didn't want to complain. To top it off, we both ended up with upset stomachs for the rest of the night. Definitely not worth the stop.

Stopped here for some mochi donuts and a drink. We ended up picking out Banana pocky, almond, strawberry, chocolate, cookies and cream, matcha flavored donuts and I got the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. The donuts were pretty good very soft with a light flavor. The brown sugar matcha latte was ok wasn't bad but I personally wouldn't get it again. The service could have been a bit better I was the only person standing in the establishment no one was there to greet me or ask if I had any questions, I put in my order using the kiosks they have by the counter and waited a good 15 minutes even after ringing the bell for service, eventually someone came up front made my drink within a couple of minutes and boxed up the donuts and sent me on my way. The establishment itself is really cute, they have it decorated for those who enjoy taking photos/selfies and was extremely clean.

Stopped by here when we were charging. Excited to try this place since the rating looked pretty good. We walked straight over after we started to charge, but the door was locked. We see the lights on and mochi donuts displayed. So we called and no one answered. We really wanted to try this place so we walked around the area and went back to check again in about 20 mins. Again, no one was there. We tried to call again, no answer. We went back to the car and right before we were about to leave, we called one more time. This time someone picked up so we were able to try. Walked back to order. Would have been nice if they had a sign or some indicator they were out and would be back. The ambiance is super cute. Tons of pink hearts on the wall like a valentine explosion. The stuffies they give in a surprise cup similar to Ume Tea is super cute, but it would cost another $4.95 for the cup which is not worth it according to my daughter. We ordered through the automated area, which are two wall systems. The price shown is for a small, which is already costly. To get a normal size which is a large we had to pay an extra $0.99. We ordered the Signature Milk Tea. They coat the cup with house-made brown sugar syrup, stir-fried brown sugar boba, and black milk tea. They top it with cheese cream and brulee'd brown sugar. The stir-fried boba was a bit too hard for me. My daughter liked it. I prefer bouncy, chewy boba. Also, the drink is good, but a bit too sweet. For the cost, it was not worth it for me. We still prefer Feng Cha.

Service was quick. Ambiance is beautiful. I especially like the green tea donut. Will come again.

Was craving boba and my niece showed me this place. This place is really pretty! The vibes Are so cute. Very IG worthy, really pretty decorated. They have self checkout and they are quick, the staff even offered to help with the self kiosk. THE boba was alright. I do love Mung bean. They do have mochi donuts which were delicious And many different flavors Overall: I would go back for donuts but I wanted more authentic boba but I would go where somewhere else for milk tea. For a plain person this would be fine but please note I and I'm boba snob. I also thought it was a but too pricy. I would still go back for the donuts !

Watermelon Refresher with strawberry popping boba, no flavor no watermelon taste too thick of consistency

My husband and I initially planned to grab Subway but decided to stop at Bober Tea instead for a quick lunch. We ordered the watermelon refresher, lemon pepper popcorn chicken, a fried chicken sandwich, and waffle fries. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The chicken sandwich looked nothing like the photo shown on the kiosk and tasted very bland. My husband noticed a mirror on the ceiling and later realized it appeared to be there to reflect the chicken patties being used, which looked like frozen chicken patties you can find at a local Walmart. The chicken was unappetizing and nothing like what was advertised. The waffle fries were dry, greasy, and had no seasoning. The lemon pepper popcorn chicken had no lemon pepper flavor and was extremely oily. We asked if our drinks could be blended since the option wasn't available on the kiosk, but they came back thick and worse than before. The inside of the shop was uncomfortably hot with no air circulation, forcing us to step outside multiple times for fresh air. Overall, the food was bland, oily, and misleadingly advertised, and the drinks were poorly prepared. This is not a matter of personal taste. Products should closely match what is advertised and meet basic quality standards. The food and drinks did not. For nearly $50, this experience was highly disappointing. Improvements need to be made to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy in what is being sold. We would not recommend this establishment.

We ordered mango and kinako (a roasted soybean flour commonly mixed with sugar). These are large desserts! It takes time to make them since there are fresh ingredients inside. The mango was superb with little bits of fresh mango buried inside the ice. Not sickeningly sweet like the syrups most places use. My husband's had little mochi pieces mixed inside. It is common to add kinako to mochi so this was a bonus and a nice surprise. The kinako dessert was sweeter than the mango. Please know that there seems to be no a/c in this little shop but she has fans going. We went in the late afternoon so it was really uncomfortable inside. I had to leave and wait outside until the dessert was ready. It's hard to take these home as it melts fast so we sat inside to enjoy them. It was like heaven in my mouth and it cooled me down instantly. You must be patient as it takes at least 10-15 minutes for her to prepare the desserts but it is worth the wait! There is a small parking lot right in front shared with other businesses. Located right off the freeway behind Burger King.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

Don't have any photos today, but you will see for yourself next time you go to Stoneridge Mall across from Game Stop, that closed and was vacant blank black on our last visit last week. Ume was around the bend but favors bobba tea and their drive thru closed to re-open as Cowboy Coffee this week.
