El Bocata Gin And Tonic.

Ambiance is great!

We just moved to the area. Stopped in here back in October when we were looking for houses and it was amazing. We arrived January 1 for our official move. Stopped in Sunday for lunch and it was even better with a live piano player.

Great place! Buen servicio, comida y ambiente. 10/10 recomendado. El servicio fue excelente, amplio estacionamiento y el sabor de la comida fue espectacular. Gracias!

Hard to decide how many stars to give this place, 3.5? Obviously the food is the number one thing for me but definitely have to take service/the kitchen into account. Ordered a sandwich (I think it was beef, cheese, onion) and a meat and cheese plate (charcuterie). The sandwich took a pretty long time to come out but it was on great bread and the meat was cooked well. Miscommunication with the meat and cheese plate first it came out basically like bruschetta which by itself would've been pretty average. But no meat or cheese. They put in the order for the meat and cheese as a side but it took FOREVER. The staff was really nice about it so I guess it was the kitchen? No idea why everything takes so long here but it all tasted great. If the food wasn't good I would've been way more annoyed. I was too annoyed and hungry to take photos of the other food.

Nice little place in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Overall the service is good. Our female server was very attentive, yet kept coming back to verify what she had written down on our order. This happened may 4-5 times, and when we received our order of croquette, we only received one piece, instead of the 6 pieces as indicated the menu. The Pulpo Ensalada is great, well seasoned and tender. My children's Cubano sandwiches are great tasting. I ordered Rabo Encedido, great flavor and tender, but the saltiness is overwhelming. The Negroni and the Hibiscus Martini were great! Overall, my family had a good experience and will be back again to try the other listed offerings on their menu.

Great food and ambiance. The saxophone player was a nice touch. Drinks were unique and so good. Moscow mule with a sprig of lavender, perfect!

If you want real authentic Spanish food, this is the place. The paella is fresh and you cannot go wrong with any tapas.

Spain visits Humacao, Puerto Rico. Excellent wine selection and the food is delicious. Try anything with their fresh Turkey or Serrano ham.

Unfortunately for my husband and I, we had a place to be and didn't plan on losing 3 hours of our day to Casaju. We were stuck at Casaju for so long, I got a sunburn... in the shade. I wish I was kidding. We waited about fifteen minutes for a table, and then were escorted by a very friendly manager to our table. The wait for service was proper Island time and was to be expected... but after the wait of almost TWO HOURS after ordering to get our food, Casaju put island time to shame. During our wait, my husband realized that he hadn't seen our waitress in quite some time. So long was our wait that I wondered if she went home and the restaurant forgot to make sure we got our ordered food. We didn't want to be those idiot Americans who complained about the Island time wait (we all have seen those reviews), so we sat and smiled and waited... and waited... and waited. Finally, our waitress reappeared and brought our food. At this point, I had gone beyond hungry, hangry, and then starving, and had now reached a full blown loss of appetite. Typically, when food is SO late to arrive, you would anticipate that it is freshly cooked due to a delayed kitchen trying to catch up... our plates were burning hot, like they had been sitting under a warmer for the last hour. Yikes. The ribs I ordered were very good, but pretty fatty and oddly missing the bones- my sour stomach could only handle three ribs before I had to tap out. The rice and beans that I ordered on the side were the worst I had in PR. Two wild dogs joined us on the patio, keeping us all company as we waited another thirty minutes for the check. We left running to the car, very sad to have lost the day to a mediocre meal... but I was even more sad to realize that I had been sitting in the shade for so long that the indirect Puerto Rican sun had burnt my entire body to a bright red crisp. This is a spot to skip.
