I think this is the first boba tea place in Belmont lol. I learned that they were a food truck only until recently when they opened the store front in Belmont. It's great that Belmont is expanding in their cuisine culture. The shop is small, located in downtown Belmont and offers limited parking in the back of the building. Only one person worked in the shop when I visited so the wait was a little longer than expected. There's a cute floral wall inside, great for a photo op. Order: Rose Black Milk tea with 50% sweetness. The tea was good. Only wish they offered oolong tea instead of just green tea or black tea. Go check them out. My kids love the bubble waffle ice cream treat. The waffle is so delicious by itself. My best drink here so far has been a white chocolate matcha. There may have been caramel drizzle. I'm not too sure bc it was around the holiday time. But that shows how good it was, over 4 mos later & I am still thinking about it. read more

Such a cutie little shop! I walked into BoCha as a total bubble tea newbie, totally unsure of what I was getting myself into. The menu had SO many options that I was honestly a little overwhelmed. But the sweet girls behind the counter were total lifesavers, patiently walking me through the differences between regular boba vs. popping boba, fruit tea vs. milk tea, and all the fun extras in between. Phew- so many decisions! I went for the coffee milk tea with brown sugar boba. Okay, no shade to BoCha- this just might not be my drink of choice! Maybe boba isn't really my jam, haha. I loved the coffee flavor, but chewing my drink was just too much for me. On the flip side, my 4-year-old got the watermelon fruit tea with popping cherry boba and absolutely loved it! I tried hers, and let me tell you, the popping boba was WAY better. The little bursts of flavor were fun, and they were much lighter than the tapioca pearls. Definitely more my speed! The shop itself is super Instagram-worthy, with a gorgeous flower wall perfect for selfies. It's small but cozy with both indoor and outdoor seating. The teas are a bit on the pricier side (we spent about $14 for two smalls), but it's definitely an experience, and I didn't mind splurging a little. We'll be back to try more treats and drinks- maybe with a little less tapioca for me next time, haha! So nice to have something different in this area. Unfortunately you get a small cup for around $9 that is simply just milk with boba. I think it if it was the large cup it would be more worth it. I got the pumpkin patch which is their fall flavor and it was simply just milk with a flavored syrup. I love the idea of the food truck but unfortunately won't be coming back when I can get more for my buck with better quality. The staff was super friendly and nice. read more

It's a cute place and I'm sure the drinks are great if you can get it ordered correctly. Boba places always make you feel like you should know what all the options are and what they mean and as someone who rarely gets boba it's always so anxiety inducing. This place was no different. I ordered a Lavender Milk TEA and was asked if I wanted it caffeinated (which Ive never been asked before at any other place) and I said no assuming they had a decaf tea option which sounded great. When I got my order it says NO TEA so I basically just got a cup of lavender flavored milk.. yuck. So maybe ask "black tea, green tea, or no tea" to clarify the options for someone who is new. read more

My wife was craving a Boba tea so we came out in the rain to find one close where we were. The small well decorated food truck was right, where it was listed on the Instagram page. We were we were greeted with a warm welcome as they took their time, explaining the different options, tease, and fruit selections.
