But the staff is friendly and welcoming and the place is generally well maintained. They hold events, have all kinds of seasonal activities for the public. I saw the look on his face and asked him what was wrong. I told him I got the cake from them and he didn't believe me because he doesn't remember making it. When I requested a cake featuring my daughter's school logo in fondant, the baker was hesitant due to the heat. I completely understand fondant doesn't do well in warm weather but the last one in my opinion was excellent. My suggestions for the design were not given due consideration. Given the $300 price tag, I believe customers deserve better than to feel dismissed and expect a more accommodating service. I will update my review once I pick up the cake to see how it comes out.
