I finally tried Bobo The Boba in Upland and everything was so good. I started with the mozzarella and Nutella taiyaki, and both were delicious. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and had a generous amount of filling. Their drink menu has so many fun options, from classic milk teas and refreshing teas to slushies, dirty sodas, and dirty energy drinks. The drinks we tried were all so pretty, refreshing, and flavorful. You can definitely tell they make everything with care as the staff is so sweet! This is such a great spot if you're looking for a boba shop with unique drinks and tasty snacks. I definitely recommend checking them out!

located in a strip mall with lots of parking I happen to be there picking something up at another store and wanted some Boba. I ordered the brown sugar, milk, tea, and some of the taiyaki. The brown sugar milk tea seemed very water down/thin. The Boba was good for the taiyaki I had ordered one red bean and one Nutella banana. But I got both Nutella banana in my order. These were good. I like that. They had some chewiness to it. The order came out quickly, but there was no one else there. It is a cute little spot with there is to sit.

Sigh I was so bummed how the drinks turned out. Was in the area for lunch with the coworkers and one of them recommended it to me. I've never been here so I decided to try the safest thing which should be their milk tea. I got the brown sugar milk tea and only when it came out did I realize it was mostly milk with a hint of tea. The worker was nice enough to remake it with their regular milk tea but she decided to add extra black tea. Sadly, both drinks were not up to par. The milk based one had the milky aftertaste and the milk tea was only sweet from the brown sugar syrup, so it was actually underwhelmingly not sweet. I wanted to like it because the worker was accommodating, but I wouldn't get either of those drinks again.

The ambience was nice and clean! The service was great! The cashier was nice enough to help us customize our drink and recommended great options. The drink itself was super sweet. I got a strawberry green tea but I personally love sweet drinks! My boyfriend got the king bobo with oat milk and he thought it was good as well! Overall I would love to come back here. They had a small claw machine in the front that I tried to play but the buttons were broke. I wish they'd fix that but everything else was great!

The staff was attentive and got our order spot on. I personally like my drinks less sweet so I recommend getting the grapefruit drink less sweet; aside from that it s so good! Matcha man was good too! Add sea cream to it, it was so good! Super cute on the inside and the seats are comfy !

This place hasn't been open long but I've been eyeing it as I make my weekly Aldi and/or Michael's runs. Finally made a detour when my son was home from college for a weekend and wanted to take him out for a treat like the good old days. First, I liked the vibe of the store although with a lot going on and lots of people there, it made it hard to initially figure out where to order from. They have a lot of cool things in there making it a nice place to chill at if you want a chillaxing type of day. I liked that they had lots of pictures flashing by of the different drinks. It really does help to narrow down what you might want although I ended up going with an old classic that I was craving in a regular ole Thai iced tea. Prices were pretty good so that's a plus and the drinks came out pretty fast and they tasted really good. We were happy campers. They've now become a permanent detour on my stops to Aldi and Michael's (lol).

I'm always on the lookout for new study/work spots. While the decor is cute, it's a small place with mainly sectional sofa type seating instead of real tables and chairs. There are a handful of side tables in place of full-sized ones, but those barely fit a laptop, so I'm thinking this might be a better place for takeout or a short hangout with someone more than anything else. I tried the dragon slayer, half sweet. Even half sweet, the drink tasted syrupy. I can't imagine what 100% sweet would've been. I usually check out the bathrooms of the places I visit as well. If I'm going to be sitting somewhere for a while, it matters. This one could've been better maintained. They do have many appealing drink items on their menu that I'd be curious to try if I find myself there again. Maybe their non-specialty drinks would be better for my palate? Maybe a different person making the drinks would make a difference? Not sure, but I'll go again if someone else insists.

Shout out to the ladies who were running the store! I came here with my family after having dinner for my dad's birthday. It was a good hangout spot because the lobby had fun comfortable seats to sit on and relax while sipping on some drinks. It really made up the ambiance. The ladies who worked here were kind and welcoming. I ordered two taiyaki with chocolate and banana filling inside of them. The price of 2 was unbelievably cheap! I believe it was like 5 dollars all together. However, they threw in an extra one for me. They were so kind and I ended up sharing it with my nephew and niece. As for the drink, I always rock Thai tea. So I'd say it's just as good as it could be! 10/10 for everything!

I was craving a quick pick me up boba drink and came across this place since I was in the Upland area. I just ordered a basic Jasmine green milk tea with boba. The Jasmine green milk tea was on point (IMO) you get the tea flavor right away with a hint of the milk, which doesn't overpower the drink. The boba was okay, but I've had better. It wasn't too chewy, but not soft or hard. Service was good. The lady took my order then made my order. Cute place to chill. There's a cute seating section inside to hang out & cute little tables and chairs outside.

We came on a weeknight, bought a strawberry black tea and the Bobo King! The drinks were made quickly after we ordered. Bobo the king is exactly as how it was described. It's catered for all the sweet cravers that need a sweet fix asap! The strawberry black tea is sweet and refreshing. The staff were friendly and efficient at what they do. The place is kept neat and clean. I love the cute neon decor inside, and the small claw machine they have upon entering the establishment. They also offer small snacks: Taiyaki!

The boba here is just okay. I was able to make adjustments to the sweetness level and opted for 50% sugar, which wasn't too sweet. If you're in the area, the boba here might satisfy your cravings, but I think that there are better boba shops in Upland. Their mascot is very cute, though!

Cute tea shop with super cute pictures! There is also a $1.00 stuffed animal claw machine. They have quite a few different teas. The Enchanted Berry had real fruit bits, but it was lacking in flavor. Princess Peaches was also lacking in flavor. Even the crystal bits weren't very good.

I recently visited Bobo the Boba and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I ordered my drink before a large wave of customers came in, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed that at least 5 of the 10 people who ordered after me had already received their drinks. When I went up to the counter to ask about my order, the staff only then started making it. What made it worse was the attitude I received -- when my drink was finally handed to me, the barista gave it with a dry and dismissive attitude. Both employees working that day seemed uninterested and unfriendly throughout my visit. This place is so cute the service is good and I didn't even realize I was at the soft opening lol they have a cute little claw machine with cute stuffies and they're easy to win I got the strawberry yakult And taro twist The strawberry is super sweet at 100% (and I like sweet) so I got 75% & it was perfect. I got my son the taro. I think that one with 100% sweet would be better than 75%. The cashier was very nice about fixing both drinks I will definitely go back and try to avoid the claw machine lol read more

Ordered through the app since they had a promotion. It took 40 minutes to get four drinks. About 15 minutes in I had to ask about the wait and they told one ingredient was missing and that it would be another minute or two before it cools down. It took another 15-20 minutes before it was all done. They could have offered me an alternative drink if ingredients were missing instead of wasting my time. The after I got my drinks, I found out one of them was made entirely wrong. Overall, this could have been avoided if someone would have communicated. It feels more like fast food boba... I think the menu and the seating area makes it feel that way. The menu is not very vast and I don't like that the tea options are so minimal, like im used to black tea with tropical flavor like a tropical paradise from my favorite boba place. But these options were pretty small! I've tried their mango smoothie which was very yummy I Just don't go to boba places for smoothies! The boba is very good the right amount of chew and soft and all that jazz! They have a dragon slayer but I feel like the took that from Krak which I think Kraks might be better? Not sure! EXTREMELY disappointed to get a big cup of basically sweet milk, boba and 3 ice cubes when I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with creme brulee. There was no creme brulee. Barely any ice. And did not taste like any tea at all. I did notice there was no creme brulee on my drink immediately especially since the other drink I bought did have creme brulee and I wanted to say something to the young lady who took my order but honestly her attitude did not exactly give, "please let me know if you need anything after paying $15 for two drinks!" It was more "here bye leave us alone" so I left and took a sip and was immediately turned off by how milky and warm it was. I understand it's milk tea but so many shops fail to find the balance of milk and tea this is one of them. Also warm cup of milk with two ice cubes floating in it was not very fun. I live less than 10 minutes away from this place I didn't even get off the free way before the ice was gone ..... I knew moving to the inland empire would make it hard to find a good boba place I will stick to Krack over on the other side of the freeway or continue going to Rowland heights. But if you enjoy semi warm sweet milk and bad attitude then you do you boo! read more

Usually get their Takayuki sampler and some drinks they always have really nice staff and great variety the price is also pretty reasonable compared to other boba shops in the area. inside is a cool little area with nice decor though i usually do pick up when I go. read more

My husband and I both stopped by during their soft opening and tried their enchanted berry and green Thai tea. Normally I'd get the green Thai tea 75% but this place I'd say how it's made is perfectly fine! We are definitely going to come back and excited to have a boba spot closer to our home, especially one that opens late for this pregnancy cravings! read more

I was craving boba and found this shop on Door Dash. I was happy to see that they had Coffee jelly, which is my new addiction. I ordered the black iced tea with 50% sweetness, no ice, double coffee jelly and easy boba and the drink was very sweet and tasted like brown sugar boba. I'm pretty sure the barista didn't drain the toppings and it ruined the drink unfortunately. I also ordered the Sun bright tea that comes with one free topping and I chose the pink crystal boba and also added regular crystal boba. This tea had a strong citrus taste due to the orange and lemon. It was tasty and refreshing. Overall, I would try order again and hopefully find new favorites! read more

I was the first Upland local to arrive to their grand opening event. The first time I tried their boba I had a small issue but it was resolved in a professional way. I decided to give them a second chance and I am so happy I did. I was pleasantly impressed. I had been searching for a genuine boba spot with desserts, teas, and refreshing sweet smoothies n drinks for months! I was so happy when I saw this place was being built. Jessica is so nice and everyone who works here. They have great portions and prices. I've tried many different boba places but this one sets it apart from the rest. Just had a very disappointing experience. Placed an order for 4 drinks. We weren't notified an ingredient wasn't available and needed to be made. We waited 20 mins before inquiring the status of our drinks and were told that it would be another minute. The total wait time was 40 minutes for 4 drinks. What was supposed to be a quick stop to pick up drinks with our takeout (our food got cold) ended up being a very poor experience. Not to mention when we got home, we discovered one of our drinks were made wrong. Ordered an enchanted berry and ended up with a Thai with lychee jelly. After this experience, I think it will be awhile before I decide to come back. read more

Went around 9:20pm last night, they only had two people working and a lot of customers. I felt bad for them, they were really trying their hardest to work as quickly as possible. Management definitely has to schedule more people on busy nights. That being said, I was disappointed that two of my drinks were missing the boba that I had ordered ): But again, they were both working as best as they could while being short staffed, I decided to just take the loss and go home instead of going back inside and asking them to remake my drinks. No big deal. the customer could've been honest and said it wasn't her order, but hey stuff happens. however, instead of just handling it discreetly, two employees behind the counter started arguing loud enough for the whole dining area to hear about who's fault it was and why the other person was in the wrong. they're crepes, it's fine. Finally whoever was managing had to intervene because while they're sitting there arguing, I'm waiting. It just felt awkward after. not the kinda vibe that builds an appetite.

It's still not my favorite coffee in the area, but it has become a pretty dependable alternative. I still wouldn't recommend most of their specialty drinks, even though they sound really good. I have tried a few, and still, they're just overly sweet for my taste. The staff has told me they can also make drinks less sweet if preferred. That said, they pull a great espresso shot, and the cold brew has definitely improved since my first couple of visits. The matcha is still a bit inconsistent, but at its best it's been great. The service has also really been dialed in. I'm starting to see a steady rotation of staff no matter what time I stop in, and everyone has been helpful and quick. At this point, I think Lontra is one of those places where if you find the drink that works for you, you can depend on what you need to get through the day. For me, that's probably going to be something like a plain espresso tonic, cold brew, or an Americano.

Think the name has a nice ring to it. Not 100% sure what the name means but I assume Eden represents Garden of Eden and Clay represents origins of mankind. Mango Tonic was excellent. Very refreshing with good amount of sweetness from mango syrup. Eve's Cup was also excellent. It's espresso with ube syrup and coconut water. Kind of hard to go wrong with that combination. Also got a cookie butter cookie, which was pretty good. Service was good, which is kind of expected for a Christian place. Decor is very minimal, almost to the point of looking somewhat unfinished. Not sure how long this place has been open but it looks like it's fairly new because it doesn't even have a permanent sign outside.
