Once I gave Mike the information on the car, I began walking home knowing it would be at minimum an hour or so to fix the issue which according to initial diagnostics, appeared to be a bad starter motor. I was no more than half way home and my phone rings. My car was ready! How could that be? It turned to be a piece of plastic that should have been removed when the battery was installed .... 3 YEARS AGO! I should never have been able to drive the car with that piece of hard plastic on the positive terminal and I've been to mechanics who would have taken advantage of the situation. Not Mike! Talk about honest! He didn't charge me anything even to look at it. I must have some hard working angels. I offered to pay something for his time but he refused. They obviously put other vehicles ahead of mine. Which rubbed me the wrong way. But I tried to be patient. We agreed on an oil change, tune up, brakes, strut and tires for 2 grand. They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. It took over 24 hours to get done,,3!8,) isn't an issue. I walked to the shop early in the morning without getting a call that it was ready. When I got there I didn't see my car in the parking lot or in the shop, so of course I'm gonna ask about it. When I asked where my car was the owner was extremely rude. Said he was another shop where the do tire rotations. How the hell am I supposed to know that. Then he said " I said I would call you when it's ready"! I don't mind waiting, and as soon as the car is done I'm heading off to work. the dude is just an asshole for no reason. Don't go here! They also put too much air in my front tires so I had to go to the gas station to deflate them. I highly recommend not giving them your business.
