Amazing Cajun food located inside a Valero's gas station. I got the Overload which is sausage, shrimp, and fish over creamy rice. The portion is large enough for 2 people. But the two ladies and the gentlemen behind the counter were so warm and welcoming with their greeting, that I from the STL and my dearest from Sacramento, just could not resist ordering some of their food. I'm glad I did it was amazing and the owners (husband and wife) could tell I was a newbie so they had me try their food which is top tier customer service in my opinion. I patronized Bobobs on two different occasions and it pains me to give them a mediocre rating because the owners were sweet as pie! The first visit I ordered gumbo and a shrimp kabob. I called the order in and was informed it would be ready in 25 minutes. I show up and wait an additional 35 minutes. A whole hour! My disappointment was exacerbated when I noticed my gumbo being heated in a microwave in a plastic container. The food was good, but since my lunch hour was shot, I couldn't really enjoy it. Second visit, I ordered the Hot Topic by phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later, only to wait an additional 25 minutes. The food was good, but once again, the wait turned me off. I wish Bobobs the best, but I can't see how they are going to make it cooking one meal at a time...literally. read more

Got it home with some crackers, a little Tabasco, some Tony Chacere's for good measure, a beer from the icebox and I am one very satisfied and happy customer!
